My husband and I were going to turn onto OUR residential street and this company was coming towards us on the wrong side of the road and the driver was motioning his hands telling us to back up and move out of the way ONTO A MAIN STREET WITH ON COMING TRAFFIC and he wouldn’t stop. We literally had our two infant babies in the car !!! Learn how to drive and also you need to be more considerate of other people on the roads !!
Horrible.....
My brand new vehicle (Lexus)was hit by another vehicle....other driver issued numerous citations including NO INSURANCE. Unfortunately your tow company was next on Yukon Police Department rotation to call. Upon inspection of my vehicle @ body shop...the interior has mud/dirt everywhere among other issues. You'll deal with my insurance for payment.
Very unprofessional & rude
Called on a Sunday and Stephen towed me to the nearest tire barn to get a tire replaced. Made it to my destination at 12AM called around 9:30PM Sunday night.
If I had zero stars, would gladly give them. He sold our vehicle without our consent and claimed we told him to sell it. Huge lie!!! Who tells you to take ownership of a vehicle without the right paperwork. Stay away from these people!!!

Our vehicle was picked up yesterday by Bad Day Towing out of Yukon Oklahoma. This was a contract pick up through Make a Wish. We were donating a vehicle to "pay it forward" after my son received a Wish before he lost his battle to cancer in 2018. The tow operator picked the vehicle up from the front and made the comment that he would probably blow the transmission by towing it from the front but that he didn't care. He was very upset that the vehicle didn't run even though I was extremely clear with everyone I talked to through the donation process that the battery was dead. I had arranged for the vehicle to be picked up on Wednesday July 26 but he showed up on Tuesday July 25. I had to scramble to get the title signed and I had a meeting that I had to be at. He was supposed to be here before noon but didn't show up until after 1:00. I am hoping that the vehicle shows up in the same condition that it left my driveway in, but I am not hopeful of that fact. It breaks my heart that this will probably greatly affect the value of the vehicle and not be able to fulfill a Wish as I had hoped. I am extremely disappointed in this service.
We must deal with towing companies on regular basis but this one stands out by doing the following.
- Refused to release our cargo. At first, they told us we need to pay them- we agreed. Then they told us our customer will not want the product –they wanted it in the condition it was in. Lastly, they admitted they were too exhausted and simply didn’t want to do it. We asked if we could hire someone to transfer the product, but they refused to allow us to do that as well.
- At the time of them towing our truck they couldn’t find 5 min to explain the condition of our truck and freight (we are aware it couldn’t have been exact)
- When you talked to them you get a feel, they don’t want to talk to you and extremely rude. One minute conversation is a whole minute too long.
- Hard to get a hold of
All the communications and emails are saved can be provided to anyone at any given time. We never left a bad review on a towing company in the past but in this case their lack of professionalism warrants one.
