NEVER HAVE IVE FELT SUCH HOSPITALITY FOR SERVICE AT ANY O'REILLY'S LIKE THIS ONE!!! JUS TO STAND OUT IN THE FREEZING COLD AIR WITH ME WITH A BROKE WRIST AND HELP ME TILL IM COMPLETELY SATISFIED IS JUST OVER THE TOP.! BEST AUTO PART STORE RO DATE.
Came in for a headlight. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. Dave even installed the bulb and helped me with the oxidation on the lens. 5 out of 5
Honestly I hate parts stores and parts people, always seem to mess something up. When I went here, they had my part and it was quick service, no complaints!!
Good people, if you know what you need and want, they can tell you right away what you can do. Car code testing, vehicle battery checks, engine oil change.
Demitri helped fix a coolant issue I was having. After the coolant went all over him he drove an hour to pick up a part and help me install it. Good to see there are great people from this store that will go out of their way to help you when your stranded.
I give just 2 stars because the employee skipped over me in the line to help not just one other person but 2 different people while I was clearly waiting in line before those people had ever entered into the store!!! So yeah that left me with a bad taste in my mouth definitely. They were lucky I didn't just leave and go down the road to Advanced Auto Parts!!! Next time pay attention Customer Service Representative's!!! Just pay attention and keep track or just simply ask who's next!!! Also the person who finally helped me didn't have much vehicle knowledge. I think I know more about cars than this person did and I only work on my own vehicles whenever I have too. So yeah between those 2 issues I give just 2 stars.
people are there amazing special person is Jesse i live in Brooklyn ny my battery started smoking i drive Mercedes sprinter this God send person one of the workers Jesse 90 degree weather went under my car for 45 min to unhook stript screw ANOTHER Co-workers J,D came to rescue got the battery instead just no words God bless them thank you very much MARK👍+10
Wow.... just wow.... "manager" brown hair, over weight, middle age, stands about 6"3 was so unprofessional and rude.I asked him a simple question and he stood there Rolled his eyes at me and pretty much disregarded me. Luckily the young man behind the counter helped me. Get a reality check you work at o Reilly auto parts.Your main job is customer service.
Top notch employees, they were really helpful. They took the time to test my starter (FREE) and explained what else could be wrong with my clunker. Knowledgable and highly recommended!
