In September 2015 I had the misfortune of having my car break down as I was getting off the Ohio Turnpike. I was over 125 miles from home and, as it turns out, in not-so-Luckey, Ohio. My car was towed to Luckey Truck and Auto. I was told the repair would take three or four days. After a week of no communication I called and was told it wasn't ready yet. Two weeks later it was finally done. The repair cost hundreds of dollars. As I drove away I realized there was a new problem. Now my air conditioning wasn't working. There wasn't a chance I was going back there. Less than a year later the part they replaced broke. When my hometown mechanic got in touch with them and asked for warrantee information the owner refused to give it to him so that I could not be reimbursed for the part or the labor. I have never been treated so poorly and had a worst experience in my life. Oh, and the owners dog tried to bite me.
