I had two headlights and my passenger turn single out in the rear and the guys there helped me with everything. I think his name was chase young kid very nice! He done all my lights for me so I thank you auto zone! I will be back!
I went to three different Autozone stores to purchase taillights and have them installed. On my third try, I received prompt, courteous customer service from Troy, who installed them for me in a few minutes. I will definitely recommend Streetsboro Autozone to my friends and family.
The staff makes fun of disabled employees in front of customers. They just never realized that those customers were family friends of the person they were making fun of the worst part is one of them was the manager. I have since gone to corporate. I've also emailed the CEO I am just waiting for a phone call back. But I am appalled. By all of this, especially since the manager, when I called to confront them, lied to me. Is this the kind of face you want for your company? Heartless people like this.
Had almost 40mins in line to buy something worker tells me there self check out if don't want wait fat chance I don't get paid to your job take self check out shove it !!!
We were driving from Suffolk county ny to Illinois. We were on interstate 80 and pulled over because our vehicle was making a loud noise. A lovely interste personal stopped and called a tow for us. It was 6am. They took us to streetsboro NTB. We waited till the store opened. Our back passenger tire was missing 2 lug nuts and the tire was loose. The tow truck driver told us we were lucky we stopped when we did. Larrietta was the manger there. From the second we walked in her facilty she greeted us with kindness and went above and beyond to try and get us a new rim and lugs nuts from Kia ( they were at fault installing them the day before She hooked us up with enterprise. She did this all with a small an expertise. Our tire was fixed the next day because she was able to get it overnighted from kia in Michigan. It is Monday and are going to pick up our now. Thank you to the mechanic who went above and beyond and checked all the work that should have been completed from Kia in NY. Im very thankful to you all. Thankful that my two daughters and my Grandaughter are still alive. Praise God.
AutoZone is better than O’Reillys. I needed Meguire’s all wheel cleaner and O’Reillys doesn’t seem to carry it. AutoZone is more expensive than Walmart, but has more specific things that I use for car detailing.
Tested my battery and installed the new one in this Ohio cold February weather. Had to come here after being turned away by twinsburg advanced auto parts. If you’re in the streetsboro/ twinsburg area come here
AutoZone has been my primary place to go for car parts over the years. I have shopped at this location several times when it was near my job and never had a problem. They can check several things on your car for free.
My headlight went out and I stopped in at the Streetsboro location and spoke with Lance. He looked up the bulb for my car and had them in stock. He looked under the hood of my car to see if he had essy access to change it out and he installed the new bulb. He was courteous and very pleasant to deal with and that is rare these days. Thank you so much Lance and Auto Zone!
Virginia was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in helping me find the perfect wipers for my car. She even went the extra mile and put them on for me. Thank you for having such an amazing employee.

This place sucks the people suck and the experiance sucks dont go here. These people can't do anything with out the computer. I needed a 12v ignition coil. So I asked them for a 12v internally resisted ignition coil. They said I need the make and model. I told them it won't be in your computer they freaked our and said I can't help you if u don't tell me a make and model . I told him fine a 1957 case 411 gas he looked it up what do you know it wasn't in their system. I said I just need an ignition coil he said we don't sell tractir parts git angry I said where are your universal ignition coils he showed me spark plugs I got mad said screw you left went next door to oreillys got the coil no hassle we looked thru all of the ones they had super nice about it and I bought it from them. This auto zone sucks same thing happened when I was looking for a coolant temp gauge.
