The service technician was on point with the discovery of why I was experiencing a flashing check engine light. He recommended someone who could service my car at a moments notice on a Sunday morning. Honestly, in these times, it is difficult to find people who put others' needs ahead of themselves. Went in looking for something for 396 in a 78 Chevy truck.. it wasn't on the computer, so the kid couldn't help me. But, he was friendly, so that's a plus.
Well I think i converted from Advance to O'Reillys! Dave helped me out on a belt issue I had for my old truck. He kept asking questions till he got what he could figure out. And couple trial and errors (errors mostly on my part!) We got the old ford up and running. Thanks Dave!
I knocked my windshield wiper off while getting ice out from underneath the pair. I couldn't get the blade to reattach and Carly helped reattach the blade rather than purchase a new set as I figured I would have to do. Thank you so much for your help, the entire staff was friendly and helpful as well in case I did need a new set!

The first O'Reilly employee I met was great! He helped me find an excellent highly affordable solution to my exhaust pipe break. He also helped me hang up the pipe until I can fix it properly with the kit, so that it doesn't bounce and hit the pavement anymore. He was very friendly and eager to help in any way possible.
Later I came back and bought gloves to use for working in the winter temperatures. Another associate was very kind and took several minutes to make sure I found the right pair for the cold and durability and flexibility and comfort.
The staff was attentive and polite. This is my first time in the store but I will definitely return. The store was well-stocked and I found what I needed.
Oriellys is my favorite parts store. I'm an ase certified technician. I can feel comfortable standing behind the parts I buy here. And I run my own shop at home now. Oriellys is all I use. I don't normally buy master pro. I go for moog parts when possible. But the employees atleast the ability to help you unlike the orange store. Lol
I went in for undercoating. The staff was friendly, easy going and helpful. They found my product and price matched competition. They are anxious to do a good job. I will be back.
