If you like the outdoors and would like to own a long term lot to camp on or, more commonly, place a camper then you may just love it here. Amenities include electricity year-round, publice restrooms with showers until water is shut off during the winter and there's also a pool and small putt putt course.

I just bought 2 lots with camper and large additions,my place looks nice but others are run down

Just looks really ran down in some areas like a junkyard.. But the person I was with said they are slowly making improvements

Wonderful people, employees, and campground! After leaving early for a breakdown that we needed to travel to have repaired, Deer Run was gracious enough to work with us if we needed to come back after leaving for repairs, and gave us our same site back when we returned! They were awesome to work with and a beautiful community! Thank you and we will definitely be back! Tim & Terri Terry

Easy in the gate really nice people you cannot ask for no better

What's not to love? Hot showers, real toilets, clean shower house. Great fishing at the pond. Kids love the pool. Adding a lot at Deer Run for my camper to my Christmas wish list!

The only thing I don't like is it needs a better gate system for people and especially there guests

I would never recommend this trailer trash camp ground to anyone. No power no water and no they don’t do refunds. Hottest weekend of the year and we were without power. Forced to leave a night early due to the no power and again. No refunds. The worst camping experience ever. Do not go.

From what little I seen it seems like a nice campground. They have a pool. Gated community

I been going to this place since I was a little girl I have had some good times here and they re did the pool it is great and they have July 4th and it's nice

Fish and camp every weekend. Love it

Own a lot with cabin and camper, was told I could not have my motorhome there also, cannot have 2 campers on 1 lot, reasonable, for $250 yearly, a lot better than $700 to $1300 a year at other campgrounds,affordable without feeling butt poked. This is an off season with no pool because of virus. Lots with campers , $5000 to $15,000 average, taxes less than $50 year, you own deeded lot.

Wonderful place. It has really cleaned up since I was here last. And that was around 35 years ago. Very peaceful. People here are nice and very helpful with anything your needing. I'm real pleased.

Gated community with Great people and great public showers compared to Houston woods.

Can't get a copy of by-laws once you buy property. Big mistake. Place is run down, looks bad! Considering selling.

The still money from the funds we own are property we pay the taxes we own are property not you the pool never open on time what happened to showing movie's like they used to if i won't to sell my camp i will i don't need the bored to tell me who i can sell it to i own it and if i won't to sell it i will I've been there 22 years

Our daughter, and her family, have lot and camper there. We enjoy going.

It is very good for me to get out to a place where there is nature and lots of things to see.

It's a great place to stay short term there is a pool, putt putt, a park, several ponds to fish, pool table, air hockey, and the occasional movie night
