Super easy to locate and incredibly quick with their work, I had my car - a MINI cooper - back within two days. I never had any issues communicating with them about the brake repair and some others that surfaced during the inspection. Instead of having me come in for another appointment, they took care of everything right then and there for me, which made payment easier.
If you're looking for somewhere local that does high quality, quick repairs for a good price, this is definitely the place to go.

Staff are very accommodating and understanding when it comes to explaining in detail car concerns. Payment options available. The oils change was speedy and diagnostics were helpful. Various technicians offered helped and support. Highly reccommend!
Honestly one of the coolest experiences. You wouldnt expect the level of technology from a home town business that they have. I received text alerts with the progress of work I had done and was able to approve and decline what services I wanted right from my phone. Everything was sent as a link through text message.
They got me in super quickly, and Bubba was very kind and helpful over the phone! I had my car back from them within the week, and it’s running better than when I first got it. Prior to my Buick breaking down, they also fixed my dad’s car (BMW), which I had to borrow while mine was in the shop. 27 years old, and was running beautifully! Seemingly, you guys can work on anything foreign, domestic, new or old. I would recommend Forrest’s Garage to anyone I know who’s having car trouble! :)
I was so excited to hear this place was right outside my hometown of Gibsonburg! These guys are very professional, yet personable, and get the job done. Also, they don't pressure you into getting something done you don't need done right at the moment. I will return!
I had a great experience with Forrest’s Garage. First. They have the most precise work and customer/oriented service of any repair facility that I have experienced. Very important to me is their outstanding personal and professional experience with off-roading and off-roaders.
The staff at Forrest's Garage attended to my vehicle when their job load was particularly heavy that day.. My first experience there has given me confidence to trust them with all my car care needs. The online scheduling was responsive and convenient .
This was our first time using Forrest's Garage so we weren't sure what to expect. Bubba was very friendly and explained our issue honestly and in detail so that I could understand. We didn't feel like we were being upselled like we've dealt with at other shops. Our car is running much better and we will definitely be using them again in the future!

Jeremy and Bubba are great! Honest and very knowledgable about Jeeps. Very helpful and responsive to all my questions on the phone and in person. I drove over an hour to go to this garage and will come back for all future mechanical and modification needs. It is nice to know there are still honest people out there doing right by the customer and not just their bottom line.

Both Bubba and Jeremy were great! I was impressed with how extensive there inspection was. They walked me through the issues with my Jeep and was transparent about everything. I will definitely go back for any future issues and needs!
We took our car to Forest Garage for an oil change and a complimentary inspection to see if there were any other issues with it. They did a thorough inspection and listed everything that needed to be addressed, along with pictures!!! We could decide to accept or decline each item that needed repaired. This was awesome!! They repaired the things we chose and did a fantastic job!!! They are also one of the friendliest business that I have ever seen!! Jeremy, the owner, is a great guy and a very honest man!! Him and those who work for him take pride in their work and want to do the best they can for you!! I will take any of my vehicles there again, and I recommend them to anyone who needs auto repairs!!
Forrest’s Garage is a great group of people to deal with for your 4x4 modifications. The work was great and the shop was truly professional. I would highly recommend them for you vehicle needs or off road modifications. They just do not do Jeeps but modifications to other off-road vehicles. They completed my installation of my Rough Country winch and the installation looks like it was factory installed! Need general maintenance or vehicle modifications this is the place to take your vehicle!
The workers were so polite and got my car taken care of so fast. The prices for everything were very reasonable.
I really appreciate the texting system they use. I can't answer the phone at my job, but I can respond quickly to messages. It was so nice to see the recommendations for repairs with a price quote individually and as a total. No one pressured me when I declined a service. I also got some text updates throughout the repair process. It was really nice to be updated throughout the process. I was so thankful not to have to play phone tag at work to get things done. I definitely recommend Forrest's Garage!
They did a great job. Well worth the 1 hour 20 minute drive up from Lima. New shocks and water pump. Holy smokes I can now hit 70 mph and feel like I'm not going to go off the highway 😆 When I bought my jeep I knew the shocks were bad and was told that but didn't realize how much of a difference new shocks would make... Will be definitely going back this spring to get my winch replaced there!
I highly recommend Forrest's Garage! After searching for a 4x4 shop to lift my 2019 Chevy Trail Boss, I decided that Forrest's Garage was my choice due to the extremely helpful way that Jeremy (the owner) took time with me to guide me to the best combination of parts and tires to get the truck I envisioned in my mind. Their service and pride in the workmanship is the best I've ever experienced. My truck turned out exactly as I hoped and the price was very reasonable. I will be a customer from now on. Responsive, helpful and honest are the best description for my experience with them.

They got my Jeep in very quick to the appointment an had the problems diagnosed very quickly, very quick on the repair.very fair price. Will definitely return to them in the future for any issues I should happen to need.
Contacted Jeremy around the 2nd week of March about a lift for my jeep. He gave me several options and walked me through the one that I chose. Ended up upgrading the shocks to make the ride better. Brought my Jeep in on April 17th for an appointment on April 18th. Bubba live streamed the install on facebook. I went to pick up my jeep later that night and we talked about different things that they do and gave me suggestions to keep costs down later on down the road. The whole process has been simple and they have been very transparent from the quote all the way to installation. I plan on doing more business with Forrest’s Garage in the future. Amazing shop even with having that lazy employee (cat) that was sleeping on the job.
A little late, but Jeremy did a great job upgrading my front axle, adding elocker and upgrading gearing. The jeep gets up to speed a lot better. Super friendly and willing to talk to you about other options. Highly recommend, will be going back soon.
