These people plug in whatever weight they feel to scam people. I went there with a bucket of copper that I weighed myself at 17ibs (without the bucket). As soon as I handed the employee the bucket, he said 10 pounds, before weighing the copper. He dumped it on the scale and then told the other employee using the computer to go ahead and put 10ibs.. the next time I went here, I brought a whole trailer and back of pickup full of metal. After weighing and dumping. The lady running the computer in the office just decided I only had 400ibs of tin.. the full size 4wheeler i had in the back of my truck was at least 400ibs, I had about twice as much on my trailer. She gave me 20 dollars and was very rude. This place used to be my go-to scrapyard, but they're getting greedy and i won't be returning. Do not go to these scammers
Last Friday they closed at 4:55 and customers there, today (Thursday)5 customer there at 4:45 and their doors are all shut and the lady up front says we close at 4:45 now with a sign there that clearly states hours 8:00 to 5:00

Prices are trash completely robbed me for what I should have gotten, clerk was complaining of having to constantly yell at people aswell as being extremely rude to me as I never been to this spot before so I wanted to make sure I recycled correctly, upon asking how they do thing the clerk was rude about telling me how to go about their process and was talking to me as if I was an idiot with no sense of direction and as I just freely pulled up to scrap pile to unload cause I was just told to weigh then dump the crane operator was yelling I had to not dump in that spot an wait till the person he was unloading was done, and as I called back because I didn’t agree with what I was giving to ask questions about the label they put again the clerk was extremely rude and spoke to me as if I was an idiot cause I brought steel and they put it down as tin, I’m not from this area so I do not know the labeling and didn’t understand it she was rube about telling me “steel” is tin! I do not recommend going here.. by all means if you like rude customer services and being scammed this is the place for you, this was my first experience and my last at this crock establishment
Honest and friendly staff here, and definitely the best place to go. I was able to get $1.30/lb more than another local recycle center for the same material. Thank you Danny, Deann, and Lara!
I took a load of short hair and over to fraley's Iron and Metalin West Siloam Springs Oklahoma instead of paying me for short iron they paid me for tin. Friendly's iron and metal in West Salem Springs Oklahoma is the biggest rip-off recycling place in Northwest Arkansas and there's a few of them.Crowley's is by far the worst they'll screw you every way they can and feel good about doing itmy opinion is fraley's Iron and Metal needs to be shut down or closed for their crooked business dealings

I always enjoy coming here employees are always a huge help, wether I'm just dropping off a car battery or a 1,000 pounds of metal either way it doesn't matter they always help. When the employees know you on a first name basis take time out of their day have a short conversation it's always nice.
I cannot say enough about this place and the people who own and work here. Super nice people and fair and competitive pricing. The only place to take your scrap metal and junk cars.
They are some of the nicest people I've ever done business with a hell of a lot better than Siloam Springs metal I wouldn't send my worst enemy to Siloam Springs metal. And frailey's pays a lot more than them rip offs Siloam Springs metal. I would give frailey's a 10 out of 10.
