This is for the guy who sits at the front office…..no one’s forcing u to do that job if u don’t like it just quit….it and stop smashing your phone when customer’s calls yoh…..
broke down in the area and needed road service. Called multiple places, their ETA was the quickest and the mechanic was a very nice guy. He got me rolling again. The only issue, but a big issue, was that when he called the boss to do the paperwork he was shocked at what he was told to bill me. Even questioned him, are you sure? Then apologized to me over the amount i got billed. He said, it’s normally like 1/2 that amount. They also had an extra fee for paying by credit card. I should have used someone else, would’ve been a bit slower but MUCH cheaper. Literally paid double to have them come out.
RB’s Truck & Trailer is truly at the top of their profession. I’ve used numerous shops up and down the East Coast, and this is hands-down the BEST experience I’ve ever had.
We’re from North Carolina and were just passing through when our 2023 Peterbilt 579 derated with a DPF issue. RB’s went above and beyond—diagnosed the actual problem, sourced the sensor, and stayed late to do whatever it took to get us back on the road the same day. No part-swapping, no guessing—just real troubleshooting from people who know their craft.
Pricing was extremely reasonable, and the level of professionalism was second to none. This shop is setting the bar high and building a legacy that will be tough to follow. When you’re far from home, finding people this knowledgeable and this committed is rare.
I’d drive past ten dealerships just to get to these folks.

I was broke down in Canton and called 6-7 places and no one was able to come to me. They were my last call and I told them my issue and he said it maybe an hour or so but we will be there. We’ll just about an hour later they got there and had me fixed and back on the road. I live in Cleveland or they would be my new repair shop for sure.
Dude. Seriously. These guys are rock stars. OMG!!! They worked until 10pm to fix my truck. Offered me pizza. Great communication skills. I’ll let you know what the bill looks like when I get it tomorrow. 😜. Truck stop and a Trucking school right across the street. The women in the office offered me anything I need— ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
I have been bringing my equipment here for some time ,I truly like Ron but something has changed he does poor service and doesn't want to except responsibility for his or his mechanics mistakes. I him repair something and I have to take it somewhere else and get it redone, I went to him on this last experience and I felt I was being fair asking for what I did ,I went ahead and excepted what he offered only because I don't have time to go to court but he will never touch my equipment again it always cost me more money to have it redone and he never fixed the problem
Downhome repair shop. Timely repairs. This family run shop remembers your name and your equipment and gives a personal touch to all repairs. Park in the east lot, walk right in, and ask for Ron
These folks are always on top of things and they understand the importance of turning your truck around in a timely manner so you can get back to work!! Most repairs seem to be done in under 48 hours..

Never too busy to get me on the road again. I usually do scheduled maintenance but when it comes unexpected Ron gets me going again. No better service. Want back on the road and making money again, GO TO RB's hand down!!!!!
They service my truck. They have a garage of experienced mechanics. The owner and his wife and the entire staff are friendly and courteous. Don't forget to take cookies for the dogs, although I think they enjoyed the peanut butter crackers more.
