Blaze was nice and amazing and respectful. When he was putting my truck on the back of the tow truck bed the bottom of my truck started scraping. He stopped and said he didn’t feel comfortable and asked me. Did I want to get another tow truck… Told him no go ahead put my truck up on the back of the tow truck bed. No other tow company has done that they will just let your shit scrape.. if we was allowed to request tow truck drivers I would request him !!! I give him 5 and the company 4 only because I had to pay $153 just to go 10-11 mins away from house to tire shop. $153 I feel is for a tow from Massillon to canton but other then that I was pleased with the services on 1-4-25
Today 1-21-25 The manager Mr Verlin was. My tow truck driver and let me just say amazing very nice and respectable brighten up the day he gets an 5 as well price this time was 159.61 even tho this place was closer to me it costed more THIS IS THE ONLY TOW TRUCK COMPANY I WILL USED OSCAR TOWING/CANTON TOWING
Outstanding service! Excellent communication. Nice equipment! Very quick to get to me! Took only about 8 minutes!! Flat bed took my truck home almost an hour! The driver today 12.14.24 is driving at least 80mph on 77N, weaving in and out of traffic, crossing the yellow line, driving like a maniac with a vehicle on his flatbed too.
Do not use them! They took advantage of my 95-year-old mom by recommending they tow her car to their facility rather than leaving it where it was (on her property out of the way). Our insurance agent later told us they do this so they can charge storage fees to the insurance company. Shame on Oscar's Towing. When I mentioned our experience to the person at Oscar's Towing when we went down in person to get Mom's car released to State Farm, the man rudely kept talking over me and when I said, "Could you please let me talk and tell you what happened?" he actually said, "I don't care."
Was very rude to me over the phone and to my 75 year old mother in person I had to do the tow over a allstate app so the driver wanted to argue that he did not have all the info he needed even though everything was filled out on app said we should have called the tow in even though allstate only handles it on a app
Verlin was our tow truck driver. He was friendly and polite which helped ease a stressful situation on a humid 90 degree day. He quickly assessed the issue, loaded our van onto the tow truck and delivered it to the auto shop to be fixed. Thank you Verlin and Oscar’s Towing!
Outstanding service. I had an incident requiring my truck to be towed. The driver Verlin was outstanding regarding my situation. Also the representative at the office on Strauser went out of his way to help me and was very friendly to Deal with.
Terrible they towed my car after an accident hasnt even been a week and they want $800 to get it out. Then i asked if someone could go see if my car turned over so i knew if i needed a trailer or not and was told basically they werent going to do it.
Corey was my tow truck driver. She was spectacular! Very kind and waited for over 20 minutes for me to go get the key to the car. Oscars towing is definitely a 5 star establishment!!!

So I called for a tow this morning when my truck broke down on 77 at 0730.. the dispatcher said driver would be there in 40.... I waited in the vehicle for over an hour with no heat and no one showed..... I called in and because police calls were more important than the customer they gave their word too; my call was put in hold and they had no idea when I could have my vehicle!!!! So, called a buddy for a ride and he broke down, next phone a friend did arrive and take me home.. 2.5 hrs in the cold. I was asked to leave the keys and they would still tow it.. I figured why not, they would cut me a deal for making me loose feeling in my toes.... for 18.8 miles it was just short of 200 dollars! Also appreciate the 4 percent charge for using a card since I didn't run to the atm...... the guys I used in Akron last year charged less than half that and it was a farther trip......... I would not recommend this company!!!! They may show or may not between whatever time is good for them and tax you like uncleSam. No thanks .
Amazing service! In the middle of chaos they went above and beyond. Extremely helpful! Verlin was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when I had no idea what to do next.
Tower was an absolute gentleman. Got sent to the wrong address only to smile and tell me he was on my way. Absolute gem. Got it all done quite quickly as well. Will for sure use you the next time I need towing or anything!
Did not do job for a winch out as requested. Provided number to call back if there were any issues, never called. We followed up, and stated they just called the driver and never went on site. Stated it is their policy to just call, already paid for the job and no one handled the winch out. Answering service woman was obnoxious and flustered over a situation that could of been resolved. NEVER using again, DO NOT RECOMMEND.
AAA had Oscars send service to me on 12/6 around 08:30PM in downtown Massillon to change flat tire to donut. The tech left before I drove away from the area. I drove home with a wobbly donut, because I had someone follow me home, and they informed me of this, but I didn't think much of it, unfortunately. Next day I went to get tire replaced. Auto mechanic said 4 of the lug nuts were almost completely loose, and I'm lucky I didn't have a very bad accident, and damage to my vehicle. I'm very surprised, because the very young man from Oscar's who changed out the tire to donut was a nice, personable, and behaved competently. Please correct this, or someone is going to suffer a very bad injury or worse.
We needed a tow on Monday night. To our surprise Randall from Oscar's towing showed up pretty quickly after we requested our tow. He was very polite and did a great job. We wanted him to know how much we appreciated his helpfulness. Thank you Randal!
The driver was rude to us the whole evening because we dared to call a 24 hour service and apparently he didn't want to be bothered...that's how he was acting. Then he damaged my daughter's brand new car when he dropped it in our driveway. I would never use them again.
The guy that came to tow my car, he had it fixed in 10 minutes !!! He was very nice, knowledgable, and for the first time didn't give me a "snow job" . I can't say enough nice things about him !! THANK YOU CHRIS !!!!
What a clown show. Called AAA and was told that help would be there to start my car in an hour plus I would get status texts periodically. After 1 1/2 hours I called Oscars and was told it would be another 1 1/2 to 2 hours. All I needed was a correct wait time and I would be happy.
At least then, AAA let me call my own wrecker service choice (Mark's Automotive in Clinton) and AAA reimbursed me. They were on time and I only had to wait 1/2 hour. Beware of Oscars if it is important.
Excellent experience with Oscar's. I left my cell phone in my car when it was towed, and Kenny the driver made a special trip to return it to me without being asked. Customer service at this level is rare these days. Good job Kenny!
