I had a great experience at this location. You can tell the employees truly care about their store/ presentation. I was very impressed! Mimi at the counter was very helpful.
You come to a store like this for the stuff they sell not the people. Just bought a new battery for my car. Yay the day already starts off great. I walk in and get to the point, I need a battery and the we go for the cheapest with a one year warranty. Easy as pie right? Couldn’t find the battery, no worries. Wait for an extra 10 minutes,that’s fine. But what really got under my skin is that he charged me got a core… I was changing it in their parking lot. I should have just not bought the battery. I should have just had them do the free test and insulation. I wasn’t even offered that. It should have been the first thing the guy should have asked.
Bad customer service. Didn’t even try to look for a part when he thought they may not have it. I said “can you at least look?”. He said “Nope”
Update: I decided to look up the part on their website and they do have it. Just bought it at AutoZone instead. Won’t go back to Advance ever again, that’s for sure
Staff very helpful and friendly. You know, you hear, that's what they get paid for, you just don't get it anywhere tho. Not all places are helpful anymore. I was helped by a lady manager, on one of the coldest days, was so kind as she changed my battery. Stayed kind the whole time.
I have had nothing but great service from here, my orders are always quickly done and ready for pickup and I would be notified and given the option if an item I had placed was out of stock, to either have it refunded or substitute it.
Have never had a bad experience at this location. The representatives are knowledgeable and friendly, and were particularly appreciated after a very frustrating trip to the zone down the street
Online ordering is not user friendly, but very cost effective. Store staff very friendly and helpful, but also had issues with the computer systems. IT needs to get it together!
Went in 2x in one day, great customer service. Alex who helped me both times was patient and super helpful. Went out of his way to help with the battery the second time. Overall great experience.
Today I went in not knowing what exactly I was going to need to get my car back to running correctly. The female that helped me was named Lisa and I really was blessed to have her to help me install and walked me through all the things that could go wrong. I followed her ideas and judgement on the situation. This was THE best experience I’ve ever had at any automotive store. Thanks girl keep up the great work.
I was in the store getting a few things for my truck and over heard an employee by the name of Alicia helping an older gentleman and she spent good time helping the guy and was very courteous with him. As I was leaving while I assume she had finished her shift, I saw her helping the guy with his vehicle and a male employee came out and was being very rude to the situation and very demeaning to her. It's was just nice to see her helping this guy out of the kindness of her heart and just being a good person in general, even when being discouraged by the rude male employee.
Alicia is amazing! She not only changed my battery but, taught me how to do it as she worked. I’m not saying I could do it on my own but I do have a better understanding of how it works. I will only buy from her Advanced from now on! Thank you Alicia!
I needed new wiper blades so I went to Advance because they will install them. Alicia, the sales person, was very busy, she was still very polite, helpful, and took the time to install my wiper blades. She also told me about their wonderful protection plan that will save me a lot of money in the long run. I will definitely be back to see Alicia!
Awesome experience at Advance Auto Parts this morning. After having my Jeep at the dealer earlier and being told a battery would cost me nearly $400 plus $99 for installation I called Advance Auto Parts for pricing. Not only were they nearly half the price with free installation, the technician, Alicia was very nice, informative and very personable. She had my battery installed in about 10 minutes. Kudos to Alicia!!!

I showed up to buy three batteries for my boat. I was greeted and helped right away. The batteries were loaded up on a cart and wheeled to my trunk. I loaded up the core replacements and brought them back in. The rep grabbed the cart from me and wished a me a wonderful day. Extremely service oriented experience!
My father went there this morning to buy a battery for his Traverse. After he bought it, he explained that he was taking to a place to have it installed. The employee there told him he would install it at no charge. It was a little complicated as Chevy put the battery under the back seat. The employee had it installed in just minutes and dad was on his way. Thank you for taking care of him! He had been basically stranded at home over the holiday weekend. Keep up the good work!
Very low quality customer service. I called multiple times last week and no one answered the phone so I went into the store only to find at least 10 employees just standing around ignoring the phones! Absolutely ridiculous the only person that was able to assist me was the 1 nice young man who was at the register dealing with all the customers on his own.

They have a great selection of car wash and detailing products. I found almost everything I came for. They did not have the car dash cleaning and dressing product I was looking for buy I bought everything else I needed. Thanks
Much more helpful and knowledgeable than AutoZone in this situation. Thought I just needed a bolt for a pulley. I didn't know it was a special bolt. Didn't have my part in stock, but able to get it from another location by 1:00 the next day. Car fixed by 2:00. Very helpful and when the first two guys didn't know my questions, they sought out someone who did. A++ Thanks for getting me back on the road!
Needed a specialized battery ASAP for our 2018 Chrysler Pacifica. Spoke on the phone with Brian at the Maineville store (106 Montgomery Rd.). He is very skilled and quickly located the battery that I needed. I ordered it for $100 less than the dealer quoted and drove to the store. He installed it at no charge (and it wasn't an easy install to perform). Brian and the store made my family's evening a great one.
The store was fine. Exactly what you would expect for an auto parts store. It was a little out of the way but I had searched for an epoxy online and this was the only place that seemed to have it in stock. I got to the store and spoke with someone there and they didn’t have it in stock. It was only available for order to be shipped to the store. It wasn’t easy to tell when I looked it up online that it wasn’t actually available in the store.
My friend and I were in town for the weekend, he had driven 6 hours from Tennessee when his alternator went. We pulled into this advanced auto at about 5:00 and needed to change the alternator in the parking lot in the dark, with no experience, and with no tools or light. Katie and Bryan were working at the time. They truly went above and beyond to help us get the alternator changed before having to leave town the next day. They continually checked on us because of how dark and cold it was outside. They let us borrow lights and some tool, they offered us water, brought us towels, and provided first aid when I cut my hand. We have never ever had such amazing service in our lives. Bryan was very knowledgeable in what we needed to do and Katie made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us often! Advanced auto is lucky to have employees like Katie and Bryan. They really contributed to helping us make it through that night. Thank you Advanced Auto and thank you Katie and Bryan for being such great people!!!
The two gentlemen one named Alex, they went above and beyond to help me tonight. i really appreciate it. They went out of their way in the freezing cold to make sure my car was okay to drive and that i got home safe! I really recommend this store. Their employees are amazing!
Hands-down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. Dustin was an overachiever he went above and beyond just for a simple oil leak and we had in our car. He felt so bad that we were sitting in our hot car that he offered to buy us cold beverages and let us stand in the store with the AC while they helped with our car! Dustin if you read this I want to thank you for your kindness and consideration! good job buddy!
Great customer service, Justin was one of the guys there, he was amazing and friendly . welcoming with whatever questions I had on vehicle batteries. Infact he pointed to right direction when one of the part wasnt there. Definitely recommend if you are a novice and enjoy DIY on vehicles, this is the place to go.
