One of the better junkyards in Central Ohio. It has been around for over 25 years and has a huge selection of vehicles and parts for reasonable prices. Good service at the counter and wheelbarrows for hauling tools and parts.
Ive been coming here to get parts from this particular yard since 1996. I have never had a problem. My employee Cj and I came to Woody's to get a windshield today. All we had left was the bottom half of the windshield to finish. 10 minutes and I would have took the windshield up to pay for it. That did not happen. The loud, rude, lying yard guy, claimed we were the last people in the yard and we were 45 minutes past the 5pm closing time. This was far from the truth. It was 4:40 pm This dirty, old drunk mess of a man that clearly could not tell the truth or Time. Shaking from alcohol DT's and taking it out on me. Closing early cause I assume he needed a beer to calm his nerves. I had 10 minutes left and I could drive safely again. His beer was more important than the glass that has been flying towards me as well as I have to spend more money hiring my employee. I don't appreciate being lied to and more importantly Yelled at like I was a child whom did something wrong. I'm American NOT Russian! I am definitely not the child of one of the most disrespectful dudes who clearly needs to quit his job. If you hate your job that much. Quit! But your so sorry you can't afford to lose a lame job to the point you drink your self into oblivion and treat customers. The people that pay for the parts that fund this sad excuse of a man's beer money.
Looking for 2010 Scion xB compatible donut. Told "we have one" and it was "black" and "to the right". Pulled donut from black Scion and apparently there were 3 Scions there and they thought I should have figured out the year of the stripped down car. Maybe I was supposed to look for the booklet to check the year.
Since I didn't notice the "burn damage" he described it was my fault. Try giving a better explanation instead of being so aloof and cool.
First time coming here just sign in no charge to get in. Some places of the yard fill with trash and use parts so if you have a roller toolbox a little harder to navigate some parts. They charge me ten dollars for a tail light harness couldn't be happier
They recently cleaned up yard. Reasonably priced. Entire light assembly, wiring, bulbs for Lincoln MKZ- $20.
Entire lower grill and bumper for same car- $40
My wife and I had a very positive experience with Woody's! We called on May 18, 2024, and was able to speak with someone very quickly after making the call. They were very transparent with the process. Woody's provided a price for our 2012 Ford Focus over the phone and that was the same price that they paid us when picking up the car via tow. The tow was free and was very painless. Woody's also has their own notaries and made it very easy to sign the back of the title. They walked us through how to sign the title when they arrived for the tow and made it a very easy process. My wife and I had a bad experience with another online salvage company and Woody's customer service and respect for us more than made up for that bad experience. If you have a car that you are looking to get rid of, then use a local place like Woody's that is the buyer, is transparent with what they will pay you, and makes the process easy.
This is the best place in Columbus to sell your junky or wrecked car. They offer the best prices in town. My family and I have been going to them since 2017.
Other than the organization of their inventory on the yard they are the best and. Most affordable junk yard in Ohio. They'll pull your parts for cheap and help if you need it when your pulling your own. I enjoy the family atmosphere with this place. Been going here for years and will until they either bar me from it or close down which is highly unlikely.

Needed a rim for a car that got hit by a semi on rt.70. they had what seemed to be the largest rim collection in Ohio. Never saw so many in one building. They also were more fair when it came to pricing.Other parts places that I called were 20 to 30 Dollars more.
As a photography student finding places around to practice shots ,I would think that they would allow you to stop by and take pictures, but apparently that's not allowed :(
I love this place! Staff is super friendly and pricing couldn't be any better then what it already is. Down side is it is super muddy but I usually always find what I need. Just want to say thank you to the staff there because you guys are great
Came into Woodys today looking for a part. Spent a little bit searching around before locating what I needed. I got down to the last two bolts when my ratchet broke. Advised the worker I would be running to the store to grab tool and be right back to literally remove two more bolts. I showed back up with 10 min till 5 thinking I would be able to run in and run out.
I apologized when I came in and said I would be fast as I know I only have 10 min. A heavier set guy with a beard then advised me “you actually have no minutes” which struck me as really weird way to say “I’m sorry we are closing early, or we don’t permit anyone in within the last 10 minutes”. I advised him I would be out within the 10 minute time and are you sure I can’t run in and be on my way and his response was “I’m positive you can’t” with nothing further.
I understand you’re not in the business of customer service but this interaction alone makes it so I will drive further or pay more to avoid giving you additional business.
