I want to preface this review by saying this is a real review. I'm not exaggerating, my life could have easily taken a turn downward but it didn't...
I didn't choose A-Z but I'm very grateful that they towed my RV trailer.
My trailer was at a local rv park.
The monthly payment was due on a Tuesday. I spoke with park management and told them I would be in around late lunch time. I'm a mechanic and had a customer waiting so I couldn't leave. At 4:00 pm the park manager had my trailer towed. I accept responsibility for being late to pay that person. However I can't help but think the park manager over reacted and their actions were disproportionate to the offense of being 2.5 hours late with rent. Not one day and 2.5 hours. Just two and a half hours late and they had my home towed. The costs I've incurred far surpass the amount of rent that's $650.00. and I've had to sleep in my car several nights to conserve what little money I had left.
Now on to the great service I've received from Marcus and Trevor at A-Z. I just bought the trailer a month before it was towed. I hadn't had time to register it yet. I had tbe title but it wasn't in my name yet.

Trying to get into DPS turned out to be difficult. After three days of getting there early to put my name on the list, I finally got the identification issue corrected.
Since my only home is the rv trailer and it was in their yard, I couldn't sleep in it.
I had my children on the weekend and needed to stay in a hotel. After 5 days of no home, I was running out of money rapidly. All the money I had was earmarked for the one month space rental at the rv park. At this point I didn't have enough money for the registration and the towing fee and storage.
I spoke with Marcus, the owner and told him that I'm a veteran. I also told him of my situation of now not having a home or money to get my home back, Not to mention space rent at another park.
I was rapidly going into a financial hole that could ultimately cost me my trailer, leaving me homeless for good.
Marcus is a very proud American and Patriot. He's an advocate for veterans and is not just a person of words. He puts those words into action!
He made arrangements with me to help me get back my home while he still protected himself and his company from not following the rules for release of vehicles in the state of Oklahoma.
I don't want go over details of how he helped me but, I will say, he's a very generous man.
Trevor, one of his employees, whom I can say is a very compassionate person, Was incredibly nice and helpful during a very stressful period in my life.
I had to pick up some personal items more than once. He was never anything
Except kind and understanding, even when I was a few minutes late and he had to wait on me after normal business hours. Hes a young man with maturity beyond his years and I am incredibly grateful. He could have easily gotten frustrated with me and required me to come another time but he didn't. He just expressed how bad he felt for the position I found my self and said it was the least he could do to help me.
I can't express how grateful I am for the kindness that Marcus and Trevor have shown me. In the grand scheme of life,
These little inconveniences that I've had to deal with will probably seem rather small to most, including myself at different times in my life but I'm not in those different times in my life. I'm right here, in this time and rght now, these little problems that life sometimes throws at us, could have been life changing for me me in a dramatic way, negatively. Now they're problems that have been minimized due to the great people and service at A-Z!
Thank you Marcus and Trevor. I can't express my gratitude enough. I won't forget it and I'll tell everyone I know to only use A-Z.

They released my RV to someone that wasn’t on the title!
We have used A-Z towing multiple times over the years. They are always very professional and quick. Tonight we broke down and David was there within minutes and was very professional . We highly recommend A-Z towing.

Absolutely amazing service, my 4runners brakes failed on the 4th of July right where everyone's with their family's after 7pm, I can not remember the bigger gentleman's name, he was super positive and amazing. Reassured he had no problem at all getting my girlfriend and I home.
A - Z did a fantastic, professional, and caring job getting my car picked up and delivered to the shop. Jeremy took extra steps to insure that my lowered vehicle got on the flatbed with no scrapes or rubbing. Jeremy was even early for my appointment time. Great guys. I live 2 hours away and had to have a vehicle towed. Gave them the information and location to drop it off. They delivered it and called to let me know it was there. Paid over the phone(like I said I'm 2 hours away) and took care of it. Quick service and very polite.
Julie saw that my car died and she turned her tow truck around to help me. I had my granddaughter that day. She look at my car to see if she could get it to start. She dropped it off at the shop and took the key to give to them. She was a blessing to me that day. I appreciate her turning around from wherever she was going. Great customer service and kind people.
I truly can't thank y'all enough on helping us out getting my son's vehicle towed from off the side of road after AAA left him stranded out there for over 3 hours! Trevor(Dispatch) & Julie(Driver) was absolutely amazing in the response time in about 30 mins from the time I called them! I definitely will be using y'all again if I am ever in need!

Marcus and Juan were so helpful. We were stranded at Chick-fil-A with 4 small kids and they were to us within 15 minutes. Very kind and helpful as well as courteous. Will absolutely call them again.
As a driver myself, I have dealt with many different recovery entities and A to Z was by far the best company I have ever hauled vehicles from and their easy to deal with and treat you with professionalism and quick service. Professionals truly appreciate their respect for our time as well because time is money. Also, tip of the cap to Kamikaze and Discovery channel. I think the guys may remember me. I don’t recommend them they’re really really bad the guy The guy that took my car literally took it from both sides and even worse he was so rude as well I like the guys that were in the company that was helping me out there who actually took my car off the tree was horrible he was so disrespectful he didn’t hear what we were saying with me my stepdad I have no complaints with the guys over there at the company but the guy that took my car off the tree was just so disrespectful and he was just so rude I don’t recommend it . It wasn’t the guys were in the company they were so sweet and nice but the guy that took my car off was the most disrespectful person I told my family about it in the whole things how bad he was unless of him taking off my car from the opposite so he took his off for where the tree is at I think he had a awful job completely awful job taking my car out worst experience .

