Long story short ~ called AAA for help changing a tire damaged & completely flat. After 1 1/2 hours & no word fr anyone called AAA again. Was told because of time of day, rural area, & a nationwide shortage of towing/roadside assistance companies it was hard to find someone. I mentioned towns near me & AAA knew of this company, highly recommended them, checked w them & said it would be appr 50-60 minutes. Other services would be appr 5-6 HOURS. BTR contacted me & was there in 28 minutes! Thank you BTR for your fast professional service!
The company never showed up, and I was not informed that no one would be coming until many hours later. However, I rated them three stars instead of the one that I initially wanted to rate them because part of the issue may have been AAA.
Cecil was very efficient and picked up my Firebird safely and delivered it on the other side of town quickly and called me several times due to an address mix up on my part. Thanks again!
AAA contracted them to come help me change out a tire. An hour after they were supposed to be there, I looked them up online so I can call him and get an ETA or tell them I was going to fix it myself. When I call the number it said the voicemail was full and not taking numbers so I was unable to contact them. I ended up changing my tire myself but I was told by the auto club they were close by. I called and canceled. I understand the nature of their business because I was in it before. So I'm not hating on them because of that and I understand. At least they were coming. I just wish I could have been able to contact them because I was in a remote area and needed to know my options.
AAA customer broke down on the side of i40 at exit 139A. BTR recovery was assigned the call and two hours later still hadn’t showed up. Called AAA and they were unable to even get a hold of BTR so the call was reassigned to another company that was there within 15 min. Thanks for wasting 2+ hours of my family’s night.
They cracked the oil pan while unloading and then ghosted me when they went to take photos of the damage (which were never provided to me). Despite the mechanic corroborating what happened I eventually had to file a claim with AAA after months of trying to get them to take responsibility.
My vehicle was towed by this company on camera with my work bag still in it and all of my jewelry was stolen out of it and Jim would not call me back lawyer time
When the problem presented itself that would have looked like a stop to progress, it was all hands on deck. They seemed to really care that the problem got resolved (which it did).
Just had a excellent experience with BTR recovery. BMW X6 stopped in a parking lot at a awkward angle. 1st tow company came and did not have the tools or skills to tow the vehicle. BTR came through, they were timely, professional and they got the job done. I am
a hard person to impress, but I was blown away by their hard work. Hopefully I will never need them again, but if I do, this will be the first and only company I call.

Do this work. After lunch they still never showed up, we drove off. I'm going to cancel
My AAA membership and get
Something else.
Super friendly and professional. Has towed my daughter's car and mine recently. My BMW rides a little low, and he was very careful hooking it up and unhooking.
After waiting 4 hours for another company, my insurance contacted BTR to take over our towing ticket. BTR called in 5 minutes and was on their way. They got my vehicle and had it here faster then I ever imagined. The guy on the phone was very nice and helpful. Well knowledged. Definitely recommend.

I blew a tire tonight & after waiting 4 hours on 2 different tow companies my insurance finally sent a reliable company. Cecil arrived in 8 minutes & after determining my car could not be towed with the tow truck that had arrived, Cecil then continued to make arrangements to take us home so we didn’t have to wait on second tow truck in 38 degree weather. Your services made our night easier! Cecil replied “I’m glad I could make you’re night a little better” my partner & I agreed you made our experience tonight less stressful. Our car got delivered before the ETA by 2 professionals both amazing! We deeply appreciate the concern and compassion you showed us & have no doubt that this family owned business is an exceptional company!
I don't often give one stars, but I didn't feel like this company wanted my business, I wasn't a valued customer, and I wasn't worth their time. They also weren't the most professional over the phone. I called them once my insurance notified me they were dispatched & told them I was on Tinker AFB. They told me they couldn't get on the base unless I was meeting them at the gate so they weren't able to help me. I called and verified with Tinker Pass & ID that they didn't need me present to gain access. Then they claimed their driver had firearms in the truck so they couldn't help me. So, if I met him at the gate he was OK to bring a firearm? Its a federal crime either way..
They simply thought it was too much of an inconvenience for what the insurance was paying them and helping me wasn't worth their time.
I was told it would be one hour. It will be to two hours because he got another unlock after me and went there first. They came through Triple A. If I ever have to call again and get assigned this company it will be a big no thank you.
I had called my insurance agency for a tow since my car had a flat and I had no spare. So I waited for the original tow truck drivers for 4 hours. No calls or anything. Called them. Guy was super discourteous. So I had to call back to my insurance and they re dispatched my car. 20 minutes after I received a call from Btr. Said the guy was there. Told her the keys were in my car and it was a manual. 97 vw gti. Guy shows up 25 to 30 minutes later with my car. Dude was super nice and professional. Recommending BTR to all my home boys put there that need a tow. 5 stars.
So, here is my review of this place. I can’t say that I’ve spent a lot of time talking to them. I originally called Safeco Roadside Assistance at 1:00 today. Generally, I get a text and a call from the towing company to let me know they are either en route or with an ETA. Didn’t gets text til 1:45. No call. No big, no worries. 3:00 comes around. I call Safeco. They call the tow company. They say that I was told there was a 90 minute ETA, due to the weather, and we are only 60 minutes in. Understood. I mean, no one told me that, or called to tell me that, but I get it. Cold day, rainy, 90 minutes. Fine. 60 more minutes. Now we are at 4:00. Call Safeco. They call the tow company. Rep says that the quoted time was 120 minutes, and we are 114 in, and they would be there soon. I find it unlikely, since I have received no communication from the tow company at all. But whatever, I’ll wait it out. Get a text from Safeco at 4:15 asking if I’m still waiting. I say that I am. They refer me to the tow company. Call BTR. Guy tells me that he cancelled the call because Safeco rode him about an ETA. Safeco was unaware that he canceled. I didn’t spend a lot of time listening to his story about it being slick and all the nonsense. Because I’ll be honest. If you would have called me initially, told me 3 hours, fine. I mean, it’s a long time, but I know what to expect. All that time and I never even got a call. Not one. And then after that, cancels, meaning after half the dang day everyone else is jumping through hoops to make alternate arrangements. Thanks for nothing.
