Was to me in no time after I called, had someone out in less than 20 minutes. Driver, I believe his name was Caleb, was kind and very helpful. All around great and fast service.
My son's truck blew its engine & required towing to shop. Contacted Lanes Towing on 06/15/2025, spoke with Chris, set arrangements for tow on Monday AM. The driver/Landen just left with truck, headed to repair facility...very kind & polite. Just a great experience during this stressful time. I called the other local (yukon) towing company, they came out and "couldn't do it" with their flat bed or anything they had. I called Lane's Towing and without hesitation Chris showed up and said he could do it no problem. He was very fast to respond,professional and went above and beyond. There cheaper then bad day towing but was missing some stuff that was in my car. Also I responded to his reply about my missing items and he's telling me my car was never there when I went to his location on 10th Street he told me over the phone my car wasn't there so he gave me the address off of council 101 North council so I went there and it's like a different lot or yard and that's where he pulled my car out and gave it to me and he's saying that my car was never there. Now after arguing with the lady who runs the business for over an hour what it comes down to is their tow truck drivers are thieves and take people's property out of their car. And whoever the lady is that runs the business emailing me back and forth is rude
Jesse went above and beyond to help me with getting my car towed. He is professional, polite, kind and caring. I appreciate him giving me a ride to the collision center as well. Being a Bail Bondsman, my Defendants get their vehicles towed a lot. Lane's Towing is awesome!!! My Defendant didn't have his registration for the Mustang Police Department, in order to get a release. Lane's Towing went online and was able to get a copy of his Insurance Registration and met us at the Police Department. They even had his car with them. I was mowing my acreage when the riding lawn mower went dead. I had a trailer but no winch to pull the mower onto the trailer. I called Lane's Towing to request a flat bed tow truck. They sent me an exceptionally kind and intelligent man named Allen. Before he loaded the mower, he looked over the equipment to see why the engine wouldn't start. He discovered the problem was a broken fuse. He switched out the blade fuse for the engine one and it started right away. He said that I won't have to take the mower to be repaired. I just needed to replace the broken engine fuse. Just imagine how much time and money he saved me with his kindness and machine knowledge. I couldn't ask for better service.
I had a breakdown while passing through on the way from Georgia to Santa Fe and after waiting over 5 hrs for AAA, called Lane’s. They helped immediately and Chris and Patricia were so kind and helpful. Cannot say enough good about them. I’d give 10 stars if I could
