It was unfortunate that I had car issues but my experience having my vehicle towed with A&W Towing was great! From making the call and speaking with dispatch to Doug the driver getting to me within 30 minutes and even even trying to help me get my car started. Unfortunately that didn’t happen but he towed my car to my repair place requested. Doug was very professional and experienced. The price was cheaper than a few other places I called. I would highly recommend if ever needing to have a vehicle towed.
Driver seems to know nothing about the laws of the road. Hangs out in the left. Lane will not scoot over out of the left lane. I mean, someone lacking that much common courtesy cannot be that good at anything else probably rips people off...

They are the only company we call anytime we need something towed. My husband was in a really back wreck a few years ago and they were absolutely awesome! I'm so glad we had them to help out.
This place still uses handwritten illegible receipts and charges they can’t explain to run up your bill. Got charged 2 “doc fees” for the other owner or lien holder even though I bought it brand new from a dealership and it’s been paid off two years.
Before you go out there make sure to get cash. They won’t tell you that before hand but it’s cash only. Then they won’t tell you that it’s exact change. I wish I were making this up. My bill was $530.15 and I handed them $540. The office guy (Jake I think) asks if “you can get any closer to the $530…we don’t have change.” Asked for an ATM and there isn’t one for a few miles. This place will scam you in a second. Not my first time dealing with them but will certainly be my last. If you have a choice please choose ANY other option that’s an actual professional towing company.
Oh and that’s for a 5 mile tow and 6 days of storage then random unexplained fees for that total.
Try to explain it away all you want. Still doing shady business. Being messy. Try comparing yourself with a modern professional tow company, you will see how poorly you stack up.
BUYER BEWARE…if you have a choice, call someone else.
Came faster than they said they will and charged what they quoted. Don't shop around, this is the towing company you need. When you think of professional, think of them!
These people are a bunch of Crooks. they charged me 358 dollars to get my car out which is Outrageous. When i brought them 360 in cash they wouldn't give me my change. They are rude and just very Difficult to work with. I Recommend that everyone avoid them like the plague. If i could give 0 stars i would.
Was quick to answer and quick to respond! Was expecting the cost to be twice as much as it was but ended up being very affordable! Cheaper than my roadside assistance from progressive which was going to take way too long to come get me plus all the steps to get it done!
Drove 1430 miles for family vacation to Colorado. Only a few hours into the drive home the SUV had major engine trouble. We got to Hays, Kansas. Being Sunday afternoon and Memorial Day weekend in a small town the few car rental agencies and single U-Haul dealer were all closed. Since Jenks Oklahoma was our planned stop I began calling tow truck and hotshots in the Tulsa area. With little luck (because it was the SUV & the 4 of us) I came these guys. They had a driver come out, get us and the SUV. The guy (can't remember his name) was awesome! Made great time getting to us and getting us back. He drove about 11 hours round trip. Got us to T-Town in the early morning hours. The price was (to me) high but after other contacts and considering the situation I guess it was a going rate. Considering our situation I really hoped for little more compation and a better price break. I'd still use these guys again.

We recently had our semi with trailer stuck on soft ground on a property and we called A&W Towing. It was Saturday. Daniel picked up, gave all the information with curtesy. He asked for details and photos. I sent him a few photos and and a video of the situation we were in. He reassured us that he can get the truck out and can be there in 1-1.5 hr. And he did. He arrived from Sapulpa after 1 hour and with precision pulled the truck and trailer out. It was a quite costly call, but Daniel was very professional, very precise with his work and knew exactly what and how he needed to do it. We hope we never need the towing again, but if we did, this is the company to turn to. Daniel was awesome, very skilled and professional.
I was stranded in Bristow after my alternator gave out on my way home to St. Louis. I called a tow truck to Tulsa and they were there in less than 45 minutes. Not only did they show up on time but the driver had gone the extra mile and called up a mechanic of his to see if he would be willing to work on my car that Sunday when every other mechanic was closed. Because of him I was able to get my alternator repaired and get back on the road within a few hours. I highly recommend A & W Towing, I only wish they had a place open closer to me!
$286 Over priced but claimed it was that high because "its about the mileage not the weight. my guy is gonna have to go to Stroud then turn around". It was on the turnpike to Tulsa. A different guy with a different business name on his truck said he took a different route at the Bristow exit that cut off half the distance...still charged the me the same .
Guy loaded my car (he had jimmied the door to release the parking brake) knowing we were on our way to meet him. We drove to Stroud to turn around only to have him call and say he loaded the car and would meet us were we wanted the car towed to. So we made that drive for nothing, full circle. Asked about my car jack that was attached to the car. Said he didn't know who the jack belonged to and just left it there on the side of the road....yeah... his name was Scott.
Had to have a small camping trailer moved from Sapulpa to Fort Smith. The person we had lined up to do the job canceled the morning of. Called A&W and they said yes they could do it. A guy showed up (Scott), got it on a flatbed and off it went. We got back to Fort Smith and in less than 30 minutes, he showed up. It was unloaded in no time. I'd recommend them to everyone. Super professional and friendly.
I called A&W towing and got my car towed 10 miles for a reasonable price! Not only were they helpful on the phone, but they also arrived pretty fast. The guy who helped me was named Scott. He was very friendly and extremely helpful!
I would definitely use this business again.
I had a front tire blow out on the mini bus I was driving just east of Stroud on the turnpike. It was 12:20 in the morning. After 30 minutes of calling others, no one else could help me that night, but Scott came from Sapulpa to help. He got the mini bus loaded on the back of the truck (not an easy task in and of itself, let alone with Semi trucks zooming 10 feet away and even had a cold orange soda waiting for me in the passenger seat. We had a nice conversation on the drive and he even gave me a great recommendation and dropped the bus (again, not an easy task) at a shop to replace the tire before running me back to my car in mid-town Tulsa. Scott was my hero that night, and I really appreciate the help he gave me and the help he and other wrecker drivers are to all of us out on the roads...truly can't imagine what we'd do without them.

Coming home from OKC on a Friday night, I had a blowout at midnight. Called and they came to my rescue, didn’t have a mile marker number and just knew that I was almost to Sapulpa. I used my Google map to mark my location and sent it to them and they found me and towed my car to Tulsa and the price was very reasonable(actually less that I was thinking) Very friendly quick service. I have lived in Tulsa and had 2 cars towed. The first was with the City of Tulsa and they were hugely disappointing and rude.
A & W towed my car earlier this week after the steering went out and I wrecked in a ditch. They are EXTREMELY professional. Very friendly group. They let me get the stuff out of my car I needed, told me what happened to the car, gave me a fair price to get the car out and were very helpful with everything.

Called several times to get my vehicle out of the a ditch. Kept telling me go call the city to see if the roads would sanded. The city told me the roads were sanded, and they kept giving me the same response. Took my business elsewhere. I advise everyone to do the same.
When you’re stuck on the side of the road two hours away on Friday evening, you want someone to say “we got this” and that’s exactly what A&W did. Took down the origin and destination, provided a few instructions for the driver, and they took it from there. Professional, prompt, reasonable, and painless. Highly recommend.
Expensive!! Got high centered in my driveway called to pull me out and said at least $500 to come 20 miles to pull me. After careful consideration I used my f150 for a little more and was out in 2 minutes. I can tell you I'll never even think about calling them again.
Called them and they gave us the best rate around. Mike showed up in less than 20 minutes and was very friendly. Great service and polite. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a tow.
