I had to leave my vehicle behind when I moved out of state. This was due to an untrustworthy mechanic. I took it to Beers and it needed extensive repair. My son just picked it up a few days ago and he states it's running awesome! Better than it ever has. Beers went thru my vehicle with a fine tooth comb and listed everything needing repair. It is now Colorado mountain ready! Their communication is second to none! I can highly recommend their services! When they're finished with repairs, you can count on it being done correctly.
Bears automotive fixed our snow plow truck right before the big storm, when the heater went out and we really appreciate them getting it in and fixing it so rapidly. Beers has always taken great care of our vehicles and we highly recommend them.
Let me say the guys at Beers were awesome to work with. We found a car for my son local to them at a dealership and being out of state we wanted to have a PPI done to verify everything before making any commitment. After calling them up and explaining what we needed Jeff and Jim were extremely helpful. They worked with me to fit the PPI into a tight window. After the getting the report back (very detailed) and making the 8hr trip out there to see the car everything was as described and spot on with their inspection. I cant thank you guys enough. My son is beyond excited about his new car and we appreciate you guys helping to make that happen for him. Thanks Again!!

I had my 2004 BMW E46 towed to Beers Automotive in Shelby, Ohio while I was away at AIT for a starting issue. They worked on my car for four months. When I finally got back and picked it up, the same starting problems were still present, and on top of that, new issues appeared, including what felt like ghost revving and suspension related problems.
I paid $5,000, and the car was not fixed.
What makes this worse is that they admitted to me directly that they failed me as a customer and that they took on a project they never should have accepted. They acknowledged that they did many things wrong during the process, yet still refused to refund my money.
When I asked for a refund, they declined and instead offered to “fix the car for free if it’s something they did wrong.” When I tried to take them up on that offer, they mentioned towing, said they would get back to me, and then never followed up. After that, communication essentially stopped.
To make matters even worse, on my way home, the car began acting up badly. I nearly got run over by a semi-truck on the highway due to the ghost revving behavior, and shortly after that, the car broke down in the middle of an intersection. It was a dangerous situation that never should have happened after months in a shop.
This was an extremely frustrating experience. They recognized their mistakes but took no real responsibility for them. I trusted them with my vehicle and a large amount of money and was left with an unreliable and unsafe car, and no resolution.
Save yourself the time, stress, and money. Go somewhere else.
Super friendly. They took their time for a thorough inspection. I feel like their diagnosis and repair was fairly priced and knowledgeable fixed. No issues thus far. Made me feel like they'd make it right if so. Highly recommended.
Hands down,Beers is the best equipped and employs the highest level of knowledge in the state. I myself being a retired Master Auto Technician of 30 years can contest to the fact that this shop is the best you will find. Their staff has the highest level of knowledge and very friendly. The shop equipment is top of the line and up to date. Highly recommended.
I love Beers. Not just as experts in automotive repair, but as people who make every stranger feel like they walked into thier friends buisness. From Jeff upfront, to the techs in the back, to Mr. And Mrs. Beer themselves, nobody feels lime a stranger. As for the work I will say they do take a little longer than your average shop, but thats not a negative. They take longer because they do things right. Had 4 tires and an alignment done on my 2006 Honda. I will say that it hasn't driven this nice in years. So, bring a book or a laptop, put faith in the people you hire, and let Beers do what professionals do. You wont be disappointed.

I can’t say enough good things about this shop! I showed up in a tough situation and they didn’t hesitate to help — even though they were clearly busy, they found a way to squeeze me in. Every single person I interacted with was incredibly kind, understanding, and genuinely empathetic. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and their professionalism and compassion really stood out.

Jeff was very patient answering questions and explaining how they did things. They took pictures and video to show things they found. I've been looking for a company to take over maintenance and repairs on my vehicles due to bad experiences at the dealership. Great service and great customer service! Highly recommend.
My husband had a huge screw in his tire at work. I called beer and they were going to get him in the next day! He ended up putting a donut on his truck and was 2 minutes away when the donut gave out. Beers took the tire and fixed it right then in there. I can’t thank you guys enough for turning some pretty crummy luck into a cheap easy fix!! Definitely won our service over from here on out!
I want to say these guys are awesome my tires was running on its last legs and these guys squeezed me in on a busy day and got me rolling down the road again thank you so much I will be back. They are reasonable priced and tell u if u need other things fixed thanks again!
They explained every detail very well on what was wrong with my truck and how they were going to fix it. I've had no issues since and it drives like a new truck. The best customer service I have ever had
Called Kyle this morning and needed a tire patched ASAP. He said they were busy but would work it in. Showed up after lunch and talked to Jeff and Jeff put someone right on it. These guys were busy and I know they pulled someone off one job to do my tire. Anyway they repaired the tire and got me on my way. What a pleasant group to deal with and I for one appreciate it. Thanks Beers for going the extra mile for a person in need.

