I called asking for a tow because my engine wouldn't turn over and I had tried jumping it with no luck. After describing the issue, they let me know that it was still likely the battery, which it was. Saved me a lot of hassle and money.
What an amazing experience! Called spoke to Mike. He was very professional, nice, and polite. He got a driver dispatched to us very quickly. As far as the driver Garrett also very nice and professional took very good care when loading our low to the ground Volvo.
Not going to lie I was nervous because it is so low to the ground. I had no reason to worry he did a fantastic job loading.

I don't normally review places, but I gotta with this one. My gear shift got stuck in park while on the taco bell drive thru and I was crazy embarrassed. It was 1 a.m. and I called them with my issue. They had a guy there within 10 min and he was able to help my shift it into drive to save me the money for a tow. While also showing me how to move the shift linkage, of which the cable popped off of.
Not only did he give me a temporary solution, he also gave me the knowledge of how to get out of that embarrassing situation in the future.
Had an antique car relocated today. Oh my! The service was exceptional, the 2 men that towed the car were so polite and professional. Never will I use anyone else. Good job and thank you!

My experience with Lamb Towing & Recovery has been unprofessional and misinformed. I have 2 Toyota pickup trucks that needed recovery services. At first, I was calling around to different companies to get prices. Ultimately I decided to go with Lamb Towing & Recovery because they seemed to give me the best price over the phone, at the time they quoted me $300 for both trucks.
A week later I call again to schedule their services and the quote all of a sudden changed to $435. I don’t think it’s a big deal because it could be some fees he forgot to mention or he could be new, so we go ahead and schedule the services.
The day of the pickup, I get a call from the guy picking up my vehicle. I believe his name is Cody. He was very informative and let me know the state the trucks were in was unideal due to it being on top of sand. Thankfully he was able to get one truck out but he said it was a close call and he doesn’t know if he’ll be able to do the second one. Because of the state of the trucks, he said to call the office to see if prices change and if they’ll be able to get the second one. Overall Cody was great no problem there.
The real problem comes in when I call the office. The guy in the office is the same person that quoted me the $300 and $435 when I first called. I tell him about the situation and ask what can be done. He responds with an unpleasant and annoyed attitude and says he’s going to increase the price for the first truck because I failed to inform him about the sand it’s on and because the truck was full of stuff.
As a general manager myself, I see the added fees are understandable and reasonable due to the state of the truck, but the fact that the man in the office never clarified the surrounding area, if it has stuff in it, and any of the conditional fees attached to these when I initially called is what I found to be extremely unprofessional. The only clarification he asked for was if the trucks had wheels and are they pumped up. I do admit ignorance and this could be common knowledge, but I am completely inexperienced with towing companies. This is my second time ever having to get a vehicle towed let alone recovered. I am not the professional, you are. I don’t understand how I am the one to be blamed and penalized for your lack of communication and professionalism. Also in this specific scenario I inherited these trucks without actually ever seeing them in person. While this is a very unlikely scenario, in order to improve your business I suggest you start asking more clarifying questions about the state of the vehicle or anything having to do with additional fees to your customers before you blindside them with added fees, blame, and attitude.
Everyone was so nice and easy to work with when I had an accident in the ice and snow. They came out quickly and were very careful with my car. 100% will call next time I need a tow
Corbin was extremely kind. Yesterday my brothers car broke down in the middle of the street during the snow storm and he helped us push it before he got a call from his boss. Because of him we got the car home 10x faster. He was extremely kind. I highly recommend him.
My 17-year old's car froze up on the way home from school in the "blizzard" and cold today, stranding my son and 15-year-old daughter near our house. Kudos to Lamb Towing driver Corbin who used his truck to shield us as we pushed our car off a busy road and into our neighborhood... and to the safety of our driveway. Corbin had many other places to be... and he didn't leave us until he was sure we were safely off the road. Thank you, Lamb T&R, for hiring people that not only do their job, but take care of those around that need other assistance! I will use them if we ever have an issue where we need a tow!
My 2006 Corvette was stuck in a parking lot with a broken radiator fan. I called lamb towing and Michael came out quickly to tow me to my mechanic. He was super careful getting my car on the truck and was very talkative and cheerful during the process.

My kid decided to see if her rims were stronger than the curb (they weren't) and I waiting for 4hours for another towing company "we'll be right there". After getting sick of being jerked around I called Lamb Towing and they were there in maybe 15min max. Despite me not being my best mood and it being 2AM the service tech was super friendly, extremely careful, and I really felt like they took actual pride in being a professional.
I hope I never need to call them again but I would never hesitate to do so. They're great.
I called Lambs towing and recovery today to see if they could help me unlock my car door. This morning while in a rush, trying to get to work on time. I accidentally locked my keys in my car. They were so nice. They sent Mike out immediately to come and unlocked my car door.He was very nice, quick and efficient. Since I worked for Norman public schools, they didn't charge me anything. I appreciate Mike and his great work so much!
My car died on sooner road today and the tow truck driver came quick and made our experience amazing. He was so kind with my 3 yr old son. I've never experienced this type of customer service. I'm blown away. Thank you so much for making a horrible situation easier to handle.

Brandon was great. When I called in the receptionist said it would be about 30 mins, Brandon arrived within 30 mins, he also called to let me know he was on the way. He was very kind and in no time had the car hooked up and we were on our way. Quick and courteous.

I had been quoted 270 dollars for a five mile tow from 24/7 towing with a one hour wait for a five mile tow. Lamb towing confirmed my suspicion this was an outrageous price. My driver was there and got me home in 30 minutes after being stranded for 4 hours. Franky was knowledge, friendly, and kind. I highly recommend this company. One hundred percent will be using again.
My wife had a tire go flat on the interstate 35. Called road side assistance through our insurance. After waiting about 1 hour and them having a issue locating someone that was open on a Sunday, I called Lamb Towing and Recovery. The lady on the phone was very nice and said," they could have someone to my wife in 30 minutes." They arrive in 15 minutes and had her on the road asap. The man was very professional and courteous to my wife. The bill in my opinion was very cheap.. Considering it was on a Sunday on a holiday weekend and most places were closed. A+
Needed a car towed home that was 15 miles. Talked to a lady who was really friendly and nice. Was told it would be less than 30 minutes, and 10 minutes later a truck showed up. No wait really at all. The driver/operator was friendly, helpful and would have a conversation with you like you've known each other for years. He took great care of the car too. What I was quoted was the exact and affordable. All around they are a great service and really friendly.
We had wonderful service and hospitality from our driver Mike. He was very helpful with towing our car and getting us the help that we needed to get back on the road. We were stuck in Norman Oklahoma due to an overheating engine after driving three hours from Dallas Texas with two and a half more hours of driving to get back home to Kansas. Mike was very friendly and an absolute blessing. He towed our car and helped us get back on the road before sundown. We are very thankful for Mike and his service to us. I was stuck in Noble and they showed up within 20 minutes. Had my Ford 250 Transit van loaded and ready to go in no time. They definitely did a great job and was very efficient and courteous.
