I stopped in to rent a U-Haul tow dolly to tow behind an RV I'd just purchased. I was feeling a little overwhelmed. The fellow who helped me really HELPED me. He backed the RV up to the trailer, connected it, walked me through every step of loading my car on it - I got it loaded on the first try after the lesson. I'd drive out of my way to work with them again.
