That is about where it ends, the people who work there are very unprofessional and rude, the place is filthy even for scrap yard standards, and generally I get the sense that the people view their patrons as more of burdens than people

  Very good experience scrapping my zero turn mower that was destroyed when a tree fell on my shed. They removed it from my trailer and paid me for the scrap. So glad to have an easy disposal.

  (Edit) Scrapped another car recently, same driver (the owner.) Always great service. Still sticking with Fosnaught. I highly recommend. Found out today, they take all scrap and not just cars. Good to know in the future. ******** scrapped two vehicles this week. Got the same tow truck driver both times. It was a quick and easy process. I used to call around now I just stick with Fosnaught.

  Just recently started to recycle all the metal I come across. Family owned business here that always goes the extra mile to stay open after closing if I come a few minutes before end of day. They have fair pricing and are always welcoming.

  I don't know what the girl in the previous review was complaining about with being ripped off. Maybe a indifferent circumstance. For me the experience was good. I've been around cars my whole life, 39 years. Use to work in shops for over a decade before career change. I was able to pull off 2 door panels, 2 window motors, 1 window regular, 1 door lock actuator, and a glove box for $250. 2 of those parts new cost that easy. Any junk yard would charge close to what I paid here as well. I asked about battery pricing. The used battiers here are $25 each. I've seen junk yards ar $35 -50 each battery. The owner is helpful and keeps to his word. I said I would come back on certian days for more parts. He kept the car available for me. And he went out of his way to let me plug into his extension cord by moving the vehicle. He shows to be a very patient person.

  I called here today to inquire about the pricing for rims I want to sell, but the lady who answered was extremely rude and unhelpful. Overall, my experience with this place has been really disappointing. They need to hire friendlier staff that are actually capable of answering simple questions. When I asked for an estimate of how much they pay for rims, she snapped at me saying 'um you tell me'. It was a very unprofessional response from someone who lacks general knowledge and shouldn't be representing this company. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

  Everyone was super helpful and upbeat. Driver was great. Been trying to get a car moved and scrapped during the snow, finally help when we called Fosnaught. It was done and gone in a few hours, when no other place could get it out of here.

  They paid more and when they came to pick it up my car was in a really tough location. The tow truck driver pulled some magic and was able to somehow get it out of my brothers yard from a really awkward angle and get it on the tow truck. I’d highly recommend them to anyone.

  Called at noon for a junk car quote. car was picked up by 2 .very friendly over the phone, and the driver was polite and got the car on the truck quickly and efficiently. 10/10 would recommend. This is 2nd car I've junked through them . Highest bid I could find on my car in canton both times.

  They're just trying to rip people off. Brought in a large GM catalytic and he offered me $30 when it's recycle value is $65-95. Guess they thought I was a dumb woman and they'd play me. Went elsewhere and got $90. Don't waste your time here

  If I could give negative stars I would .Realized after I got home and thought about it some more that they ripped me off. I wont make the mistake of ever going there again. And I'm gonna make sure all the guys I work with stop going there too .Damn shame cant run an honest buisness where they already make a ton of money off people already

  Everyone at this business is extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Every time I’ve needed anything, they’ve been able to assist me. Their prices are always fair. I’ve also brought many things into them to scrap and gotten more than I would have at any other place I’ve been to. The owner and everyone who works there are awesome people to do business with. I highly recommend taking your scrap here or buying whatever you may need for your cars. Always a great experience!

  My son’s car was wrecked so I checked on the salvage price and was told he would get $200. So he called the next day to make arrangements and was told the price would be only $125. So I called back to see why there was a discrepancy in what we were told and talked to the owner. He immediately got huffy with me and acted very unprofessional. My son then called another salvage yard, made arrangements, and got $250 for his car. This place is dishonest and will take advantage of you if you don’t watch them closely. My advice is to take your business elsewhere.

  I have been attempting to buy a product from fosnaught for the past 15 years and every time that I come in contact with them it seems that I am inconveniencing them by asking them if they have a car on their lot I've been hung up on for asking if they have an oil cap for my vehicle I have been cursed at for asking if they have a different vehicle that matched it. These people obviously do not give a blank about their customers or customer service in general I'll never go back hopefully this review saves you from being treated so poorly
