They came to pull my truck out of some soft ground (loaded dump truck that weighed 33500lbs 30 minutes after I called. Took them 30 minutes to pull me out.. I was impressed until the driver hit me up for $550.. they did a good job as they should.. I figured there rate at around $300/hr.. I recommend getting an estimate before they do the work

Incredibly rude and disrespectful. The owner followed us to our vehicle screaming and cursing while my 2 young children were in the car because we didn't have the title to the vehicle because my fiance just got out of the hospital from a broken back. He threatened us before we left and made my children and I who already have PTSD from escaping a domestic violence situation the previous year have panic attacks due to his violent behavior. Would NOT recommend these people to anyone I know and love.
i rate them at 4 because they can get you about anything..and prices are reasonable..service? not quite figure that out..today spent a lot of ti.e out in their yard looking for parts
