Huge thanks to Sandy’s Towing, and especially to their driver Josh for the great service! He was super courteous and careful with my vehicle, even in a really tight garage space that required extra equipment for removal. You could tell he knew exactly what he was doing, and took his time to make sure everything went smoothly. I really appreciated how respectful and professional he was throughout the whole process. Definitely recommend these guys if you ever need a tow!

I had my car towed this evening from Sugarcreek/Bellbrook to Waynesville. The pricing was better than I expected. The driver was very cordial and professional! It made the situation easier to tolerate. Thank you for the great service..from the call to the ride home!

My girlfriend’s car slid into a poll during the last snow storm on a Friday in Carlisle and the driver refused to take the car to my house in Germantown less than 3 miles away. Then they were closed on Monday so we were unable to pick up the car until Tuesday. THEY CHARGED ME $900 for a storage fee and a credit card fee which I’m pretty sure is illegal!! I do not recommend these crooks they are rude and they don’t care about you they just want your hard earned money. Save yourself and call someone else

Called in at 11:00pm, sitting here at a gas station at 2:30am. I’m only a few minutes from their tow yard and they still haven’t shown up, I’ve called in for an update and they say “30 more mins” but it’s been 2 hours.

My blazer was impounded there and they claimed they received a avidavit from the state of ohio saying they had possession of my blazer. Went to the Bmv and title office and both places say that my name is still under the VIN number. Called Sandy’s back and they said they crushed my car. The Bmv is considering my vehicle stolen now due to what Sandy’s has done! They are a bunch of crooks! The Bmv told me there is no avidavit on it and if it had been crushed the salvage yards name would be under the vin number not mine! Also it would have been the Bmv that issues the avidavit and they they they did not issue one!

Totally saved me when I needed an emergency tow! Tell Mario he was right to suggest an animal - a squirrel made a nest behind my front bumper and chewed thousands of dollars worth of wires under my hood. Brand new vehicle SMH - BUT it all worked out and Sandy’s played a huge role in how smooth my crisis went! Thanks Mario!!

You’d be better off buying a membership with any other towing company and waiting for them to come out rather than using Sandy’s. It’ll be loads cheaper and you probably wont be treated like a criminal. Rude and aggressive old man at the front desk.

I bought a cat and the guy was bringing it too me. He was stopped by Police they impounded his truck, trailer along with my car. I met him there the next day, picked up all stated above.

Trying to get services for tow at our property is always hit or miss. I completely understand if the weather is terrible that we would of course be a low priority but on a regular day I should be able to get service within a decent time frame. Monday through Friday if the gentleman are working dispatch I can have service to my property within the hour max and most of the time a lot sooner and they send the whole fleet because I make it worth their time to come tow 10 or more cars at a time. Unfortunately if a female answers the phone for dispatch I do not get service in a timely manner anytime of the week and her reason is because apartment complexes are low priority. Since when is $3000 a low priority to a business?? When waiting 2-3 hours or sometimes more on them to show up I have had to cancel the request and have residents upset that the same vehicles keep coming back to the property and parking wherever they feel like. Unfortunately when it takes this long to show up the cars have since moved or left the property and return later after the tow trucks have come and left. I’m assuming I’m going to have to call a competitor company and have signs switched out and start using a business who likes to make money and not waste my time.

sandys towing. Horrible experience-my son had a bad event happen when the jack stands on his goose neck trailer went down unexpectedly driving down the road. Jack knifed him into the ditch. Luckily nobody injured and no other vehicles involved. But $4044 dollars later we got ripped off. Take it for what it’s worth-but that is fraud. If I have my choice will never use them again. Incident occurred on January 23, 2024 on US 68.

Rude, ridiculous prices, a lot of extra fees such as staging fee (parking the car) and 4% fee to use credit card. Do not accept personal checks so they have you over a barrel.

They had my car less than 24hrs. and the cost was over $300 to get it back. Ridiculous I had to pay that amount, when they didn't have my car for a full day. The towe to the lot from where my car was. Was under 5 miles.

Ridiculous, My son was in a car accident, I was the owner of the car. Before the car had been towed, I contacted Springboro PD, and told them I was on my way to the scene. 7-10 minutes later I entered the scene to find nothing proceeded to their yard on Hiawatha to find the vehicle hadn't been fully unloaded from the rollback. Talked with the driver and was told I would have to call the office the next morning. In order to do anything I had to show proof of ownership and my ID. My options were to sign the title over to them, pay nothing or pay just under $300($150 tow and impound) to get the vehicle out. If I wanted them to tow it to my house 10 miles away it was another over $150. The original tow was less than a mile from their yard. Seems like a money grab along with the municipality. I had no problem paying the original $150 tow bill but how quickly it went to $450. Just plain ridiculous and wouldn't budge at all.

Called Sandys when our car quit in the middle of a busy road with no way to get over. Was on hold for 5 minutes, then was transferred to someone who answered the line and hung up on us. Would not recommend.

The only towing company in Dayton I trust. I work in a shop, so I interact with towing companies all day everyday and Sandy's is consistently good, professional, and has top of the line equipment. I have never once had a gripe about a Sandy's tow, and I can't say that about anyone else I've seen around. They are the best, so they stay busy and the wait times can be a little long, but I will wait every single time knowing that my vehicle will be transported safely.

