I was a moron and locked key in my car. I called Cavins El Reno and 15 minutes or less truck pulled up and the driver unlocked my door. I grew up on El Reno and knew Harold and his family. Jeanie Singleton, Harold’s daughter is full of wrecker business stories. She lives in Chickasha. Great that the tradition continues! Still family owned and operated. While traveling from one coast to the other this summer with my travel trailer, three tires decided to blow in OK. The last two and the leaf spring bracket that broke off created an extra day in OK. Cavin Towing came to my rescue at 12:30am, proceeded to get my rig off the highway and provide me help, a welder and sanity. Amazing people to work with! As a small Hotshot trucking company this wrecker service has got to be the most honest and easy to work with. I called telling Bryan that our truck was down about 15 miles outside of town. Bryan began trying to help us look for a mechanic as soon as he heard our troubles. He took our driver to the hotel along with our equipment and then stated he would help our driver the next day help position the trailer to off load onto another trailer. All the respect in the world for this company. I have had many tows companies come to tow us and you need know what you are going to get. With Bryan and his company you are going to get the utmost integrity.
They may excel at assisting customers in need, but what about those who don’t need help? The towing industry often deals with aggravated clients, which likely leads to many controversial situations. In my case, my apartment complex—which is at fault for the towing of my vehicle—showed little concern for my situation, as did this company. When I called the company seeking answers, I was instead bombarded with a condescending attitude. From the start, Cavin made it clear that he wouldn’t allow me to communicate effectively, even before I became frustrated. He lacked the basic principles of customer service, leading me through a series of judgmental interactions. He gave me the impression that he would help me, only after stripping away my dignity. Cavin, if you were as collected and professional as you claimed to be during our interaction, you wouldn’t have treated me the way you did. I hope you’ll learn to stop criticizing and judging individuals based on their circumstances.
They saved us when we were in a pinch and on a Sunday! Tristan was great, he got to us quickly, and had us home in no time. Their rates are very reasonable and the service was impeccable! Highly recommend Cavin Wrecker.
My truck broke down at 5 am on a Saturday, after finally breaking down I called them at 530 and by 6 am they had a tow picking me up and taking me to my house. Very professional, courteous and very well priced! Will definitely use them again if I need to or recommend to any one who needs a tow!
I'd give more stars if I could. My truck flipped over due to high crosswinds, and I knew nothing about it for nearly 24 hours. I received a call from Brian at Cavin Wrecker letting me know what happened the day before. He actually called me because he was worried about our cargo, and he knew it was still salvageable. I've been in trucking for over 18 years, and have gone through multiple cases of needing wrecker services. But this is the first time I met a wrecker company that is kind, generous, helpful and understanding. Brian has been so easy to work with and so understanding of our situation. THANK YOU! We had a double blow out on a dully. Stuck on I 40 between El Reno and Weatherford. They had us picked up swiftly. Even called around to find a store with the tire sizes we needed!! Driver dropped us off at the tire shop and new tires were installed. Won’t hesitate to use them or recommend them to anyone!
My mother got stuck in the giant mud puddle by the Walmart in El Reno. Cavin wrecker services showed up shortly after calling and pulled her right out. I really appreciate them getting her out with it being so cold and dark. We could not have done it without them!
Was a little nervous of the way they charge because ite by the hour. With that said I feel my bill was exceptionally fair. I was in a bind. Calvins showed up in a timely manner and did a good job. I felt like the Job needed a rotator. I explained my situation, sent a picture and they assured me they could do it without one. Not very often do you feel like you come out ahead when dealing with a wrecker but I did by a good 600 dollars. Another company wanted a grand minimum to even bring a truck out with a rotator. They may be available if your in their area, beings they're not exactly in the city, but don't think they're not out here for your money. Nothing positive nor negative to report. It is what it is now days. Towing someone 1.5 miles away will cost 500$ plus.
When the unthinkable happened and our 3yr old who was buckled in her car seat got locked inside our van while it was running, and no spare key, Cavin's got to our house within 15 minutes and had the door unlocked within a couple minutes! I have never been more scared in my life. I can not thank them enough!!

Absolutely life-saving. Blew a tire on I-40 at 6pm on a Sunday; Monte was there within 30 minutes to tow us to a nearby tire shop he knew to be open. Very nice people, very professional and helpful.
We experienced completely unexpected RV engine failure while parked in Weatherford on 1/4/23. After insurance call centers caused confusion for nearly 18 hours, Monte of Cavin Wrecker Service somehow managed to get a hold of me by telephone in order to bypass the nonsense. He arrived in minutes, assessed the situation, coordinated with me based on where we wanted the rig towed, and had Robert arrive with the wrecker within 20 minutes along with Ray to assist my family with following the tow. To top it off, the destination repair shop retracted their offer, so Robert made the right recommendation on the way into OKC for a shop that could accommodate us. During a difficult situation for us, the Cavin crew made the actual tow experience the best it could've been. Thanks for doing what you do.

Very good and prompt service. I had a blow-out on the highway, west-bound, between El Reno and Weatherford. Tristan with Cavins Wrecker came to the rescue. He loaded my Hummer H3 up on the wrecker and transported Me and my 2-dogs into Weatherford, Ok., to Caulkins Conoco and Tireshop (Trevor). I bought a brand new tire and had it installed and Trevor put it back on my vehicle. By 20:15, I was back on the road to Amarillo, Tx. Thank you for exceptional service.
Best recovery people around. Had a bad experience trying to pull my brother out of the snow. Luckily Cavins came through with a legit recovery skid steer equipped with a winch. It had no issues dragging my 2500 crew cab HD out. Bravo MEN!
Locked my keys in my van, a quick call to this place had a guy on his way. It took 8 minutes from the time I called until he was here, and 2 minutes to have my door unlocked. I hope to never need them again, but They will be my first call if I do.
Update: my van broke down and needed towed to a shop, they were my first call... My day is going crappily, but the were there to tow me in minutes. So there's that

Very helpful. Had clean trucks and quick service. Sent 2 trucks, one for my RV and one for the trailer. Great local knowledge and were able to help get me back on the road with a local shop after hours on a Sunday!
