Got a tow for broken down car. Will was awesome. Took good care of the car and the car was very low so you do not have to worry about the car being low. Can’t recommend enough

I got my car impounded by Interstate Towing, and I called Wise Towing to take me and my car to the collision center in Hartville. Sebastian, my tow truck operator, was absolutely fantastic! I can't even describe how much of a chill guy he is. After he dropped me off, I handed him a lot of extra money by mistake, which he then gave back to me. Keep in mind that I'm not good at math, and I think the money got mixed up in my pocket. He then drove me to my house so that my dad didn't have to pick me up, and he did it free of charge. I would honestly hang out with Sebastian in the future if he wants to hang out sometime. His kind-hearted actions have made this whole ordeal really stress free. I'm baffled at how he can maneuver his way around tight spaces and back up really efficiently in the snow and slush. His boss should be really proud of him. He also gave me good advice along the drive, with one of them being "At the end of the day, it's just a car. At least you got out unscathed and still have your life." Honestly 10/10 in my opinion.
For those of you wanting to see if Wise Towing is the right choice for you:
Sebastian said that his boss, and his coworkers are all chill people. They only charged $125.00 USD for a ride all the way from Twinsburg to Hartville. So around 40 minutes. And they gave me a ride with my car. On top of that, I got a ride home from Sebastian who was already heading that direction.
(I'm mainly writing this so Sebastian's boss can see how much this man has impacted my day for the better, but also so you can see why Wise Towing is a good option.)
Got my car stuck in a ditch trying to pull out of a super steep driveway. MIke B saved the day. Was not a normal tow. It was super awkward, was stuck on a bush, driveway all ice, super awkward angle and mike was able to get me back on the road. Amazing attitude, super fast. Would 100% recommend and will use again
Kyle is absolutely awesome. i called for a tow because I thought my starter was bad and had to send my vehicle into the shop. While he was out there to get my vehicle He ran a small diagnostic and verified that it was just the battery that needed replaced. This kind of service is unheard of for just calling a tow. Hands down 5 stars. Thank you! Also I really like the name of your business!
Driver had no regard for traffic. Blocked up the road leaving cars with less than a lane width to pass. Nobody was available to direct traffic. Rather unsafe and inattentive. I understand tow truck drivers must sometimes use the road, but there were much safer ways to go about this.
Cam responded to a AAA request for me today. He was at my job within 15 minutes of my request, and went out of his way to make sure I was able to get back in my car. His kindness was very much appreciated!
I locked my keys in the truck at sheetz, within ten minutes, they were there to get it open. Two minutes later it was open. Super fast! I didn't even have time to eat my breakfast. Back on the road. Thank you for the great service

Cameron towed my High Top Van off of the side of 77 South this morning. He made sure that everything was safe and got it on quick. He also gave me a ride to my family and dropped my van off 108 miles away. The best towing experience that I've ever had. Great communication and professionalism. Can't recommend them enough!

Absolutely amazing tow company. A friend of mine needed a tow truck. She belongs to AAA. The wait was going to be close to 2.5 hours. My husband said, NO NO NO...call Wise Towing. They arrived were in less than 20 minutes. I will only call Wise Towing. A+++
Josh was AWESOME!! He arrived 30 minutes early, and was extremely helpful. He was very friendly. He said he loved his job, and it really showed!! Josh gave us a ride and said, "He would not leave us until our ride showed up!!!" What an awesome employee......give that man a raise!!!
Mark was fantastic! He went above and beyond helping me get out of a jam in a parking garage in downtown Akron in the evening after my SUV decided to stop working. I requested a tow truck through AAA and had not one but two other tow trucks turn me down because of my location. As a young woman stuck in a jam in an unfamiliar area I was feeling pretty helpless and frustrated. Thankfully Mark from Wise Towing and Salvage showed up and was more than willing to help me. He helped me push (yes push) my car down a parking deck ramp then across the the lower level so it could be loaded on his flatbed. Through the entire time Mark was professional and very helpful. He delivered superior service, showed up earlier than his ETA, and charged a very reasonable price for a long, late tow to the repair shop. Would definitely recommend again!
After waiting three and a half hours for Johnny’s towing to show up I gave up and called Wise towing. They were very professional and prompt. I’ve added them to my contact list. Highly recommend. Johnny’s tow driver called seven hours later and said dispatch just told him about me.
Will and his crew are the best! Friendly, professional, punctual, and there when you need them. I’ve scrapped cars and had towing service from them, and I’m always happy with the service and the price. I’d give them 20 stars if I could. Thanks Will!
So I was in need a of tow, called AAA to get it towed, they had sent it to a different company, I received numerous messagess saying they’re on their way, they are here. Etc! I waited 4 hours for a tow that never showed! I reached out to will personally, told him what I needed for the following day, I called AAA requested him and his team, they were here within 20 minutes got the car loaded up and dropped off at its destination! Super thankful! Would recommend Wise towing anytime!
When I called, the lady was very polite. She got my information quickly and dispatched a truck. The tow truck arrived withing 10 minutes and had me loaded in less than 5. Very friendly driver. Very affordable rates aswell. Definitely recommend.
Mike b , was the only one out of 4 different AAA worker who could actually help me tow my car out a tricky spot. He was patience and compassion. Very satisfied with his cares of act!!! Would recommend 1000000 times!
Mark towed my car for me last. He was the 3rd driver we had out there. Towed it every bit of 80 miles with a Smile on his face. Super polite and respectful. Very easy to talk to. The whole process was super smooth and honestly was the best the crappy situation could have been. Only had to wait 12 mins for him to get to where I was and when he got there we were loaded up and on the road in minutes. 100% would absolutely recommend. He even helped me identify the problem so it’s easier for me to explain to get it fixed. AAA picked them for us and I 100% would absolutely use them again.

Mike showed up with about 25 minutes of my call to AAA. So he arrived super fast. Upon arrival he quickly got my car jumped and ready to go. Excellent service. Highly recommend Wise.
Fast, efficient, and beyond helpful! Mark was the 3rd tow truck driver to come out to help with our 2024 Jeep Cherokee that refused to turn off, move out of park, or release the E-brake. He called immediately after my 3rd AAA call was put in to have a repo-type tow truck come get our possessed Jeep. I told him the other drivers couldn't help and he probably couldn't either. He told me he had a plan and was coming to check it out. He was there within a few minutes. After adding skates underneath the rear wheels, hooking it up, lowering the flat bed, he began to slowly pull. It worked! He called me once it was at the dealership to make sure I knew that he would have a tech work on turning the Jeep off and he wouldn't just leave it there running. He helped turn a frustrating day that was one issue after another into - a relief! Mark said he had a plan and he handled the situation fast, efficiently, amd was extremely helpful all the eay through! Thank you!
Wow, so appreciative of Mark with Wise Towing! Within 2 minutes of my claim to AAA, Mark called me to verify my location and right away it was clear he was extremely knowledgeable of the area to get to me quick! Definitely a scary spot to be stuck in traffic with no shoulder to pull off. So after the shortest wait for tow ever, he brought my car home and went above and beyond through my winding driveway to the back! Thanks again so much!