I've been going here on and off for years and I'm never disappointed, the yard is full of many types of vehicles that have all sorts of parts in any varying condition for so cheap.. I'm never disappointed in the pricing, never know what you're gonna find! Just recently pulled a bumper in pretty decent condition for my truck and it was a perfect fit. Paid forty bucks as opposed to $200-1k for a replacement bumper
I was told I was scheduled in the time frame around 9:30am to have my car picked up and towed , as I called them to get updates they stated that the driver have not arrived to work yet and should be in by 10:00 am. I called back around 12:30pm they stated that the driver still have not arrived and they will contact me when he does . I called back at 1:00pm they stated that I am next on the list for pickup , and should be here within a half hour . It’s now 2:00pm and still haven’t heard anything from them .. poor customer service .
Sunday they close at 3. They didn't inform me when I called that they close the yard at 2:30. I arrived 2:35 after driving an hour to get there. I was not happy. He could've told me on the phone I told him. You didn't ask he said... Disappointing... Come on let people know what to expect when they call you. He was rude and I was disgusted. Pull and pay is 10 minutes away. I am going there. Have a great day everyone.
The fastest no wait used auto parts place around. They got my engine pulled out of the vehicle in an hour and loaded it within 2 minutes once I arrived to pick it up. Outstanding! Good prices too.
Been going to woodys for 33 years. Just picked up windshield for my f150 Friday. As usual was a very good experience. Not to mention they beat their competitions price by 40 bucks. If they don’t have part I usually wait on them if possible.
Sold our car here last year. Best price in the game! Customer service has NEVER been an issue. Hubby's about to go back and get us a tail light assembly. Service is reliable and prices are fantabulous! 100% Reccomend.
Best deal I was offered on my car after I had to scrap it came from Woody's! They paid almost $200 MORE than the other 3 places I'd priced to scrap my car with. Super quick, too! I was in and out within 15 minutes, check in hand. And there were at least 5 other customers in line for random things, too. Very quick, courteous and efficient. I will absolutely be back!!
I stopped by today looking for some things for my truck and wound up finding a passenger side mirror cover my daughter needed. A low cost part that the counter guy cut me some slack on. He could've made a some extra bucks off me but chose to do business the right way! They don't take your money just to enter the yard like most others do. That is why I recommend checking here first for used parts. They don't have inventory on line but are very helpful if you give them a ring.
I've been coming here since I was a teenager in the '80s and buy parts here still with my son. Service is better than ever in recent years and prices are lower than any competitors. They don't try to gouge you on anything. Will always stop here first. Heck, even if you don't find what you're after, looking around is kind of fun. Keep on doing business the way you are staff !
I would recommend Woody’s junk yard to everyone! Prior to arriving I called multiple times with multiple questions. They answered quickly every time I called and had the answer to every question I asked . Once I arrived, they had my part ready to go. A very quick and easy process,
and to add they were very nice and polite. While trying to leave I locked my keys in the car. They were able to unlock my vehicle with no problems in less than 10 minutes. The best customer service !!
I needed a radiator for my van, and I needed it fast. I called them first to get a quote for the part, which was hands down the better deal than places closer to me. By the time a final decision was made between my husband and I, it was close to 1:30 and they closed at 3. They told me there would be no problem getting it pulled today and would call me when it was ready. They were true to their word! With a few other people he had to assist before my order, they still had my part ready within an hour. I am ever so grateful for a company that sticks to their word and provide quality customer service. I highly recommend them for a cheaper alternative to your average parts stores. Call Woody's first, they will do you right!
A great place to buy used parts at a reasonable price. I've been to Woody's several times and have always found the parts I was looking for. The office people are very helpful if you ask them any questions. When you first arrive they will ask to look in your tool box or backpack before entering the yard. After getting your parts they will look in your toolbox/backpack again. This is to make sure you don't have parts that your not paying for. I don't mind this at all because they have a business to run and don't give parts away for free. There is no fee to enter the yd. And their yd is organized very well. Just give yourself plenty of time to find and pull your parts. If you want them to pull them for you they will and they give you a call once their pulled. If you want good used parts at a cheap price Woody's is the place to go to.
I'm from out of town and I always stop in to Woody's. They are a great company with a professional, courteous, and helpful staff from the guy out in the yard to the blond lady behind the counter working with Ray. They always greet my wife and I with a smile. Their pricing is more than fair and their service is quick. I only wished we lived closer. If you need parts see Ray and his coworkers. You won't be disappointed.
