What a blessing to have a Pull-a-Part in our area. Can't beat their pricing most times and who doesn't love a good trip to the "junkyard". Used to be a 5/5 place but the yard has started to go down hill.

I went there today because it was 50% off for VIP'S, plus it was my Birthday. I was there to get tires for my Tracker. They are hard to find the right size. My son and I found 2 good tires on chrome rims for $87.00.

Made an appointment to scrap the work van. Figured they're nationwide and knew what they're doing. They also have a local location. Appointment was last Friday. The hauler apparently had the phone number wrong and didn't show up per Customer service. Figured mistakes happen. Rescheduled for the following Tuesday. I had an 8am-5pm window, but the hauler would call me before noon. No call again. Another call to Customer service and the hauler canceled again because they had a different wrong number. Off by one number the first time. Transposed 2 numbers the 2nd time. Missed 2 days of work waiting around for a scheduled pickup. I just canceled.
i was quoted a price of 45.00 for a headlight assembly for my 2010 ford fusion. a brand new one on amazon was only 65.00. your prices are skyrocketing and its not worth all of the work to pull my own part just to save 20.00 on a used part. you should consider coming up with a percentage pricing plan so it makes more sense for customers to want to do all the work needed to pull a used part. otherwise you are going to lose business. i, for one, will not continue to pull used parts if im only going to save a few dollars.
Years ago good clean affordable now overpriced dirty Ilse to point hard to walk through tried charging me for bald tires stating they looked good but I could cut them off to make it cheaper never again used parts shouldn't be 75% there value coming off wrecked and broke cars
I'm a retired disabilited vet. And wanted info on a car to see if the part was still there before going and checking as it is hard for me to walk. They didn't even try to help. The number goes to their main hub and not the store. They will charge you money to see if the parts there and if it is not well that's wasted time and money.
Really disappointed.... Found the parts I needed, had all but 1 bolt to remove but it was setting on the rims that they put the cars on. I went and asked if they would reposition the car just enough to get to the bolt and I was told to come back tomorrow before 3. This was around 3:20ish maybe. Lots of folks sitting in the office but no one wanted to help. All my other experiences here have always been excellent , but not today.
Was there last year the aisles were nice and neat between the cars you could put a golf cart down through them and it was really tidy. But i was there last weekend.the first nice day we had in awhile had some stuff little stuff up and it look like a bomb went off there the main aisle had debris all over it couldn't get in between the rows of cars. Just came off as no one's been out there to even clean up the yard. Was kind of disappointing to see. The lady checking Us in was kind of rude but the girls at checkout very helpful and nice

They do not keep the website updated at all. Came here for a vw passat that was said to be in row 306. Looked all over and couldn't find it. From the picture online I looked in the exact spot it should be and the cars just gone. Went inside to ask the employees if it got moved and they had no idea. They don't even know if it got crushed or not. I drove 40 minutes here, wasted so much time. Website needs to be kept up to date and cars that are no longer there need to be removed.
Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Great prices for parts. They also have pretty cheap batteries if you’re in the market for one. Just make sure to bring your own tools
Of all the Northeast Ohio Pull-A-Parts, this is definitely the best one. The selection is great, and the prices are reasonable. The yard is well-organized, making it easier to find what you need. The staff is also helpful, and overall, it’s a solid place to go if you’re looking for parts. Highly recommend it!
Good place but need to mark parts more then once Especially when it comes to motors and tranmissions but other then that good place and good people will tell anyone u want good prices and good service this is the place and if u need help and they can help they will very good place love going to this place and finding good parts been going for along time
terrible experience just like every other pull-a-part i’ve been to in ohio, The employees have never worked on a car and have no idea what a part is. Even when you inform them they are ringing it up wrong still try to overcharge you and tell you that you need to separate a part that is unusable without being whole. Feels like extortion they know you just spent time and hard work removing something you need and they gouge you on the way out. The pricing is terrible for a self service junk yard you can easily find the same parts online pre pulled and in better condition for less
Almost always has what I need. It's a little hot in the summertime, but worth it when you save all that money. Pull apart has saved us many times on minor and major repairs both. Would definitely recommend.
Denise is excellent employee she is very nice I love coming to this pull a part honestly they do such a great job whit costumer service and are always so friendly.