Wow!! What a well managed shop full of skilled technicians and caring management. Jeff and his crew of techs were communicative, clear, and did a better job on my vehicle than what I was expecting going to “the local guys”. I went to Beer’s on a whim based on a local google search, and what I found was there what I’ve been missing the last 25 years of owning a vehicle and dealing with the rest of the shops in Richland County. Beer’s is the BEST place to take your vehicle to in the area. They are honest, up front, and will work with you and your situation to find a resolution that gets the job done well, timely, and at your budget. I will be bringing every vehicle I ever own to them, even if I move away from Shelby. I cannot state better my satisfaction with how they handled me as a customer than to say if you are reading this and looking for somewhere to take your vehicle… you’ve found it - THIS IS THE PLACE!!
Another great experience with Beer’s Repair. Getting an oil change turned into a finding a transmission leak which could affect long distance travel. Beer’s recommended repairs to make safe travels. I always like the extra care they offer and trust their advice to make the right repairs. For my family, trusted mechanics!
The best thing i liked was that they kept me in the lop on everything with the AC unit. They did spend more time going through the car and finding more things wrong with the car,other then the issue that it went in for. I thought the price was a little high but all in all, they did a good job.
Very thorough check of my car. They cleaned up a mess left by a quick oil change place which they didn't have to do. Super courteous and patient explaining things. Will definitely use going forward.
My car was in for an alignment. They did a great job. The car drives great. I already have my truck scheduled since they did a great job with the car. I highly recommend them!
Lugnuts on my tires would not loosen no matter the pressure i used.tried beers.they claim to have loosened all 4 tires lugnuts and retightened using proper torque specifications.costed few more bucks.few weeks later i tried loosening front left lugnuts with all my power.barely came loose.one lugnut wouldnt budge period.had to use special socket with powerful force.2 weeks later kats in martinsburg,oh attempted to loosen my rear right lugnuts since i couldnt no matter the pressure used.they ended up breaking off a huge breaker bar and even tried a more powerful torque gun.still,they couldnt do it.only one was loosened.kats in mansfield managed to unloosen the rest of them (5 out of 6).pounding a long socket on each one twice with a sledge hammer eventually worked.KB in mansfield managed to loosen all 6 w/o any issues in mid july.
Now,either beers lied stating they loosened all 4 tires but didnt or torqued them down so tight became nearly impossible to remove.what exactly is the proper torque specs anyway,super super tight?! That was my first,and rest asure,my last time ill visit beers.like the ol saying goes "thats why i do my own work".
I was appreciative of them getting me in earlier than originally planned. But all I needed was a trailer tire taken off the rim and a new one put on. I took it off the trailer and took it in they didn’t have to do anything else. And it cost me $46. That a lot for just putting a tire on the rim. Thought it was $25.
It was $25 for mount and balance
$6 to get rid of the old tire
$6 for a valve stem
$3 for something called tire weigh
And then an issue the rest was freaking tax.

I am so grateful for the Beer's Automotive team! I've taken my car in multiple times and these guys are beyond dependable and honest. A while back, a dealership gave me an estimate of $10k to fix my car and I brought it to Beer's and they were able to get it safely operating at a fraction of the cost. They also knew I was shopping for a new-to-me used car and let me know that since I'm an established customer, they could do a free pre-buy inspection on the vehicle I was interested in. I gave them a call when I was on my way, brought in the car I wanted, and they put it up and inspected it. They found minor issues with the wipers, ball joint, and brakes. We took the report back to the dealership and they are taking care of those things. THANK YOU Beer's Automotive!
This place seems like its being run very well and they pride themselves with doing their best work and doing whats right by the customer. I needed an oil change, and they also did a full inspection which is very detailed and thorough.
The inspection comes with a list of jobs you can approve and schedule and it even shows the price of each. Very convenient. They even have loaner cars while yours is in shop.
After I received my car back (from the jobs I approved) everything is working as intended and absolutely no complaints in that regard.
Only thing I'm disappointed by was they missed a wheel bearing in the original inspection. Which resulted in an extra $500(ish), which was very unfortunate as I had budgeted and approved the original jobs on that budget. 4/5 just for that reason.
All in all I will be returning and will be recommending then to friends and family.
Beers Automotive was great and I’ll definitely be returning! They got me in last minute to fix a leak in my tire without thinking twice! Very knowledgeable and friendly! Haven’t had an issue with the tire since they fixed it.

Beer's Auto has always treated me right. I've had numerous maintenance and repairs done over the years. Spencer and Kyle, especially, are extremely knowledgeable, and I appreciate their input and recommendations. My last repair could have potentially been quite expensive with labor costs since they had to drop the gas tank. After doing this, they were able to discover the root of the problem closer to the engine and were able to make the repair there. I appreciate that they didn't charge me for dropping the gas tank and then reattaching it since the original concern was coming from that area of the car. In the end, it turned out to be the best case scenario. I've used Beer's many times over the years, and I hope they're around for many more years to come. Appreciate you guys! Thank you!
My parents, my sister and I have all needed help with our vehicles multiple times in the past year. Everyone at Beers is so kind and helpful. This past time I had multiple issues and the techs at Beers took time to explain fully each of my issues and even supplied a loaner vehicle for me while they worked in my repairs, which took several days.
