Needed my car towed from my driveway to dealership. They were at my house within an hour and had the car safely loaded and gone in less than 10 minutes. Tow Truck Driver was also very friendly and professional, would recommend to all family and friends.
Ive personally never used them, but while I was at a redlight I saw one of their drivers delivering a grey camery and completely scrape the cars exhaust on the driveway
I recently had to get my son’s vehicle towed to a repair shop. Never in my life had I needed a vehicle towed. So this experience, I expected to be extremely painful & time consuming. I literally called around 4:15pm and by 5 pm a tow truck was in my son’s driveway. Brian (I think that was his name, apologies if not!), was absolutely amazing! He tried to trouble shoot prior to hooking up the car. Unfortunately, it wasn’t something simple to fix in the driveway. It ended up being the starter. He went above & beyond getting the SUV onto the flatbed tow truck. He took the car & delivered it to the repair shop for me. It was such a painless experience & so very appreciated after a long day of work. I just wanted to get home quickly and I did! Thank you Belden Village Towing, awesome job! I appreciate you! Tim showed up and took care of everything despite obstacles. I truly feel that he went above and beyond. BV Towing will be my first call next time I need a tow.
Overall experience was nice, tow response was fast. Only thing is that the tow operator came off a little rude. He called me with an attitude because his gps took him to a whole other address than what I stated. I had to walk to main road to meet him and guide him to my home.
Needed my car towed off the highway at 9:30 at night. Called and gave the location and my car was here within the hour at the exact price I was quoted! They were able to park my car in my side drive, took my payment and they were on their way. Amazing experience!! Will definitely use them again!!
I broke down on the way home from work and just wanted to get home. They were spot on with estimated arrival time and their driver Tim was professional,fast and very polite. I would recommend them in the future. There price was $14 cheaper than the first company I called and no surcharge for using a card.
Rich was amazing. This is what a professional should be. A skillset that absolutely had me, my wife, and my son just in awe. You don't know how much of a role experience plays in an occupation until you see it in action. Just Wow.
Holy moly! 10 Stars if I could! Our car was undrivable and in a tight spot. Rich, the owner, came out with his tow truck but he had to get it on at an angle, but was able to straighten the car out and get it on his flatbed. He drove to our house and delivered it into our garage perfectly straight. Absolutely amazing!! This man has mad driving, towing, and straightening skills!!! We were very, very impressed and will call him again if we ever need another tow!! Thank you Rich!!
Yesterday I called in the morning. I hit something on the highway and took out one of my tires. Mfg Roadside Assistance is suppose to take care of this. Not so much. Called BV Towing -the gentleman that answered the phone was extremely polite. And he sent a truck right out! James who was the driver was so very helpful and kind. NEVER EVER EVER USE THIS TOWING SERVICE!!! Having had my 2017 Nissan Maxima merely towed and stored at their yard, I now have a rip in my leather center console, a completely destroyed windshield washer fluid reservoir, my skid plate was CUT OFF my car, there is a severe dent in the rear door jam, and the interior of my car was completely covered in dust from apparently having had all the doors left open on their yard for some considerable time. These people are snakes. I wouldn’t even trust them to make a sandwich without damaging it.
While the service from this company was timely and good they took 9 days to charge to my credit card causing issues with my bank. I called the company and they seemed to think there was nothing wrong with it taking that long to process a payment. In the future I will be using a different company.
If I could give 0 stars I would. After my car was stolen and wrecked yesterday Jackson Township had this company tow my car to their facility. The whole process with them has been a headache and they have extremely poor customer service. Upon arrival the first thing we were asked is if we had full coverage insurance when we answered no the front desk worker proceeded to say he thinks my car is totaled and tried to get me to sign over the title of my car instead of paying $300 for the towing fee. I luckily knew better than to trust his word and asked to go look at my vehicle before making such a decisio. Upon looking at the car it has front end damage but is in no means totaled. So we paid for them to hold my car and left the key with them to give to my tow company when they came to pick up to bri g to shop next day. Fast forward next day my auto body shop calls to tell me that Belden Village Towing claims to not have my key. So I call Belden Village Towing to ask about the matter to which the man told me to “calm down” when I wasn’t talking loudly or using foul language just simply asked what’s going on with my key. Then lied and said that they told my tow truck drive they DID have the key. I asked then why would they tell me you said you didn’t? He replied with “Well I didn’t know we had it at first” VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
Great towing company! Definitely helped me in my situation. Workers were wonderful, kind and very generous! Did their job in great timing, didn’t have to wait long at all:)
We called Belden Village Towing to get one of our buses unstuck from the driveway of one of the individuals we pick up. They arrived in a jiffy, were efficient, friendly, and did not end up charging us. They will absolutely be the first people we call if this ever happens again.
I’ve used Belden Village towing twice and both times the service was outstanding. The pricing was very affordable for the tow services they performed. The office was very helpful when I called to set up the service I needed. Both drivers were highly skilled at backing the vehicles into my driveway and were very friendly. I will definitely use them again if I ever need another tow.
He was really nice to let me get my wallet after hrs. Low stars are for the hrs they have if you work 8 to 5 you will not be able to get to your car. They close at 3 pm. This made it impossible to get things out of car until it was moved. My winter coat and paper works as in my car. I was not able to get there in between the hrs they have. Night hrs would help ppl who can't get there between 8 and 3.
Outstanding service. Mark helped me out when my Jeep was stuck at a shady dealership. To his word, he arrived in the morning and recovered my Jeep and hauled it to a transmission shop for the necessary repairs. Thankful for his help as I was addressing the situation from almost 2 hours away from Canton. Great Service, Reliable, and Great Value. Thank you.
Had no idea who to call when my car broke down 50 minutes from home. They got my car in a timely manner and towed it down to New Philadelphia. The cost was very reasonable. Definitely recommend them!
With everything going on in the world the last thing I needed today was a flat tire. I called a few places and Belden Village Towing had the best response time by over 30 min. They were quick, professional, and fair price. Our car died on us by the Akron/Canton airport. The person answering the phone was kind and took care of us quickly. They said it would be no longer than 40 minutes and they came within 30 minutes. Highly recommend Belden Village Towing.
Excellent customer service! I was stuck at the gas pump when my key would not work in the ignition. The back seat windows were open for my big dog, the temperature was dropping rapidly, thought I had "roadside assistance" as part of my insurance policy -- found out the hard way I did not. I called Belden Village Towing -- probably sounded like I had been crying, 'cause I had. Mark, the owner, put me at ease by stating they would be right out -- which they were, and would treat me right -- and they sure did! Chris, the driver, to my amazement got the car started and even showed me how he accomplished that should I have the same problem again. In this day and age good customer service is difficult to find, never mind a business that actually cares about people. I found both at Belden Village Towing! Thank you so much.

I had a very unusual and difficult tow. Our tracked, with bucket, Kubota was stuck in heavy mud and sinking. Michel came to our rescue quickly and pulled out all the stops to accomplish the job. He was totally knowledgeable and professional in his mission. Five stars are not enough for this excellent service!!
I’ve used a lot of local towing companies and have never had a better experience than when I used Belden Village Towing. The operator was very helpful and friendly. The driver, Donnie (I believe is how it’s spelled) was great. He took care of my car and was easy to work with.
