Tanner was amazing today. My daughter and I got stranded on the side of the road. We are not from Ohio and I wasn’t sure where I was fully going. When I called the PD for help, the officer on scene said he called Hutch’s. Tanner pulls up and asked where I would like to go. After telling him where I am from he said he could get me as close as he could due to it being the weekend and being the only driver at that time available. I said that was ok. Called my friend in the area to see if we could take it to their house and the said yes! Tanner said perfect and took us there. Was very professional and very nice! I use to be a dispatcher for a towing company so knowing how things worked helped and I knew what he was talking bout etc when it came to towing :) he also gave me other towing companies info as well for me to get my vehicle the rest of the way home to Indiana. All in all great company and great driver!! Thank you again Tanner!!!

Kudos and awesomeness to Hutch's towing. A deer hit me, and they towed me off the turnpike, I got checked into the hotel across the street from their shop, and they left my car on the flatbed and took me (via AAA) to Toledo for repairs in the AM. These guys looked after me and my car after an unpleasant accident in the middle of a cold night--thank you for making sure I was safe and taken care of!

Great customer service a gentleman named John took care of my repair right away. I was originally told a couple hours and then I’ve been about 30 minutes or so and the lady I believe her name is Marge was very friendly and polite when she answered the phone both times did I talk to her? We had a flat tire going eastbound on I-90. Changed to the donut and limped into hutch’s at 7:30pm on a Monday. I can’t remember her name but the woman working the desk was phenomenal! The technician was great as well. We left the car in the garage while waiting for the mechanic to return from a call and had dinner across the street. Before we could finish, we received a text that it was ready to go. So happy we stopped there.

We were traveling in our class C motorhome when the front brake locked up, I called Hutch's and they said they could get me in and back on the road the same day. I was able to get the coach there and they went right to work on it. The parts arrived and they had me on my way in a few hours. Now here's what really set them apart. I got 6 miles down the road and the new caliper seized up! Go figure... I called and told them what happend and they sent their mobile repair truck to where we were parked and replaced the defective caliper right there. Many thanks to the whole crew , your care and professionalism made our day.

The service was fast and so helpful on I 80 west - thank you so much to our repairman for our camper tire replacement!!

Great service and pricing with a quick turn around on all of our repairs! Staff is phenomenal- great communication, friendly, and always willing to help. Would highly recommend Hutch's to anyone- especially on 53' dry vans (I work in Logistics/trucking).

My car broke down while I was passing through Ohio. The tow truck picked me up quickly, correctly diagnosed the issue, and got me to a shop that was able to fix it. Nice people, reasonable prices, and very helpful. I like the town too, nice diner across the street and a couple of hotels.

Mr. Larry really took great care of my family car. He did the impossible — made things happen when everyone else said no. I truly appreciate and respect him for his effort and dedication. My family owes you, sir. I sincerely mean it… you were outstanding to us. Thank you.

I cannot say enough nice things about these folks. I’m not from the area, car dies in the middle of nowhere and these guys pick me up quick and got me to a garage that could see me same day. Tanner rocks and I hope his side of the pillow is always cool.

Easter Sunday driving westbound on the Ohio turnpike; when the back of the truck started vibrating and made a big thump. We watch the rear tire roll past us, into the medium, across the other lane and rest in the ditch. Yes, the wheel came off, broke off...who came to our rescue on Easter Sunday...Hutch Towing. They towed us to the shop and fixed the wheel. We made it home because of them. I and my husband our so grateful to Hatch for helping us. I want to tell everyone; they are wonderful people and the price was very reasonable. Thank you and God bless.

If you break down in Ohio on the 80/90 turnpike anywhere near exit 13 these are the guys you call. They not only efficiently picked up the truck but they have a pretty big shop where they were able to perform a repair. Super nice people and anxious to get you on the road.

Car not working on a trip from Michigan to Chicago could have been a nightmare. Thanks to the wonderful people at Hutch's, we were driving out of there that night. Marsha was so wonderful on the phone to coordinate our tow (which was there in minutes) and provide us with all the information we needed to make informed decisions. Thank you, Marsha. Great place for service and AMAZING people working here. I first made contact on 1/14/25 for a breakdown and the next morning I have a call from my technician and the lady in the office, they arrived towed me to their shop and got me back on the road. Everyone at the building was very courteous and willing to help in everyway possible, I'd recommend Hutch's to anyone out there in need of service of any kind....May Almighty God continue to bless this business! Today I blew a brake line away from home an Hutch's was sent out. I highly recommend them, Tanner was friendly, and kind. We talked all the way to my house! He made it a pleasant experience in a stressful situation.

