Called a day before said they would pick up next day. Never showed so I called again she told me she would call me back never did. That place I'll never call again. U ppl r Trash
Exchanged messages with a lady who confirmed a 10am appointment on a sunday (today 6/8/2025) She knew we were driving a half hour and despite the business being closed on weekends she still scheduled an appointment for Sunday morning. (Didn't even think yo google the business before going so that's our fault because it for sure would've saved a trip....) My husband messaged her around 9:30 to confirm and she didn't message back until after 10am. We were already on the way and told her we would be there about 20 minutes and she said ok. When we got there she stopped responding and the phone number on the signage went straight to voicemail. There was signs on the door stating they were closed due to fire hazards and when we seen a man sitting on the side of the building in some doors he just started pointing in directions so I'm not sure if he was deaf or just rude but I wouldn't be surprised if it was the latter. Definitely would not recommend because I can only imagine the lies and time wasted if you actually purchased a vehicle from them.
Person on the phone was friendly enough. Said no one was close to my area for that week. Explained I wasn’t in a huge rush. Made plans to call me the next week with a time,they never called.
Horrible business was told they were on way to buy a vehicle. They lied multiple tines and never showed up. Don't run with these guys. Very unprofessional.
