You'd think from all the negative reviews that they'd fix their terrible rude behavior and actually learn how to show proper customer service. Just rude and nasty for what? I hope they find some kind of happiness in their lives to help them treat others better. It costs $0 to be a kind person.
I have been coming here since I was a kid getting parts with my dad and I can honestly say this is probably one of the best yards in the Cincinnati area, the cars are spaced far enough away where you don't have to worry about the car next to you being in the way, the staff here will help you if needed everyone is very helpful and nice.
the prices here are very expensive and even more expensive than new, one is a balding nationalist and a rude man. I just don't want to go back there and see the cold face of a bald man.
the treatment culture of employees is very bad. I think young people should be brought here. workers here are stuck in the old system. I think it's better to order the basic things for the car online than to get them here. the prices are also very high. they quote prices at different values to everyone. I am very sorry to come here.
Just called a min ago asking if they have my tire size guy answers saying that he thinks my husband or someone called and that they would call them back in a min and hung the phone up. Never calling them again and asking for tires. Straight up rude and. Disrespectful people I don't recommend them do a better job of treating your customers nice and maybe y'all won't have this issue
I was in there to get a tire. The size I needed was on a rim, they said they would have a employee take it off. The individual said give him couple minutes and he will be happy to do it. Hour later still standing there and the employee had left. Never did get the tire.
Thee rudest junkyard I've ever encountered!! They're listed to close at 530, I rush to get here after I get off and because they're ready to go home, they were extremely rude. They told my bf to get off work early just to get there before they decided to leave!!! The old fat man's attitude was unnecessary and down right nasty. I would not recommend anyone spending time here!!
What can I say it's a junkyard I went in there and nice clothes brand new shoes and the gentleman through the park at me pretty much actually tossed it at me still dirty and oily and didn't even have the decency to put it in a box the lady at the front was just rude and they didn't have hand sanitizer didn't have anything to wipe your hands with and it's a freaking junkyard you know what I mean like I don't know it usually is not like that and it's never been that bad but it has definitely made it to where I would go to Phipps and make the extra trip if you're short-handed or you are working too much I know the first thing is to get all mad and frustrated and everything but that's only going to drive people away it's not going to bring them in it doesn't matter if they need something they will go that's why everybody stops online now because they would rather deal with pain of fee then dealing with an actual person nowadays because everybody's just so quick to be so rude it's just weird
Glen helped my husband and was very helpful & friendly. The owner & the other guys in the office are extremely nice and they really try to help you & not over charge for parts. The young lady in the office was also helpful and she went out of her way to help me & she even offered to watch my stuff

very rude employees , wont refund me my money after they gave me a bad transmission.
he want his old tyranny and when I ask where is mine he was like I through it in the dumpster!!!
they keep hanging the phone or put me on hold for 15 to 20 minutes , very rude specially if you have different skin color than theirs .

I needed a fairly hard part to find (in my area l, at the time). This place happened to have the part I needed. I had to pull it myself. I had to wait for them to move the car before I pulled the part. There was very little sense of urgency. Bob, Bob is the problem. All of the other staff was very accommodating. So, just be prepared to have to deal with Bob's, let's say "grumpy old manness." If you have a thick skin you'll be fine. And don't go in a hurry. My experience required two trips and a hour and a half for what should have been a 15 min event.
Price wise they are very reasonable.

This place is awesome. They went out of their way to help me get the right part for my car. They were so helpful and care about their customers. I will definitely be going back to them for any future buys
The prices and variety of parts is great! I've always been pleased with the quality of quantity of available parts....however, every time I've visited, I've experienced some of the poorest customer service.. like..it's BAD. I'll stand in the office waiting to pay and I get stared at like I'm an alien and not get helped in any way. One time, while I was waiting to cash out, someone else came in with their part and waited, then went to the desk directly and asked "this where I pay or..? " and they helped him BEFORE me though I'd been standing there for 5 min... very poor. Nad don't bother asking a question as it seems to be an inconvenience to their time..
This place is great I love going here it’s always a fun time and Iran like a eater egg hunt! But you will not find better prices anywhere else, both times I’ve went here I have gotten the best prices I could of asked for. Also their selection is better than anywhere else I have ever been. 5/5 stars
I had the best experience here, when my vehicle got wrecked on an icey snowy day. They helped me save $1,000's of dollars in repairs, and got my truck back on the road in perfect working order. When it comes to getting specific automotive parts, this is my go to place.
Awesome variety of cars/parts. Concrete lot is a huge plus. You pull and pay is a huge plus too. I only give it 2 stars because the people that work in the office are rude. They act like you are bothering them when you are just trying to pay for your parts. And they are slower than molasses.
Easy access. Milford exit off 275 stay left to go on old st rt 28. Estimated 1 mile on right past Chipoltes. Used auto parts for many types of vehicles. You pull what you want. Very reasonable prices. You walk back into lot or you can rent one of their old trucks for $5 to drive in the field of cars. Very friendly nice people.
Love the place ! The Trester family and staff are always helpful. Bought many many parts over many years and they are always my first choice. Their prices are ALWAYS reasonable and very fair. They operate with integrity and are good to their word and stand by their parts. Wish I could rate them with 6 stars. Highly RECOMMENDED!!

A couple people are complaining about customer service there but I've had no issues at all. They have been very prompt on answering any questions that I've had, they actually called me back to check and see if they have the part I was looking for available, and they have all been friendly. Their price for my part saved me a ton of money compared to having to buy it from Ford. Very happy with their service
Went to Trester today to get some wheels. They were really helpful, and had what I was looking for. Not sure what people mean in these other reviews that say they were jerks. They were very friendly, in a gruff sort of way. Really satisfied!
