I was impressed by Rittman Automotive’s website, when looking for a local service shop, rather than a large dealership shop. I really liked that they had shuttle service and loaner cars. Everyone I had contact with was polite, professional and friendly - I felt appreciated as a customer. I mostly worked with Kyle, who was very patient with me, even driving me back to my home when accidentally I rode with the tow truck driver rather than staying home while they checked out the car. They texted links with the invoices of what needed repaired, and also explained the repairs when asked. Would highly recommend Rittman Automotive.
Kyle went above and beyond to honor their warranty and made sure to make things right with my vehicle. I had even forgotten about a follow-up appointment and Kyle called me and asked me when are you bringing in your your vehicle. I also received two phone calls one week after work was done on my vehicle from two different people checking to make sure that everything was okay on my vehicle. I also like they sent pictures to me of my vehicle of what parts needed repair. I was told and I like the saying," I like to be able to sleep at night to make sure everything is okay with vehicles and customers"
Very professional and friendly. Does work in a timely manner. Has good communication regarding any repairs needed and possible future repairs. They are honest and that is worth a lot to a women and her car repairs.
I had a great experience with them handling my vehicle. They told me exactly what was wrong with it . As I knew my truck was in bad shape . I got a vehicle inspection done. They did an outstanding job with customer service. If I could give them ten stars I would!! Thanks again!

Good people, good service, I have been taking my car there for years for full synthetic oil changes. Their prices are reasonable, they do good work and the people are friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone.
We got tires at a great price. As the work was being done they realized that the tire pressure monitoring system needed 3 new units with the fourth ready to falter itself. This was greatly appreciated since they already had the area opened up the repair was cheaper.
Outstanding service from end to end. My lifetime mechanic joined their team earlier this year so I stopped in for an induction cleaning service and an oil change. 12/10 would recommend Brad for any and every service one could ever desire to have. Will be done right without fail. I won't let anyone else work on my vehicles.

Awesome service. I left for a work trip. Dropped off my truck, got a quote quick. Listing all information about the truck. Gave me the price for the work. (MUCH cheaper than the other local place in Wadsworth). Who wanted to charge me almost 3 times more. R.A listed recommend things for the truck and got me in and out. Paid for, Dad picked up the truck and all is well. Great service. Dad is taking his quote from the other place to Rittman now to see about getting his worked on. Very impressed and I see why people go here for service.
I am very very pleased with their work. They got me in fast picked up my S10 the next day. Haven't had any issues since that was 3 months ago. Will definitely use them again.

Had a ton of work done on my dodge ram and Rittman auto knocked it all out of the park. Super quick, professional and kept me up-to-date every step of the way and even came back with taking of unnecessary work that we previously agreed on. They also made sure to have a loaner car available for me during the time so I can still make it to work everyday. Dont hesitate on taking your vehicle here for any work you may need.

I stopped in Monday, right when they opened, and they were able to get a new battery installed and fixed my wiper fluid dispenser that wasn’t working on passenger side. By the afternoon I had my car back! Well done!! Greatly appreciate them helping me so quickly!!!
This is the second time I have taken my car here for service and wow. I am so impressed! Had to get my car battery replaced because of frequent jump starts. The service advisor Kyle, said that they did have one in stock for me. And thank goodness for that because when I brought the car in, 15 minutes later battery died again (old one). I knew it was cooked. They also have an EXCELLENT coupon deal on a full synthetic oil change with tire rotation. Only $34.99. What a deal. I am very happy with this place and I will be coming back again

I first went to Good Year and wasn't provided the correct information or assistance. The tech there wiggled some wires and said the car was good to go. They also said I had a small oil leak that wasn't a significant problem.
I had heard a lot of good things about Rittman Automotive so decided I wanted a second opinion. The small oil leak wasn't insignificant and the "wiggling" of the wires had not taken care of the issue. I was provided detailed information about what needed to be done in order to fix the issues with my car. I was told what issues were important to address and the ones that weren't crucial at the moment. I wasn't pressured into making a decision, however. I proceeded with the fixes and now know I am safe while driving my daily 45 minute commute
I had a lunch meeting at noon the day they worked on my car and I wondered if it would be done in time. My appointment was at 9am to replace a headlight. At 9:18 they called to say it was done!! They are efficient, friendly and professional. 5 stars!!!
Went for an oil change and as usual I received great service. I needed a ride home at the time of drop off. Someone was ready to take me home. All the fluids were checked as well as brakes and tire tread. Great service and price.
