$1250 transmission went out after driving less than 20 miles. All Done within 40 days. When i came to leave my 1 star review i was actually surprised to see how this company is even rated a 3.1 They have likely bought some good reviews. I purchased a used transmission from this JUNK yard for the dealership i manage. I spoke to the owner when purchasing and he reassured me that transmission was from a van that was driven and tested. Sadly i did not get the transmission installed immediately because we had 2 jobs in front of this one. Once done it was easy to see the transmission was weak and barely pulling. Let the vehicle warm up to put on the road to see if it just needed driven. Broke down on 670 within 15 mins and the vehicle now does not move at all. They offered to discount another transmission but. So i spent $1250 on a transmission, $900 for labor, and $100 for tow. Now i need to spend another $900 for labor and $600 more for a trans. Use any other local yard! They will provide better customer service, better parts, and better warranty for likely the same cost. MO suggested i call back to talk to the owner since i wasnt happy. Even though he told me exactly what the owner wanted him to tell me lol. NO THANKS
Bought a Radiator that was bad discovered it was damaged after the install most likely it wasn’t tested after being yanked out of the source vehicle. I declined doing any future business with Green Auto Parts.
Very bad service. They gave me the wrong part 3 times and told me it was the right part each time. And on the fourth time I asked for refund and was denied. The guy was rude and didn’t even apologize. Very bad customer service and they don’t know their parts well. I’ll never buy a part from them again.
Went to pick up parts that I was told was already pulled. Not only were they not pulled but was told if I want them pulled I had to pay for them on the spot and wait until Monday to come back and get them. They lied over the phone and tried to take my money for nothing
I had no issues here! I'm not a "car person" so I've never been to any salvage yard and was intimidated but needed a new shark fin antenna as mine was knocked off in a car wash. I only needed the cover but went ahead and got the whole part just in case anything more on mine was broken. Sure enough they had it in the right color and got it for me pretty quickly. The gentleman at the counter was very friendly as well - overall definitely happy with my visit!
There are 40 to 50 alternatives to this place. I bet you none of them will sell you the wrong part then adhere to some rigid return policy to deny you even the option to exchange the part. The service at this place is just atrocious.
The manager lied to my face about the status of a battery. I paid $600 for a hybrid battery only for it to fail in 27 days. I was givent the option for a battery or refund, to support the small business I opt for the battery replacement. I was told no problem they will get another battery. Months go by and still no battery. I visited the place again, asked about the battery still no battery. I request a refund he tells me I have to pay an additional 350. I told him no just give me my refund. He refuses to give me my refund. No I'm out $600 and still no battery.
Place is a joke tell you one price over the phone then when you get there the parts aren't in that great of shape and double the price bad customer service
This was the first time I ever went to the salvage yard was a little hard to find no signs on the building I went for a fuel pump sam the owner gave me a very good deal on it I definitely suggest you go and find your parts here 👍 this is one of those untapped resources a lot of good parts here nobody knows about
Very friendly office and yard staff! I spend the day there pulling parts for an automatic to manual swap. They let me pull all the smaller stuff and once I was ready, yard staff pulled the transmission.
Pricing was very fair for the entire bundle of parts. Very thankful for their positive attitudes when I was stressing over pulling so many parts!
Called for a hood, she says they have 1 but it's not good. I called back later after no other options & asked to come look at the hood. It was near poor condition & rusty where it was sitting in the mud. I ask how much, guy says $150!!!!!!! I offer $100, he talks to lady in office & she says no $150!!!!!!!! FOR A HOOD THEY SAY IS NO GOOD. WHAT A JOKE. SHOP ELSEWHERE UNLESS YOU'RE DESPERATE

I paid for a part and was told it would take 1 1/2 hour to pull. I came back the following day and the part was not ready. This was a $170 part.
I asked why the part wasn’t ready and the guy said he want sending his guy outside because it was raining. Mind you, this is a day after I paid for the part. I asked for a refund and he said he wasn’t giving me a refund. Hilarious! I told him I was going to dispute the transaction since he didn’t deliver and he said he didn’t give a damn and to get out.

Called ahead of time but was ignored when i got there bought the part but then took the. Mirror off and said it was seperate was ignored again then finally got charged ridiculous price ... Worst customer service ever and was there for hr and some and was the second customer but two people tht just walked in was in and out . worst service ever😒 couldnt put 0 but hey
Worst service ever, took my # and never called me back, then when I called back 2 days later, left me on hold for 45 mins. When I finally gave up and tried again, gave me a ridiculous price. Don't even bother with this place. Could not leave 0 stars
