If there was 0 stars I would’ve given them that cuz they will tell you a price and when it comes to paying they will rip you off a flat tire anywhere you go it’s $50 or $60 these guys will tell you $30 but when it comes to paying you’ll be paying $175 for a dam flat tire I don’t recommend this place at all

A2Z was the only place open on a Sunday afternoon that we could find when our little Nissan Versa Note started having increasingly loud grinding sounds in its back wheel on the Turnpike during a long trip. We stopped in on the chance they could help us, and while they couldn't actually fix the car, Bill was kind, knowledgeable, and not only diagnosed the issue accurately (wheel bearing!) but pointed us in exactly the right direction to get the car fixed the next morning. Thanks for taking time out of your afternoon to give us a hand!

My rear driveshaft fell off, so A2Z fixed my damaged airlines on the spot, so I was abe to drive to the closest mechanic shop and saved me hundreds of dollars for towing.

I called them because my battery needed a jump. The dispatcher was SO NICE. The gentleman was nice and was quick to arrive VERY PROFESSIONAL.

I had a blowout on I 80 in Ohio. I purchased a truck tire from this company $432.00. Drove 15 miles down the rode after repair, and the same tire I purchased blew out Again. I spoke to James who informed me that he spoke to the owner and was told it was a used tire with no warranty. Not even an hour later the trie blew out and they told me that they would not replace. Bad business DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!

Absolute rip off! They charged me 600$ to go 10 miles from their office to where my truck broke down, without fixing anything. Just let me know that I will need a tow truck. Six hundred US dollars for nothing. 60$ fuel surcharge and 20$ tolls for 10 miles round trip. Avoid at all cost

We broke down in this area with our diesel skoolie and these folks were amazing. You couldn’t ask for a kinder, more professional shop. They had us back on the road same day! I would recommend them to anyone!

We had an emergency repair that a major shop would not do. We were able to get the truck to their shop and they worked on it into the late evening and back at it in the am to get us rolling again. I expected the worst but they got it done and the price was more than fair.

We broke down in the tolleay at 10:30. This was the only towing company who was willing to come to our rescue. James, our driver, was fantastic! He took care of us like we were family from start to finish. What a wonderful person!

Awesome people, from commercial tires I've purchased to the tractor trailer I had them tow yesterday. Very affordable, friendly and honest people. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Thank you A2Z!

Don't call this towing company if you know what's good for you. They are a bunch of crooks, they will make you pay $2,000 for 30 mins of work, and if you ask for an explanation, they will call the police. Avoid this place at all cost; you'll thank me later. They have some fake reviews as well, no way this company has 4.6 stars.

Stay away. They left me on the side of the road with a bill for a job they refused to fix. They kept telling me get a tow and when I said I would tow it to their shop they refused to do the job. Money hungry and lazy. 400 dollars for a half done job that didn't fix my problem

I had the luck of having a double blowout on my trailer today and A2Z came out fairly quick, brought everything needed and the price was also fair.

This company is absolutely amazing. My family broke down in Big Stone Gap, Virginia. We were able to contact Billy and he jumped right in to help. He notified the local sheriff department of the situation and to come check on us. He sent his co-superhero, Orin, to rescue as well. They sent a car for us to drive back home. When Orin got there he made sure we had everything we needed for us to get back home safely. These 2 men will always hold a special place in my heart for what they've done in my family's time of need. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Highly recommend! Very responsive and helpful. They even helped us understand how AAA worked and gave us time to figure out where to tow my mom's vehicle.

James towed my son’s truck 2 weeks ago when the motor blew and just recently towed it back to my residence after we decided to not have it fixed at the mechanic. James was very accommodating to our needs, he was able to drop the truck and push it up in my driveway so that we could be able to work on it ourselves. I definitely recommend A to Z Towing for all your needs

They are the best around. Very reasonably priced. They got my jack knifed tractor trailer straightened out.

My daughter and I were stuck at 127 and 20, transmission died. Billy and his crew were very busy but fit me in. He made paying and towing smooth and easy, the bill was very reasonable. He saved us, we even had a sheriff and several vehicles pass us not offering to help at all. I can not thank A2Z enough!!

Only stop here if it’s an emergency. These guys put a 65 dollar tire on my car and charged me 135 for the tire alone and then the labor fees on top of that. Absolute frauds. Edit 9/4/19 A) The cost of the tire even with fees and taxes did not come to $139.00. As you can see in the screen shot I’ve included of the exact tire you’ve put on my car from Wal-Mart’s website (where I know for a fact you purchased the tire, I saw the receipt) the tire is $71. On the bill of sale you’ve given me (which I’ve also included a photo of) you’ve charged me $139.00. In your response you’ve insisted that the $68 difference is due to “state tire fee and taxes paid”. If this is true that means Ohio state is charging a 95% tax on tires which seems really unlikely to me. B) If the $68 dollar difference is from “1.5 hrs of labor” then why wouldn’t you put that charge in the column with description of work with the rest of labor charges. ? My advice to everyone who has to stop here for a tire replacement is stop at the Wal-Mart (1215 South Main Street, Bryan, Ohio 43506) before they do and get the tire yourself. Don’t let these guys screw you like they screwed me.

I went to fill up my tire with air and somehow broke the valve on the tire( I know I’m the village idiot) I had no idea where my emergency kit was and I was talked through it. I then couldn’t get the tire off and again I called and again he told me exactly where to hit it. I hope to never have to have my vehicle serviced in Ohio but if I did. I would definitely go with these guys

Fixed my truck, right away. Very good price for the service they perform. Very knowledgeable, and willing to explain everything they did. If I didn't live so far away, I would have them work with all my vehicles. 24hr service.

My wife was driving on the turnpike when her windshield wipers broke. It was raining and wasn't going to stop anytime soon. She called me to figure out what to do. I searched for a repair shop and A2Z was close to her. I called ahead to see if they would be able to help. They answered the phone quickly and politely. Better yet they said they would help her when she got there. I got a call from the owner, Billy, saying my wife had arrived and they immediately fixed the wipers without making her wait. What an awesome customer experience. Billy and his team turned a negative into a positive. We don't live anywhere close to that area, but that didn't stop them from treating us like we've been customers for years. Thank you guys. Superior service.
