Highly recommend Wayne Truck and Trailer repair. These guys are the very best! Very thorough with explaining their inspection process, no high pressure sales at all. They are in the business of helping customers not just selling their services. Outstanding customer service which is very rare these days. Neal listened to my concern with our motorhome and got our rig in for inspection quickly, and repaired right away. We had a family emergency and they allowed us to leave our rig there a few extra days; we were so grateful for their compassion and understanding. Way to go Neal and all the professional repair team. You’ve got us as a customer for life! Keep up the exceptional work, we appreciate you all so very much!

Great service! My semi popped a coolant leak, they arrived in less than an hour from when i called, got me patches up and topped off and back to their shop and had me fixed up and out of there in no time

Towed in with what I thought was a transmission problem. They at first agreed, but kept checking and found it had to do with driveshaft and yoke problems. Very easily could have made it alot bigger job and alot more money. I'm VERY happy with the service and the price. I even left my pickup truck there a few days and they had some work done to their parking lot Which created alot of dust. They offered to pay to have my truck washed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND WAYNE TRUCK & TRAILER.

Waynes Truck and trailer was very thorough in their work. They worked with Fleetwood to find the troublesome hidden fuse for my air conditioner in the cab dash of my motorhome. They were quickly able to identify the source of the air leaks in the air ride system. Thet were courteous and listened to my concerns. I will definitely return for future services.

Best truck repair shop in area Come here if you wanna have quick, efficient and reasonable cost service. Don’t go to Loves they are expensive and super busy all the time. In the end they waste ur time

Great customer service and timely fix. Got us out of town on time. Neal was a Saint and helped us stay calm throughout our anxiety. Jacob drove into town and picked us up so we could get some lunch. Great team!!!! You guys saved us from being delayed.

Guys at Wayne are proffesional and know the job. Called them 8 a.m. , Neal answered the phone and after 30 minutes truck was in the shop. Two hours later truck was back on the road with inspected and replaced alternator. Thank You guys , Dragan

Wayne Truck and Trailer did a great job figuring out the challenges my dump truck had, with the lights and DOT inspection. Also several months ago they was able to figure out several challenges I had with the starting issues I had. They promptly return phone calls. Very nice to work with.

Extremely unprofessional, dishonest and low quality of work. We brought one of our commercial vehicles here for significant repairs and maintenance. We received a full diagnostic and were quoted an amount and time frame for completion. Throughout the time our equipment was here there were many incorrect parts ordered and repairs took a significant longer time and the estimate was lower than the invoice by thousands. All of these things are undesirable and cost so much money and profit being down a main truck in our fleet longer than quoted, however, we tried to be understanding being a service based company ourselves. When the truck was finally ready and we showed up to pick up we were told that they would not accept a credit card payment because our amount was too high, we were first time customers and we could not be trusted. I was told that I could cancel a CC transaction as soon as it was made. They said many of their clients are transient and payment cannot be trusted. Upper management/Ownership was the most unprofessional individual encountered in our entire experience. We will absolutely never return for service on any of our fleet and do not recommend this company.

Mt select driver , I needed a air bag replaced & I sat at loves over 6 hours with no fix insight so I called Wayne Truck Trailer the air bag was cheaper & they got me right in no problem, repair was quick & professional ,plus it was cheaper than they first quoted , will definitely b back again. This is one place u don’t want to overlook. Thanks WTT

I WOULD GIVE 100 STARS IF I COULD! Mark was AMAZING!!! Went completely out of his way to keep me updated on the repairs of a broken down truck that one of my carriers had getting worked on there! Also gave me great recommendations for local towing companies that could help get me out of a bind! Seriously awesome awesome people there!!! Would recommend this company to everyone!! and AGAIN, THANK YOU SO MUCH MARK!!!!

Neal and his Technicians are great! I’m happy with the service done on my bus. Neal did a great job keeping me updated on what is needed on my vehicle. His technician is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. It’s nice to have the peace of mind knowing everything is done correctly even though they don't work on buses a lot.

We had a great experience with Wayne Truck and Trailer. On our way to Michigan our Motor Home exhaust flexible coupling broke. Tiffin wanted over $1300 for this part. With taxes and overnight shipping I'm sure it would have been about $1500. With the help of Mark, Neil and the other employees they were able to fabricate a new exhaust for $900, saving us $600. And we were back on the road in 2 days. Great experience!

Loves had at least an hour and a half wait. I called these guys to put a spare tire on rim and remove bad tire. Got me right in and we're a very nice group of guys. $18 disposal fee for a tire seems excessive so I kept tire but overall great experience.

You won’t find a better group than at Wayne Truck and Trailer. Irvin, mark, Thomas, Kody and everyone else is awesome. They will take great care of you and treat you with respect. I highly recommend them and would trust them with any piece of equipment you have

I had a issue with my trailer where the dual came off. We think the wheel bearing locked up. Ended up calling these guys. They came out to me and chained up the one side and followed behind me to the shop which was 10 miles away. The Axle Dr came out the next day and put a new spindle on. They had me done that day but I believe I was over charged for the job. According to my shop at home it should have cost about 5k for the Axle Dr, 2 rims, 1 tire because I had a spare, new hub and bearings, and new brakes and drum. Instead the total was closer to 6800. They charge "by the job" so you don't really know what they are charging for labor or anything. Only positive thing is they seemed to be nice to you as they screwed you.

The Radiator to my Freightliner blew on the side of the road they towed my vehicle and fixed my radiator the same day. I was able to make my load for the next day. Everything was efficient and fast. Their customer service is awesome. They even have a loaner car for you! It made the wait that much easier as I drive with my daughter!

Fantastic guys! Had a check engine light. Ended up being a tcm issue. Thought It be a few days at least. 1 day turn around. Justin and Mark are excellent at what they Do. Kept me informed and explained the entire process from start to finish. Definitely go to these guys for anything diesel. They will take excellent care of you!
