I can’t say enough good things about this store and their employees. They saved the day for me today. I was driving home from work and noticed I had lost all power steering in my truck. Thankfully I was able to nurse it into their parking and go in and asked for help. I went in and Ruben (I believe he’s the manager) helped me out. I explained what was going on and told him I thought it was the serpentine belt but I couldn’t get the hood open (it’s an older truck and it gets stuck sometimes) he helped me get it popped and sure enough, it was the belt! Not only did he check the belt to make sure it was still good, he also noticed that it might be the idler pulley. We headed back into the store and Ruben asked his associate Fletcher to come out and take a look at it when his other store associate got back from making deliveries. Fletcher came out and was able to look at it and discovered that the idler pulley had seized up which caused the belt to pop off. He not only took the pulley off for me, but took it back into the store to make sure the part they had was the exact part that came off my truck. Got me checked out and then came back out (in the rain mind you) and put the pulley back on as well as the belt. He did not have to do any of that for me, but my husband and I couldn’t be any more grateful for Fletcher, seeing as how my husband was still at work 40mins away from the store!! I will never go to any other parts store! They really go above and beyond for their customers!!

This was my first time buying at an O’Reilly Auto Part’s Store, and it MOST DEFINITELY will not be my last. The help I got from this kind employee by the name of Tom, was amazing. He walked the extra mile with me! Super helpful! My grandson just finished using what Mr. Tom recommended, and it worked wonder’s! Thank you so much! And thank you so much, to Mr. Hunter, too. I’m just so happy and satisfied.

Very few parts stores will tell you an item you're looking to buy it's not going to work for what I needed it and steer you to the right product even if they don't have it. It's called honesty and they just did that to me and I'm thankful for that; they save me from ruining a very expensive piece of equipment that I wasn't sure what I needed.

In the middle of driving from Chicago to Boston for a funeral, I got some big hunk of metal stuck in my tire. Fortunately, I was able to get to O'Reilly, where Bob T was kind enough to plug the puncture for me. He really saved the day. Made it to Massachusetts without the tire giving me any other trouble!

The guys here, are AwEsOmE!!!!!! They practically saved us!!!!! We were on a trip from New York State going to Indiana, had nothing but problems with the car dolly.... They were SO knowledgeable, friendly and did an OUTSTANDING JOB!!!! If I'm back in the area, I'm definitely stopping here again!!!!

I have for years bought parts at this store since it opened. Hundreds of $. Today when i called to order two less than 10$ each brake hoses i had to go and pay before they would order. Never ever has this happened at any auto store. It cost you a sale and maybe a longtime customer. Happy New Year right.

I dropped my military ID and left the store. As soon as I left Miguel and his associate took swift and prompt action reached out to me. It’s nice to know there are still good people out there especially the younger generation (younger than me at least)

Assistant manager was very helpful finding all the stuff I need for my truck. Quality parts at a good price

We just pulled up to O’Reilly auto parts in Amherst on Lovette Road to purchase a battery. We pulled up the clerks and nobody in the store are wearing masks and not practicing social distancing. We pulled out and went down the street to AutoZone. You won’t see us going into this O’Reilly’s or any O’Reillys if this is their policy

Bobbie took care of me. He was so nice and polite, and helpful. As black person in 2020 it’s been a tough year, out of my comfort zone in Amherst, he definitely made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to help me. We need more people like Bobbie.

Just like any place, good prices and staff was ehhh not the friendliest. Didn’t really like the convos, and talked more to one another than to the customers at the time I was there. They looked like something fishy was happening. But overall, got what I needed and got the hell out.

It was sooo cold... but a nice lady that works there put on my new wipers for me! God bless her!

Full points for engagement! I arrived an hour before closing, and instead of wishing I'd go away, these kind folks tried everything possible to get my mirror fixed then and there. A pleasure.

In the past I've always had good experiences at this store. That being said, I stopped there on Thursday May 31 to pick up a bulb for my headlight. In the past they would have offered to put the bulb in. Thursday however the first thing the guy at the counter said was we can't put that in. Well number 1, I wasn't expecting you too. It is a very easy thing to do...I've done it before. On top of that their price was a full $10 more for a single low beam headlight bulb for my car than Advance Auto Parts was. The over priced part and rudeness means that you have lost a customer.

They were the best till Desiree C. Left!!!! they thought they could get a cheap imitation of her that doesn't know anything!!!! Worse part store around rather go to world auto

Friendly and helpful staff. I wish people would just order online and pickup in store. It makes checking out a long wait when they have to answer phones and look up parts pricing just so you can call somewhere else and price match. Don't be one of them. All major parts suppliers post pricing online
