I wish I could give 100 stars! After a scary and sudden alternator failure turned entire electrical system shut down, I couldn't imagine being stranded at a better place. Every single employee was knowledgeable, helpful, and so kind! Would recommend going out of your way to buy from them every time!
I give a 5 rating. The customer service is awesome! The gentlemen was a huge help, I got me a new jack at a awesome price, that works like a charm. They are knowledgeable and very good at what they do. Great tools, Great parts, Great Service, at Great prices. I highly recommend anybody needing parts, tools or fluids, in the Kansas or near by areas. Stop in and check them out.
These folks helped me out with a battery issue and allowed me to return the battery in exchange for another, thus saving me $. Very friendly, helpful expertise. As a side comment, I am a suspicious, cranky old man with a fatal temper and I left Parts City that day feeling better about humanity in general. Thanks, guys, ya'll done me good!
The owner and his wife are absolutely amazing! My boyfriend and I were stuck at the gas station right next to their shop and they came up and helped us and even though the shop was closed they took us in and unlocked the doors to let us buy what we needed and then drove us back to our car and helped with our issue! They are such wonderful people and deserve all the good that will surely reach them!! The store itself was also very nice and clean! Definitely give them your business and support their store!!
Good customer service and very friendly. They're also like part of O'Reilly auto parts I think because they use the same parts and warehouse. Their all around a great place to get any auto part you need

Great service! We moved an hour away but we go back just to use them for oil changes and parts. Best auto parts store I've ever dealt with, and I used to work for one! They had a part I couldn't find anywhere in Tulsa! Keep it up! You're doing it right!
