I’m very disappointed in this decision to express order a part for my car. They didn’t email me a delay notice until I called. In fact I was wrong about the said part and needed to return it. I received 6 dollars, now day five without using my car
I was in there this past Sunday and needed wipers for my car. The store manager, Charles, put them on and was very nice about it even with it raining. I have never had any issues at this store, always great service.
I have had something draining my battery. This has been an ongoing problem. I asked for one of the employees to check my ground cables to make sure they were all tight. He did that and found one of my cables was twisted and touching the frame. Thank you for your help!
Thank you Solomon at the Belpre Autozone! His customer service was top notch!. He greeted my mother as soon as she entered the store tonight and continued to assist her with headlight bulbs for her vehicle. He also replaced them for her free of charge ! Wow! This is part of their service to all customers, however he continued to give my mother professional customer service and she was out of the store in 15 minutes. Thank you Solomon, you made a positive difference in my mom’s experience and got a customer for life! Well done sir!!
My car would barely keep running. I can't believe I even made it here. Had a very knowledgeable young man named Josh come out, take my car apart, find the issue, and fix it within just a few minutes. Couldn't be more pleased with his service. Very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. He left before I could thank him. So if he sees this, THANK YOU!!
I just left AutoZone in belpre, oh. Dirk Westfall was the most helpful person I could of encountered. He checked my battery, and found me the best replacement for my needs. He even put it in for me. I tried to tip him but this stand up guy wouldn't have it. If I could give them and Dirk 6 stars I would.
My vehicle died because I left the radio & lights on too long. They loaned me a starter box. And the next day they tested my battery & alternator, which turned out to be fine. They we're so nice!
I have been in this store hundreds of times over the last 15 years and i have never been in another Auto Zone store anywhere in the US that has treated me as good as this store does. I have often wanted to write a review but for some reason just did not take the time. So today after another awesome experience i just decided to give credit where credit was due. I want to also mention this store has a manager Shane that is very knowledgeable person who cares about his customers and has always helped me get what i need. Every company needs people like Shane and should be lucky to have him as an employee. I have seen other people come in while i was there and watch the service they get , and it is always the same ( very caring and helpful.) Thanks again for all your help over the years. Bought a new car battery and they looked on the computer for the replacement. They assured me this was the correct one, took it home to put it in the vehicle and it did not fit. I had to make a return trip back and the salesman said the computer showed three different batteries and they guaranteed the 2nd battery would fit. The original battery would not jump so they couldn't make a swap at the store and I never thought to compare the new one to the old one. I just figured they would give me the right one the first time.
On Saturday 9/26/2020 me and my wife was traveling from NC to Cleveland. I had a headlight go out on the Virginia turnpike. it was raining and hard to see so we got a hotel in Marietta Ohio. that morning early i got up to go get a bulb for our jeep. My salesperson was (Tiffany) although the access to the headlight is easy its also very small. I struggled getting my hand in there. Tiffany seen i was having trouble and i dropped the headlight bulb down in a pocket. me getting upset but was on a tight schedule i went in and bought another $52 bulb..... I dropped that one also. Tiffany came out to assist. at the counter she was extremally professional. She came out to help. she retrieved both bulbs and she was able to get it in the socket. she was determined to make sure it was fixed. I cant thank her enough........ had she not helped i was so mad (at myself) i was ready to just rip the headlight out because i needed to get back on the road. we had to be in Cleveland by 1:00 PM, we got to our destination at 12:45 PM
She is a great asset to AutoZone and i hope corporate notices this review. I have managed people for over 30 years and they have a rare employee they could train very easily for a management position.
Belpre store- Lock doors and close up before time to close!! Employees are too anxious to leave. Watched employees stand at register talking and laughing with a customer at register at 6:55 pm with door locked and store hours were until 7:00pm. Took my business across street to Advanced Auto and will use them from now on!!
Didnt find what I was looking for which was no big deal, but asking the employees about it no help was given, but instead him playing on his phone was more important. Oh well, Advance across the street was more than helpful and suggested an alternative way to get the work done I needed.
Not impressed with the knowledge of the manager 😡 that was working on 4/21/19. I'm very impressed that they can stay in business with leadership like that not putting a name on this but he knows who I am talking about. Up side is Advance Auto parts is straight across the street in Belpre OH. and that's my recommendation for anybody that's needing parts and don't know exactly what it is they're getting and have to ask go to advance across the street save $ and very professional. Today was the first day that I have been in this auto parts store. I thought every single employee was very friendly. However, my boyfriend happens to be in there all the time and knows them well. I'm from Marietta and moved to Belpre alittle over a year ago. Honestly, I had a great experience here. I would recommend going here.
