They go up and beyond to help their customers.. I'll use them anytime for a tow.. The came to Columbus to pick up the car and took it back to my house.. Your Dad would be proud of you Boys.
I had an unexpected car failure. Keller Brothers Enterprise was able to get to my vehicle promptly and delivered it to the mechanic shop with ease. All the staff, dispatcher & tower, were so polite and kind, and provided me with the service I needed in a pinch. Highly recommend!
They were very fast and efficient, not even 30 minutes from calling them and they were there on the spot. Payment was fast and easy as well, my vehicle arrived safe and sound. I plan on giving these guys a call the next im in trouble!

I dont often leave 5 star reviews but Jason, the woman at the front desk, and the guy who towed my truck back home were all very nice. You could tell they were empathetic for my situation and were there to help in the ways that they could.

These incredibly kind gentlemen turned around and tried to help (I was inside storage area with hood up) I waved my arms and they turned around in their tow truck and did their best to help. I had called triple A but had been waiting quite a while. They did not take AAA, but helped me find a tow truck, and once it was SURE a truck was coming, gave me aand my two dogs a ride home. Is so nice to know that there are REAL gentlemen who will help - and went out if their way to help!!! Thank you again

These guys were absolutely wonderful all the way around. Very professional and courteous. I called them to tow my vehicle home from my day job. They went so far to come get my vehicle at quitting time so I had a ride a home. Top notch! 10 stars out of 5!
Will absolutely call Keller Brothers anytime we need a tow. We sat for over two hours waiting on 24 hour tow service and had to get a refund because noone was available. 100% recommend! I waited for over 2 hours for AAA and they estimated another 3-4 hours to get to me (in the freezing cold.) I got tired of waiting. Called up Keller Brothers and less than an hour from the time I called I was home with my vehicle! Thank you Jason for getting me out of that cold and into my warm home fast.
I hit a deer 3:50 am on a Friday morning and they responded immediately and was on-site in less then 30 minutes. 5 star service! They answered their phone every time I called with questions and called to inform me that my insurance company was coming to pick my vehicle up without my consent. Needed my car taken to the dealership after a breakdown. Very prompt service, immediate responses, and great care taken to load the car correctly and safely. Nobody wants to have to be towed, but highly recommend them if you do!

Had a dump truck go down first thing in the morning. John arrived promptly and diagnosed the issue. Jason assisted with a wrecker to get my truck to their shop and made quick work of the repairs. I will definitely be using the Keller boys in the future and recommend anyone else to do the same!
