Only place inTahlequah that had A headlight bulb for my 2005 Honda pilot,

Walked in the door holding a very heavy car battery. The guy standing near the first counter never acknowledged I walked in. Never offered to get me a cart or have me put the battery down. I finally sat it down on a random table while workers walked past me. While the front counter guy talked to everyone but me. Including someone who came in after me. I stood there for 10 minutes and finally gave up and left. Never going back there again.

I was looking for a part for my fathers truck, I called and they had it in stock and a few more of the parts we also needed. When we came into the store the staff were friendly and the person helping me on the phone had already pulled the part I had spoken to him about and the other parts and had me ready to check out and go. People make the difference and I was glad to have knowledge and friendly people to work with.

Price was marked way higher than the price online . Wasted my time ,gas and money and I will not be back .

If I’m in tahlequah and needing anything vehicle related this will be the place I will call or go to first. These guys were courteous, polite and helpful. Didn’t have th part I needed but was more than happy to get it heading their way. They even price matched their “competition”. Thank you for the great experience on a rather awful day.

Needed a trailer bearing, unfortunately they didn't have the part we needed. Cooper was extremely helpful and tried numerous bearings and called multiple shops to try to help us.

Went to this store around 5:30, on 5th, Feb, 2023. Only one person working in the entire store. (I was later told there was someone else, but they failed to come up front) Waited about 10 mins before I gave up and left. I doubt I return

Sold a motor mount lacking brackets. You need brackets to put the motor mount on. Getting a refund and never going back ESPECIALLY after the reply because not selling the whole part can mess my car's engine up. Waiting till Tuesday for a refund on a faulty part because no brackets is ridiculous because my car can't be driven and out more money to buy the part that is complete. Advanced should pay O'Reilly for me.

Always courteous and they want to make sure customers are satisfied before leaving. Best automotive parts and accessories store in town. If they don't have it they will order it.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, great selection of both factory and aftermarket parts. Usually pretty easy to get in, get what you need and checkout pretty fast. Prices are usually what you'd see at oreillys and advanced auto, except these guys know about vehicles compared to those places
