I spend over $3000 to get 2 head gaskets fixed just to have issues with it a week later. Took it back and they said couldn’t find anything wrong with it and it’s good to drive. Picked up the car and it over heated a block down the road . No fluids in the radiator which I found very interesting. Took it to a dealership and they informed me the head gasket both need fixed along with a radiator now . Went to them with this information to see if the warranty will fix it and all I got was excuses about how they aren’t going to fix it and how they know it wasn’t fixed right from the beginning. Umm maybe because we brought it back yall kept it 3 weeks just to say you can’t find anything wrong with it and charge us more . So if you have money to throw away definitely go to them . Poor excuse for a company
One of the best most honest repair shops in town. They took my old el camino that no one else was able to fix and they completely re did it. Its now running like new. Cant say enough good things about these guys. I trust them enough to send my entire family down there.
This business was a referral to me by a dealership to get my car repaired. I dont know many places here because Im not from here. They took all my infomation and was the only place that had the parts needed to fix my car. After a deal was made i applied for a loan to get the job done. I offered payment and they refused it and the job. Now my credit took a hit n my car wont get fixed. Extremely disappointed in them and the dealership that referred them. Now I have no transportation.
I was calling about a motor they have listed on Hollander parts. I asked for the mileage and just got told “engine doesn’t have the odometer mileage” uhm yeah I bet it ran when parked too? They were supposed to give me a call back and never did because I still wanted the actual mileage. The thing is, I wanted the mileage so if I bought it, I knew whether I wanted to tear into it first and do bearings etc or if it was going to be awhile - the price tag for what it was is what made me not bother to call back to pursue it, $2500 for a motor with unknown mileage and unknown condition isn’t really my speed.
Transmission cost: 2500. Brought the car in because it still had the same issue, they tell me it's just a fuel filter and say they can't do anything. Lasts eight months, just enough to get you out of the 90 day window. Billingsley is the one that had the service done here for my vehicle. Be cautious.
Great place to get parts and the staff is always helpful. They call you back when you call and ask about a part. I have used the multiple times and couldn't be happier.
This people is not professional is 106' outside they make me drive two times to this place wasting my valuable time, he lie straight to my face saying the part they I need was hail damaged getting out in front is the vehicle in the yard I think see any damage!!!, think they want to sell the entire door....
Neil at Lawton Auto Parts were extremely helpful and awesome to do business with. Came in for a rear end for my 95 Camaro and even though I forgot to give them a heads up I was on my way, they still got it pulled and got me loaded up in no time. All the employees were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Great customer service, had a problem with a new product and they had me come in to exchange it for another new part no questions just a receipt. Quality business and people.

This particular place here don't know much about cars timely manner get your vehicle fixed is outrageous. If Mechanics didn't repair your vehicle right they want take responsibility in trying solve problem or make it right. Now for parts and prices, I agree very consistent that can appreciate when you take your vehicle get repair you want someone it s honest not just for a buck. You paid doing job right and being professional.
Awful customer service, had an issue with the part that I purchased so I called to let them know and the guy (Michael) argues with me for starters and the after the problem was discussed between him and my mechanic, calls me back and say "well I'd hate to say I told you so but". First of all that is horrible to say since I'm not the one that made the mistake. And then my mechanic informs me that when he put my part in, that it did not work for my car. So I called to inform them that I was returning it, and yet again got Michael to talk and he laughs at me through the phone and say I know that Motor work I drove it myself. Number one, I didn't ask if it work, I was informing that I would be returning it because it did not work for my car. He then proceeds to tell me that I can return it the warranty doesn't work that way, excuse me but then how does the warranty work. Very upset with the service I received .