Brian, the driver for the rig,. Came out, assessed and came up with a wonderfully devise room of attack while calmly and professionally explained what he was going to do, how he was going to do it and what results he expected.
The gentleman made it look easy, and was very friendly, unlike most drivers I’ve dealt with.
Highly recommend this wonderful company and will always use them, just hope I don’t have too! Haha.
Had a dead battery and a flat tire on the kilpatrick turnpike, Mario arrived in a timely manner and was very professional! He helped get my truck started and hauled me to the tire shop in Yukon. 10/10 recommend A-Z to friends and family and everyone in between.!

edited for awesome owners: after finally being in contact with the owner, he set the record straight about getting an automobile, hours and made sure it was taken care of. The tired and overworked owner and man that answered the phone had been bombarded with phone calls about this car which made the stress of this last week and impending week even worse. Correct information was not initially given by the answering employee and it was promptly taken care of by the owner himself. The company was not responsible for the tow, just doing their job, but he still made sure that someone was taken care of when he did not have to. Thank you, sir.
I have used them and so has our business before, we thought they were pretty good until this happened. A lady had my daughter's car towed because she wanted the spot. It was justified, although at the time (2 in the morning in negative temps in the dark, with three crying babies) we could not see that we were parked in a wrong spot . Called to find out a price and if we could pick up the car, the man who answered decided to argue about the reason it was towed (no reason to even bring it up, just needed to pick up the car) the man said the office was closed although their hours state that they are open 24 hours, they do not differentiate between office hours and towing hours. I told him it doesn't matter the reason for it begin towed, I just needed to get our daughter's car back. He hung up on me and blocked my number. Real professional. None of our Yukon family nor our business will be using them again.
Had an issue with my vehicle not starting - Bus came over and assisted me so quickly I wasn't sure if I had even made a call yet! He made sure that I knew what was going on and reassured me on what sort of things would likely need to happen to make my vehicle run smoothly again.
I couldn't be more secure entrusting the safety of my vehicle and I to Bus and A-Z towing!
Shane was so helpful and understood that we were social distancing due to health concerns. He told us what was wrong with our vehicle (dead battery that needed to be replaced) and towed it to the repair shop. Very efficent and professional.
They have never fell to please all their customers. I love Shane the owner. He is a wonderful man to know. His drivers, Todd, Bus Down, Justin and Mario. I have never met a team so organized and on time. This Towing Company does its very best to make sure that your service with them is satisfactory.
Actually the front desk was very helpful very nice and I was appreciative of their ability to take care of me. I did have one small issue mydeceased father's gold ring became missing in their lot after my advocate got rushed out of there from getting the items out of my truck. Pretty bitter about that. Otherwise really helpful and a good place.
Great service. Great looking vehicles. When I called the rental agency to get road side assistance they said an hour. Todd called me almost immediately saying he would be there in 11 mins. Great guy super nice and fast service. I was impressed how fast he worked and attention to detail to make sure he was still careful with the car.
Don't trust them to tow because this is the last thing they want to do. As the tow truck person come to my residence to tow my vehicle to the dealership he decides to play mechanic and tell me it's the battery. That he isn't trying to tow the vehicle. Then I explained that it's a computer glitch that they liked to service it. He then puts the car in neutral and pulls my car all the way out my street. Hitches it and the stops. He alerts me he has to go and come back later some time. And asked him why if my car was in route to be towed. He said he was dispatched on another call. So he has to basically leave my car where it's at now. It the middle of the street. Has no return time, has no one coming back. Called my dealership to send another tow service. Very rude, unprofessional and negligent. Just imagine if my car was hooked up and he would have to leave us stranded somewhere. Even the caller who dispatched him knows he left the job site. Update: thanks to BTR recovery for rescuing the situation. Even if he said once the car is hooked up. They would never un hook it to leave. They would dispatch another truck. The footage you say would not have recorded our conversation or the entire incident from my porch or the view as he was parked at the corner of the street. Still trying to figuring your way around it.
My vehicle broken down and A to Z was tasked to tow it. Buss came to assist he got there fast and was very nice and helpful. He was able to give me names of a few reputable local repair shops to go to and which ones to avoid. Had a great experience with them. I'll would recommend them to anyone who needs a tow.

I had to call them on two different occasions this last week. Duke went out of his way while helping my son get his car towed home in the evening time, and Todd was ever so gracious when helping a patient of mine and myself pull his van after bottoming out in a crappy drive entrance, & again to lift us to look for possible damage..
Both of these men, were kind, helpful, friendly, efficient and explained everything that were going to do, prior to doing so.

We were traveling across the country when our water pump broke. The towing service was prompt and waited around with us to be sure a taxi was on its way since we all couldn't fit in the tow truck. At the actual automotive shop, the people were amazing and went above and beyond to service our family! Honest and fair pricing. Up front about what they were doing and took time to explain things to me and answer questions. Also did their best to expedite service so we could be on the road again as soon as possible.