I recently had an unfortunate accident where my wheel bearing broke, causing me to skid down the highway without a wheel. The hot wheel bearing even started a small brush fire on the side of the road with my kid in the car. Needless to say, I was incredibly frazzled and anxious. However, the initial kid who came to the scene from Hutch’s Tow Service was an absolute lifesaver. He was polite, respectful, and incredibly helpful—exactly what I needed in such a stressful situation. A few days later, I returned to the tow yard to make the necessary repairs, as I was five hours from home. It took me quite a bit of time, and by the time I was wrapping up, the sun was going down, and the parts stores were starting to close. Unfortunately, I discovered that the new brake line I had bought was malfunctioning. Desperate to get my car back up and running, I came up with a creative fix but needed to borrow a tool briefly from the tow company. I understand that Hutch’s had no obligation to help me with repairs, but I thought it wouldn’t hurt to ask, especially since the stores were closed and it was getting darker. To my disappointment, the guy I spoke to was incredibly rude. He didn’t just refuse to help—he kept saying "no" in the most dismissive and rude manner. His complete lack of empathy and customer service skills really shocked me, especially considering the situation I was in. If you ever need to deal with Hutch’s Tow Service, I would highly recommend avoiding this particular individual. Everyone else was great, but this guy clearly doesn’t understand the importance of kindness or basic customer service. I sincerely hope he never finds himself in a similar situation, needing someone to lend a helping hand but treating him like he's an idiot or a bother or beneath him. The only reason for four stars instead of five is because of the way this man treated us.

They did their job, got paid for it, and took their bonuses by stealing items from our truck. We were involved in an accident that required our truck to be towed. I was taken to a hospital by ambulance and my wife was taken to an E.R. in Toledo by life-flight. Despite the ordeal we were going through, this towing crew (also legally responsible for the cleanup) took it upon themselves to take tools, brand new sweaters that still had tags on them, my wife’s prescription meds, and a few other items. When I was able to get to truck at their yard a couple of days later, I noticed other items missing, some of which I found at the bottom of a dumpster. One item was a queen sized comforter with absolutely nothing wrong with it. When I mentioned this to one of the women working there, all I got was a blank stare. No apology. No possible explanation of what could’ve happened to those items. Nothing. If you have to get towed by this company, be mindful of your property.

What an amazing experience working with this towing service. We were hours from home stuck on the side of the interstate with 3 small kids, a dog and towing a 35ft trailer. Hutch's was out to us in less than 30 mins and took the best care of all of us. Thank you so much, we hope we never need you again but know who we would call first!

These guys are great! My sons car broke down on the Ohio turnpike last week. Hutch's was out there very quickly. Though the driver (Terry) had restrictions on how far he could tow us, he worked hard with AAA and was able to tow the car back to the Toledo repair shop. My son had great conversations with Terry on the way back. If Hutch's is ever an option, I would choose them again! Thanks Terry!!

I got a flat tire on the freeway 200mi from home. Jason from Hutch's PULLED OFF THE FREEWAY UNPROMPTED, fixed my flat, then escorted me to his shop where he replaced my tire. Absolutely above-and-beyond clutch, great service and people when I was having a reeeeal rough day. This place deserves your business.

My car died on the Ohio Turnpike on Friday morning! I pulled over to the shoulder and called for help. I’m 73 but got scared, I was alone. I waited about half an hour and then my hero arrived, John, from Hutch’s!!! He was so kind I immediately felt relieved. We took my car to their garage where he looked at it and saw that the alternator belt was broken and ordered one from Auto zone. While I waited Shawna got me some water and told me where I could get some food. I sat in the air conditioned office and read my book while waiting. John had other calls to go on, I could hear the radio telling them where there was a problem. Another employee, Terry came in and got the belt once it was delivered and put it on my car. I was on my way home and so relieved!! We need to appreciate these people and the job they do and be careful on the highway when we see them working to help someone!! I feel so lucky after this experience and so thankful for the staff at Hutch’s ! The best?

Fully loaded semi winched out of my yard with ease. Very impressed. They were very conscious of not creating more damage.

Truck got off the road and stuck in ditch. Police called them and they were super fast! It took them 90min total and my driver was good to go. Most important price for winch out was really fair! Thank you Hutch's!

My cars front axle broke in the middle of a cross country trip. They towed my car, trailer, and let my car ride in the truck with us too the shop. I told them I wanted to take it to a Subaru dealership and they said they could find the axle, and put it on cheaper and faster than the dealership and boy were they right. I went from broken down on the side of the highway to back on the road in less than 2 hours. Amazing service from knowledgeable hard working guys. Wish I could give 10 stars