I brought my car in with two headlights burned out. The associate offered to install the new ones for me which I agreed to. He stood outside for a while, and fumbled with the lights, before sending me on my way. As soon as I got in my car the next day when it was dark, I could tell something was wrong. There was only minimal light coming from the headlights, making it so I could only see a few yards in front of my car. The next day I went back, and asked another associate to look at my car. After grumbling about how cold it was, he came outside and looked at my headlights and declared them “completely fine.” I argued with him for a while, trying to point out that they should be much brighter than they were, but he would not admit to it. I literally held my hand in front of the light and tried to point out that the light should be much brighter. He then said he was cold and if I wanted to continue this, we had to go inside. He never even popped my hood and looked at the lights. I followed him inside, and asked him if he’d at least admit something was wrong with them before I left? He said that there might be something wrong, but I’d have to go see a mechanic because there was probably an “electrical problem.” 😅 I left and had my dad and brother look at it, and they discovered the first associate hasn’t even pushed the bulb in all the way, so it was just bouncing around in there, and not pushed up against the magnifiers. I understand that AutoZone employees are not renowned for their auto
skills, but if they offer to do a job, and then refuse to fix their mistakes or own up to them, and are very rude in the process, I don’t think that is good business. That being said, they did sell me the correct bulb, and I’m grateful for that. 😉
I have used this store for years and always had a positive experience. The staff are super friendly and talkative and are willing to help! They can even get car parts for you the next morning. More places should be this efficient and customer-oriented!
Other autozones I’ve gone to have been polite, and helpful. These guys act like they’re annoyed you’ve had the audacity to walk in.
A month or two ago I went in there for push in fasteners. I couldn’t find the right one and ask for assistance. They didn’t leave the computer and said they didn’t know. I got a couple different ones and said “well I’ll just return the ones that don’t fit.” They guy rung me out and didn’t say anything. I came back 15 minutes later to return them and he said the computer was down and they couldn’t take returns. Apparently it had been down all day but they decided not to say anything when I clearly said I would bring back the part that didnt fit.
Today my partner went down there to test her battery and was told they couldn’t check it unless it was full. When she asked for suggestions, she was told to find someone with a battery charger. I gave up and just googled the car’s issues and told her to go to Wal Mart for a new battery instead. No reason to give these guys any business. They clearly do not care to have it. In their minds customers seem to just be a nuisance to walk in the door.
I am a girl and every time I go into this store the employees give me the hardest time. I hate coming here. They always insist I am getting the “wrong products for my car” even though they don’t know what I drive. Just because I am a female doesn’t mean I don’t know what I’m doing. They almost always say I’m getting the wrong things or that they want to look up my car to make sure I’m getting the correct products. I know what I’m doing thanks. I would ask for help if I didn’t know what products to get.
This particular location in Streetsboro, Ohio; the staff was very helpful, friendly and quick with their service. They explained what I needed, the prices, and estimated the labor costs, as well as offered suggestions on where to get my truck fixed. I definitely had a good experience and will return for all of my auto needs.
Super Super excited! They have an awesome employees over there in Streetsboro. Not only did they have the part I needed a reservoir for my radiator but Cassie also instructed me about my car and the right antifreeze and why . She showed me how to install it my self with lil help from her a a stranger .She taught me how to be my own Senior Hero! 😆 🤣
13 hour trip with 2 kids and a dog and our truck broke down. We went to auto zone for help. Not only was the staff knowledgeable about our trucks issue and helpful they also went out of their way to find ways to entertain our kids with a remote control car, markers, paper & gave our pup water. They helped set up cones for my husband to change our starter in their parking lot and let him borrow tools. Had it not been for their generosity we would have missed our family's reunion and could have had our truck in a garage for the unforeseeable future. We made it home safely and we are very grateful for them for making that possible.
The staff wasn't very friendly and basically told how to do everything when I went there to find out why my engine light was on. So I decided that basically if I had my own equipment that I wouldn't need autozone. So why have employees if they don't really want to help you.
Helpful staff as soon as you walk in the door! I got the fuel injector I needed, they was able to order it for my 24 year old car and it came in the very next day. My car is back to purring like a kitty and runs great! And the best part is, it passed its last and final E-Check with flying colors for less than $50! Thanks AutoZone!!!!
Went in yesterday and the guy behind the counter was more worried about how many people were waiting in line than helping me. Was very condescending, need to work on their customer service skills. "You take care of one person then move on to the next, don't worry how many people are in line!"
