I had an outstanding experience with this metal pick-up service! From the very beginning, the process was smooth and effortless. I called in the morning, and by the afternoon they were already at my place. What impressed me the most was the speed and professionalism — they don’t just promise fast service, they truly deliver it. They picked up everything without hesitation: an old washing machine, a broken lawn mower, some leftover pipes, and even smaller pieces of scrap metal I had lying around. Nothing was too big or too small for them. The team was polite, friendly, and worked quickly without wasting time. It’s such a relief to have this kind of service available, because getting rid of heavy appliances and random scrap can be such a headache. Instead of figuring out how to haul it myself or pay extra disposal fees, I just made one call and it was done the same day. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and fast solution for scrap metal removal. If you want peace of mind, great customer service, and the job done right the first time, this is the company to call!

DO NOT GO HERE! They adjusted the weight manually on the scale and shorted me almost 100 pounds!

This place is a shell of what it was. Service is terrible. They think they are the only game in town. I would hate to be that miserable at work daily.

The people that work there are super nice and it's a very clean place to go for your recycling needs. 😊

Absolute waste of time they don’t pay near what other scrap yards in the area do. And WILL CHANGE PRICING if they’re in a bad mood. All of their staff is rude (other than the blonde woman that usually runs the scale) and service is not there. They treat customers with little to no respect. If I could I’d give negative stars. I hope as a community we can run them out of business. Thank you… for nothing👍 if you work there and are reading this, E.M.A.

Very nice employees! Was remodeling our kitchen and changing out copper pipes to plastic and I had never been to a scrap yard before and the lady that worked there explained everything in detail to me so I would know how to go about cutting everything up to make the most money! Very helpful!

Make sure you have your materials separated correctly or they'll do it for you and you may not like it. . Also it helps speed up the drive through.

Hadn't been there in a while. They explained each step, where to go and how to do transactions. Fair prices for today's load. We've always liked the Warmington Road location.

SCRAPPERS BEWARE!!! No one will answer the phone when you call and then will tell you last vehicle in at 4:15 when you get there. I was there at 4:12. The man said, "Sorry can't help you!".

They don't take "dirty" aluminum anymore. They treat it as steel/iron, now. So, if you take your stuff there, make sure it's pure as can be. I understand, that people have screwed them in the past. But, steel ranges around $140.00 a ton and copper wiring sells for roughly $1.50 pound, now. Aluminum cans go for $0.35 pound, as well. Obviously, it will fluctuate, but still, what happened to the $2.50 pound of copper and about the same for brass? Also, be prepared to unload all of the steel and iron yourself, as well.

I went on Saturday and AFTER scaling all my material and throwing it into their containers I was informed that the ATM did not have enough money to pay me the full amount for my scrap. I asked for my material back and they were very hesitant. Upon receiving my material back I left and went to the PSC facility in Barberton. I was so glad I did because the Barberton facility paid me 35 cents per pound more than the Massillon facility!! When you have 400 pounds of bare bright and #1 copper that is a HUGE difference! I asked why Barberton paid so much more per pound and they informed me that the Massillon facility has to ship all their scrap to Barberton and therefore pays less per pound because they have to pay to ship the scrap to the Barberton facility. 35 cents per pound!! From now on I will drive the 25 additional minutes to receive a more fair price from the Barberton PSC facility. You should too! I guarantee you that it does not cost the Massillon PSC facility 35 cents per pound to ship YOUR scrap to the facility (Barberton) it is going to end up in anyway. I am highly disappointed and feel cheated by the very facility I have trusted for so long. I cannot even imagine how much money the PSC Massillon facility has unfairly made off of me. NO MORE!

How in the world can all the workers take lunch at one time and it's never the same I've been there 3 different times that they were on lunch and it was all 3 different times. Like come on I work and get an hour lunch the same time every day how am I supposed to plan when I can take metal to recycle if I don't know when they'll be on lunch like come on.

Worst place to scrap metal I've ever been to. Tried to tell me my Copper was brass, then told me my copper was dirty because it was saudered to more copper, then wouldnt take a stainless steel drum (old water softner) because it wasn't cut in half, then told me to gove them my ID get my picture taken, and sign my name! Are you F'n crazy! But wait want to complain, too bad because you get to scan a reciept in front of a dang ATM for payment, ain't this some $H/77!