I called them at 6:30 am and they had my car from Germantown to the Garaj in Dayton for my appointment at 9am. The driver took great care of my car and he had it on the flatbed within min.

No stars . The worst service I've ever had Smh. When I called them to get their hours of operation an what it was going to cost me . I asked why the bill was so high an they could only say it's not their price it was the police Department . So I set it up for 2pm an when I got there at 1:55pm there was no one there . So I called them back an them said a driver would be there in 5 minutes 30 minutes later still no Driver or anyone else . So I called back an they told me to be there at 4:30pm an someone would be there . Well once again no one was there 35 minutes later a tow truck showed up They charged me 264.38 but because I used my bank card they charged me another 4%for a grand total of 274.95 an my car was there for only 12-15 hours.I will never refer anyone to them . It was poor poor service.

not so happy about my impound (FPD) but the service was phenomenal!! So friendly and understanding (and humane). Even though the 36 hour "storage" + tow fee was over $300 it was nice to have someone on my side and help where she could. Thank you so much, doll!

Traveling from Michigan you do not expect your car to have a break down. But it happens. Sandy's Towing was quick and responsive and got it to the dealership in a timely matter. I would recommend them for your towing needs.

I came in an uber to the Sandy's towing location the police gave me after a woman ran a stop sign and hit me. I get to this towing address. There's a sign that says I have to go to another location, but I don't have a car and my uber left. I need to use a phone so I go inside and an employee Dale, without even looking up at me, says "what does that sign say." And then he stares at me. I understand that he probably has people do this often and it annoys him. Here's the thing--I was without a phone, without a car, and I wasn't from there and needed help. If he would have been helpful from the beginning perhaps I would not feel as frustrated with this establishment. Once I got a ride to the new location they took my information and told me that my car wasn't there either. I understand that some of this is out of their control, but if they could keep in mind that consideration goes a long way from the get-go, that would be best.

Was involved in a accident driver pulled out in front of me an caused my trucks rear tire to come off.. drive just hopped in my truck an drove it onto his truck scrapping up my wheel even more. Then just took off without talking to me which made me pay a 300$ release fee. These people are out for your money an refuse to help you. I'm an hour away from home because of their selfishness.

It was a clear cool Monday night at about 10:20pm when I called them. They said it would be about 60-90 minutes. At 12:15 I called them back to get an update. They said another 20 to 25 minutes. At 12:45 thier driver called to ask where we were at again. At around 1:20am the driver arrived. The driver was quite and did his job. The reason for the bad review is the excessive wait time while we were sitting on the highway. If they had told us it was going to take three hours we would have mad other arrangements. Unless I absolutely have to I will never call them again. The whole reason I called them was they were supposed to be the biggest and best. Just a myth nowadays. Try someone else first.

I called Sandy's at 8:30 am because my starter went out on my Camry. They showed up ;and towed it to Centerville service within one hour. Woman on the phone was very professional and my wife said the driver was polite an professional.... 5 stars (tow was $80.00) would recommend highly scott

Overpriced. Hookup fee is twice what others charge. None of the people I interacted with were polite. They were extremely confrontational even though I was doing everything I could to comply with what they asked. Threatened to make me walk instead of ride in the cab even though I gave no arguement about wearing a mask. Refused to take my vehicle to the destination that I requested. Charged my card before reaching the destination (The destination that I did not agree to). I will not using them every again if that is another option.

Sandy's towing was awesome. Kurtis was our driver tonight. He really gave superior service. He was fast and very helpful. I would highly recommend him and sandy's towing every time.

Dispatch was a little rough, but i think that was mostly due to the communication with the autoclub, but the driver was very friendly .he made sure to wait for my husband to arrive before leaving so I had a warm dry place to wait. Very kind and personable and car made it to it's destination without issues

Had my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee towed by this company a few months ago. My vehicle was in an open medium on I-75. There was no damage to my Jeep until they decided to winch my car out of the medium onto their truck. Mind you, my keys were in the possession of the tow truck driver, and my vehicle was 100% driveable. The driver hooked onto my left front wheel and proceeded to winch it up onto the truck. The winching caused damage to my drivers side control arm, strut, stabilizer bar and stabilizer end link. This cost me over $1,200 to repair. Also, I might add that I am in the automotive industry, have been for more than 15 years. I understand how things work, how parts go bad/don't work anymore/get ruined by negligence. The carelessness and recklessness of the way this company operated on that day is one thing. It caused unnecessary damage due to negligence and or ignorance. ON TOP OF THAT, I have tried calling, literally every single week since the incident to talk to the owner Doug, to try to come to some sort of resolution. (This happened in June...4 months ago...)I HAVE BEEN PUT THROUGH TO VOICEMAIL EVERY SINGLE TIME WITH NO RETURN CALLS UNLESS I THREATENED WITH LEGAL ACTION. To this day, still no resolution. No calls. Nothing. I don't like to bad mouth anyone or any company, everyone makes mistakes, but this has gone too far. Hoping to hear something soon from Doug or anyone at Sandy's Towing.
