THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME $7 FOR 2 FT PIECE OF PLASTIC FUEL LINE THAT WAS ONLY $6,49 BRAND NEW.. TOLD THEM TO KEEP IT.. SAD BUT TRUE.. ENDED UP BUYING A NEW PIECE AT AUTOZONE FOR LESS THAN USED ..
They never answer the phone customers are not important here. They do have a large variety of vehicles and lot is concrete outside of don't expect them to pick up the phone.
Great concrete lot. Very minimal truck inventory. Good luck getting anyone to tell you what vehicles they have or where they are located. Eager to take you dollar.
They did have a large group of new truck takeoff beds.
I do not recommend buying from this junkie due to greed and exaggeration in prices. They are used, damaged and old backup tools, and they sell them at a more expensive price than new ones. I will not buy from them yet.
Had to have a part to fix my mini van. We called around and found what we needed at you part it. Took us a couple hours to remove what we needed. The vehicle setup is great. Easy to get around and into vehicles to get what you need. The price was really reasonable too. Will definitely be back to find what I need for future issues.
All good here. Cars & truck in order by make.. I bought an engine here once and I couldn't get it out of a 2001 Chevy Van . I asked up front if they could help me with a fork lift and a guy came out and worked hard to get it out.
Decent selection, very clean yard. However, the workers were very monotone and did not sound thrilled to help me. Additionally some of the cars are very close together. I will be coming back here for all of my needs
One of the great junkyards for parts, of all type with tires and rims, very reasonable on price, if you looking looking specific parts on a car make sure to bring your own tools cus you finna pull it.....😉 it's worth the sweat trust me !!
Hours on website say open 9am to 5pm. Currently 9:25 in the morning and I'm sitting in a line in front of a closed gate. A employee arrived about 5mins ago, and in no hurry at all went through the gate, closed it behind her and said nothing to the 6 cars waiting outside. Dont come here if your in a hurry or an early bird. There is no worm here.
Good prices and clean yard for a junk yard, but not very organized. Absolutely no signage telling you the sections and rows. If it is your first time there, it will take you a hour to find the vehicle you are looking for. Staff was nice but not friendly. I would go back, but plan more time.
The excellent customer service paired with a well maintained yard makes for a wonder experience each and every visit! Thanks UPI!
Edit 1/18/2021:
Been coming here for years now and it only gets better, big improvements to the yard and Covid precautions seem to be taken seriously.
Everything on concrete on sturdy stilts...no rhyme or reason or inventory what so ever. Wanted to buy rims, but the amigo in charge of tires didn't know anything about sizes or where anything was. Theres just a mountain of rims stacked 6 feet tall in a like 30x30 mound , and the cars aren't ordered in any way at all. At ALL
It's clean... For a junkyard. It's all in concrete. No dirt and the cars are all up on stands to get to the stuff underneath easier. My go-to place when I need a used part.
Great prices with concrete yard. Cars are on stands that go the full width. Some cars are too close and aisles aren't cleaned from idiots leaving stuff in the middle. No real sections of brands. Plenty of things to find.
Great first time experience. Extremely clean and organized found all the parts I went there for plus some extras. Prices were great too, expecting to spend atleast $200-400 for the parts I needed and walked out spending less than $100. This will be my new go to spot for any parts I need from here on out.
I visited for parts for my 2004 Chevrolet Cavalier. They didn't have any in their inventory. I ended up scrapping it in April, and their separate division, Columbus Auto Shredding, bought it from me.
Best junkyard concrete everywhere no mud, very cheap and a lot nice cars. Try it and you won't go anywhere again unless they just don't have the part. They also have a system that will let you know when the car you are looking for comes in.
They was very helpful. Took extra steps to help find what I needed. Pricing was excellent. Have not complaints. The part has worked so far. Only thing I was not sure of is they only give me three days to return the part. So if it quits working at day four I paid $25 for a 3 day fix. Still, that isn't too awful.
Pleased with the pricing thus far. Vehicles are on concrete, not dirt. It's not "white glove clean" but it's as clean as reasonably possible. I'm impressed. Vehicles were surprisingly nice. I only wish they were open later in the weekdays or on Sunday. But I completely respect a business that lets their employees have Sunday with their families. Nice folks there, too. Thank you
Johnny and Joe were very helpful helping me find my part and even installed it for me! The are very nice and pleasant to speak with. They have knowledge and know what they are doing. I would recommend speaking with them if you need assistance getting parts.
I lost my receipt for a salvage rebuild. I went back to buy more parts and explained that I lost my previous receipt and asked if they could write me out a copy. He says: "Sure, no problem. Pay for the parts again and we'll make you out a receipt." Basically saying 'tough s#¥t'
I understand policy, but he could've been nicer about it. They will never get another dime from me.
Cheap prices but Bad customer service. They don t help you enough, Rude and arrogant people, specially the spanic guy. The lanes are not numbered, their inventory is inaccurate and limited. If you need to find something, don t count on them. They close too early.
First time trip this year in May 2017. Looking for small parts to fix my Land Rover rear license plate light. Well I found what I needed. $2 fee to enter and they did not even charge for my small parts / screws outside of the $2 admission fee. I would recommend!
