Talk about exceeding expectations. To be honest, I wasn’t expecting this at all. You figure buying used parts online can usually be a nightmare. Their description of the part that I purchased listed minor scratches I feel like they were being quite modest. The part Was basically brand new. Their shipping was extremely fast so was the customer service response time. They went the extra mile with packaging to ensure that my part arrived safely. If needed, I would definitely use them again in the future. To sum it up, they sold me a part which they discounted for me. Got it to me extremely fast. We’re very quick to get back with me with any questions and insured that the product get to my doorstep without any damage. I highly recommend this company.

I initially removed my first review in good faith, believing my original experience was a misunderstanding, after all, the company has a 4.9 rating. Based on prior email arrangements, I proceeded with an online purchase, only to be told afterward that the transaction had been flagged as fraudulent and would take 3–5 days to be refunded. But, I was also told I could process the transaction again immediately.
10 DAYS LATER I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE REFUND.
Yes, the payment was flagged as fraudulent, yet I was encouraged to pay again — but this time with an additional USD $150 packaging fee and they would not accommodate a parcel pickup from their location, despite previous arrangements, in writing.
All my negative dealings have been with a single staff member, and I’m conscious of the fact that one person’s actions do not necessarily represent the entire company. However, right now I’m USD $1,000 out of pocket and have spent countless late nights navigating a 14-hour time zone difference for nothing.
If the money is not refunded by Monday, I will have no choice but to initiate a chargeback through my bank, supported by the full email trail as evidence.
I just bought a transmission from this business today and they called me today for a follow up on my order and I don’t remember the gentleman’s name I talked to but very respectful and generous person. I was so pleased with my purchase and I should receive it in a couple of days regardless if I have the product yet I 5 stared them for there professional services. Was excited when a part that I needed for my truck was available from J&J, since I knew of them from their help with projects with YouTube creators that I watch. Found the used parts I need for a 24 year old truck, parts came off a 26 year old truck so rust free was important. Pictures were good. Picked up parts in person. They went above and beyond! I used the compatibility chart to get a transmission for my truck. Unfortunately, it wasn't the right one (mine is a 2 year only and very rare it seems). I reached out to them to figure out what we are going to do. After they got the VIN number for my truck to research it, they not only refunded me for the transmission, but paid for the shipping back AND refunded my cost for shipping it to me.

2nd purchase with J&J and it's always a pleasure. They have a lot of Prowler parts and don't charge Lamborghini parts prices like most others do. Even have chassis parts at great prices. Machining holes and making a custom rear crossmember for my car and they had exactly what I needed at an awesome price. Great place to do business with.

I've got to say I have never been more impressed from a customer service perspective than dealing with this crew right here. There was a slight mix up with my order and there was really only one way to fix it that didn't leave me in a bind. That solution required them to send me a part and just trust that I would get them the other part back to them but there was no time to wait for me to send the part back first and that was such a ridiculous solution that I didn't even ask them to do it..... I explained the situation and I said how do we fix this.... Much to my surprise I get the correct part the next day and I never even sent my other part back now of course I'm going to... Who does that though? It was so ridiculous to say I need you guys to send me the correct part and just trust that I'm sending this other one back to you That's crazy... But that's what they did because they're crazy good They are crazy passionate about customer service They have crazy good customer service guys.

I first ordered 2 replacement parts for my 2001 chevrolet camaro. The top dashboard pad and the complete front dashboard panel. Upon arrival, with no visible damages to the cardboard shipping box, upon opening the box, I noticed the top pad was severely damaged and the front dashboard was intact. I contacted J&J Auto Wrecking Co. and informed them of my plight, they agreed to replace the damaged pad with no cost to me. Approximately 7 days later my new top pad arrival undamaged. Yes! I will definitely order from this Co. again, if need to be. Thanks.
