Fast and friendly service

We were leaving from a camping trip at Canton lake when the water pump blew on our Ford diesel. Fortunately, the NAPA store was only about a quarter of a mile up the road from the gas station we stopped at, so my husband walked up there. One, they actually had the part in stock!!! (HAPPY DANCE) Two, the super nice guys that worked there offered to drive my husband back to his truck and also said if he needed anything else, to just give them a call and they'd bring it to us! Talk about customer service! I can't thank them enough for helping strangers out. Small town, people helping people is alive and well here!

Very helpful to this out of towner! I needed a headlight replaced and they did it for me, as well as put on a new connector. Very helpful and friendly.

Service is great and prices are reasonable. If the part is not on hand they will get it for you as soon as possible.

Wouldn't buy car parts anywhere else.
