I'm literally blown away by their extraordinary customer service that goes above and beyond for their customers!!!
Today our alternator died right off the highway at the truck stop in Burbank. Being from out of town and tight on cash we had no way to get there to get our part. We explained our situation and asked if there was anyway that they could possibly deliver us the part. Without hesitation they called their driver and he delivered our part within the hour and at no cost!!! We're beyond blessed for their kindness of the folks here and assistance in getting us back on the road.
I was passing thru seville/Burbank heading south and I wound up breaking down, alternator took a crap on me! I called around all the parts stores and scrap yards with little to no luck at all but Creston Auto Recycling took very good care of me! These guys are living breathing legends! They have it all! Prices can't be beat! They work with you pretty well and I def recommend them to anyone that needs some parts!
stopped in to get a price on scraping my dodge ram 1500 and gave me a good price on it plus they come and get it for free :)

C.A.R. Is helpful if you hate getting dirty. They refuse to let you walk the yard to find not only your project parts but parts you may coincidentally see for friends projects possibly losing thousands of dollars in potential sales. Walking the yard is an age old practice of “fishing from your front porch” for junk yards. I’m not a spout a number while you type it in on a computer guy. Hands on, boots on the ground hunting for parts, that way you can see the condition of the vehicle your parts come from. Very disappointed!

We had gotten a part here that wasn't available for at least 100 mile radius. We ended up taking it back and there was no problem refunding in full what we paid them! Very grateful for that. There were two men at the counter and the phone was ringing non-stop, but they took care of in-store customers first. That was awesome!

Great place for parts. Honest and very knowledgeable about the parts they are selling. Purchased an engine for my truck was exactly as described and at a very fair price. Traveled 4 hours from Pontiac MI. To Creston Ohio well worth the trip.

Very unprofessional at the counter. Parts/accessories were not off and ready as promised after I called 2 different times. I removed the parts/accessories myself and was rudely cutoff when I asked for a small discount for my time!!

Panama Bob here.... Been to these guys at least a dozen or more times. Always nice always helpful. Once I was short on cash. Guy's helped me out anyway. I believe them to be honest and trustworthy. Nice guys. I had to go there and search a car that once belonged to my wife, but was totaled and sold at auction by our insurance company. There was no money to be made, I just needed access to the car. These guys were extremely accommodating. You would be hard pressed to find any nicer people.
