My experience at Ohio Auto recycling yesterday was a great one. From my first phone call when I spoke with Joann until my purchase and left was excellent. She was super helpful in finding what I needed as well a great price compared to other places. Not to mention the guys there were a big help in going above and beyond for me. I would highly recommend going there for your car needs if interested in quality used parts. I will definitely use them in the future.
I work and live in the Metro-Detroit area and was having one heck of a time trying to find a very specific OEM part. For weeks, there was no help to be found... And then on the horizon appeared JoAnn and Mike... The heroes I've been searching for... Long story short, they located, found, and shipped the part to me in far less time than I was looking for it. Maybe 4 days from start to finish? And the highlights: So beyond friendly and kind, had no problem going the extra mile for an out-of-state customer (again I'm in MICHIGAN, of all states to be in), the price was solid, and the shipping was so quick. If you're looking for parts, give them a call, and let them impress you:)
I needed a radio for my KIA. They had just what I needed. Ben checked it out on the computer to make sure it would work. He shipped it to California and I was listening to it within 3 days! They are super nice and very professional . And the prices are very reasonable.
I needed some new tires for my car and didn't know what size, a friend of mine recommended you guys so I gave your shop a call and talked to your receptionist summer and she help me figure out the size and fine me a good deal. She was so friendly and just an amazing attitude. I am definitely coming back for more parts.
Needed a driver left tail light styleside for my 2015 F150 and the folks at Ohio Auto Recycling were super helpful. They were able to source the part same day. And at a great price. I definitely recommend them. Matt and Joann were awesome. Top tier service and parts, at prices you can afford.
Killer eBay department, called to confirm fitment and color on a part ordered. Wish half of eBay parts seller attempted half as much effort as these guys. Good shop, Good Setup, will do business again.

Just picked up an impossible to find taillight for my daughter’s Subaru. They did not have one on hand, but she was able to get one in under 24 hrs. Will definitely go back.
I could not have asked for a better experience for buying an engine for the first time. I found them through Ebay, but decided to call them directly, and it was the best choice I could have made. Not only did I get it cheaper, but I was helped step by step by Ben one of their associates. He made it so easy relieving my stress so much! He also didn't treat me any different being a woman calling like some auto places do. I would recommend them to ANYONE and EVERYONE! I give them 10 stars!

Needed a K frame for my Murano 09 and the girl on the phone was so helpful and nice to me, she gave me a price and said it will be waiting for me. I was so pleased when the young man in the back put it in my truck and told me they get them from down south, it looked almost new if it wasn't for a little grease on it. Thank you so very much for all your help from the front desk to the most helpful guys in the back.
Ohio Auto Recycling is the best local full-service yard we have. The sales team is quick and responsive for both phone calls and live online chat as well as friendly in person. The gentleman I worked with was happy to show me around the yard and make sure I was getting usable parts. He understood I was a technician and wasn't using the parts in a factory configuration and made sure all the factory hardware was left and wear parts that I could inspect. I usually pull all my own parts, but the fair pricing and great service will keep me coming back.
Toni helped me today. My dad 70 year old dad and I went to look for rims and tires. She was very kind dnd helpful. My dad had his knee replaced and has heart problems, she walked slowly with us through the yard to include him and his slower walking pace. We were pleased with the product, the price and be treated with respect and kindness. Thank you
After looking around for a part for my Jeep, I found Ohio Recycling. So grateful. Love that you can contact by phone and talk to a person about the part needed. Joann was great, said she would check and call me by the end of the day. She called a couple hours later and had the part! They were reasonable, professional and kind. This place is AMAZING!!! The pricing can not be beat. The workers welcomed me with a handshake and a smile. I came to pick up my parts that took them off the car for me without any issues. Drove 8 hours to get these parts and definitely work every minute.
After loosing a wheel on the interstate I shopped around and spoke with Tony. Not only did she offer the best price but also said she would have my rim in two days. She called me back the next morning and said the rim was in and ready for pick-up. Excellent customer service!!! This is my new go to place.
