We have been trying for months to find a company to help with dumpster and demo at a good price in our remote area. The NE OH crew did demo of the entire downstairs of our house, and hauled everything away within hours at a VERY competitive price. Their professionalism and work ethic are unparalleled. Called northeast Ohio junk removal to clean out a deceased relative'd house in New Castle. They were very easy to work with, scheduling appointments when someone was available. The price was nearly the same as a dumpster and none of the relatives had to lift the heavy furniture We had previously used them when we cleaned out my dad's house & when we cleaned our basement. Highly recommend.

So pleased with the service we got. 1. They hauled out debri left from an old camper that a previous company never finished. (there was quite a bit). 2. Hauled out a load of boxes and bags - some from a flood that we had in the family and utility room. 3. Hauled out a huge TV with a cabinet that was VERY heavy and did that without a complaint in this scorching weather. They were highly professional. I highly recommend them. Diane Roper

Update: years later, they came to get more "junk" from my house and garage! A large couch, a few shelves and a heavy cast iron fireplace! They worked so quick and efficiently! Can't recommend them enough! I'm sure I'll call them back again in the future! They are the best! Highly recommend!!! Don't hesitate! ;) They got me in super quick and from the time they got here until the time they left it was about 5-10 minutes for picking up a treadmill, eliptical, freezer and a dishwasher! I'm beyond impressed! They were very professional and got straight to work! I Highly recommend this company and I will definitely be calling them again! I love being able to get rid of clutter so quickly! A weight has been lifted! :)

Ryan and his team were beyond fantastic! We did some research on other companies and Ryan was by far the best priced. His team, cleaned out the home, and were joys to work with. He helped is remove items out of a home of 50+ years of that included old appliances, china, freezers, etc. they even take things to have things donated! None of this was easy work, and it was done in 2 days. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

We had the company clean up 3 properties. If they had not performed up to par on first property, they definitely would not have been back. NEO showed up on the days they stated. Ryan is absolutely wonderful, works with his customers, came to check on his workers to see how they were doing. Hire them if you need someone to clean up.

Awful experience. While removing old couch they broke my back porch light. Owner is unwilling to help and fix the issue. Owner ended up blocking me on social media for no reason. Filed complaint through BBB and will be filing a claim through small claims court
