It is easy to rate a company with high marks when everything goes right, but when things don't go as planned and they take care of the problem in fast and professional manner that is a great company. I will purchase from them again
Some people should not work customer service jobs if they dont like to deal with people period. The only reason I even go here is because they are reasonably priced.
Their used/renewed batteries have a one-year warranty. The one I bought there for my Vibe is going on three years now without any problems. (I'm knocking on wood as I type LOL)
I went there to buy a used headlight assembly for my van. They were reasonably priced. I paid $40 and everywhere else wanted $75. I would recommend this place
The last time we went in, after calling ahead of time, the lady who works at the front counter was rude as ever on the phone and then in person as well. I tried to be understanding as you never know what someone else is going through, but she's just..... hmmmm how to say this....... a B***h and a half! They helped me figure out the size of the rim I needed. They didn't have the one I needed, but found one for me at another junkyard.
Docked one star because I felt like they were short with me at times. I was also told the other junkyard was 40 minutes away but it was a little over an hour from their location, which makes a bit of a difference when you have to catch a ride from a friend.
The transmission went out on my Nissan Altima, while my mother and I were on our way home I might add, and we were stuck in a parking lot for hours. When I called them, they were there in less than an hour. The gentleman that came to tow our car was patient, friendly, and courteous. We got home safely and quickly. Thank you for all of your hard work in this troubled time.
