Absolutely the best. My truck died at the car wash and they showed up quickly and assessed the problem. Truck wouldnt jump so they towed it back. Everyone was polite and helpful and explained everything to me along the way. I HIGHLY recommend them for tow and basic mechanic needs.
F&S Automotive is the best. They are family owned and really help me out when I need them. I've had them haul skidsteers, dozers, cars and trucks. I highly recommend them, Dalton and Dana always answer right when I call.
F&S came to the rescue. I got my truck stuck trying to get my tractor unstuck. It was sitting on the frame in the mud. They where here when they said they were coming. And they got the job done. I didn't get the driver's name but he was greatest ever, thank you very much.

I call this company my road angels because they saved me when I had an emergency while driving on the Ohio Turnpike. I managed to get to their facility and they fixed the problem (for free!) and got me back on the road within an hour. Wonderful people who really saved the day!
I've used them several times to tow buses. Accurate dispatch times. Great operators. Not that I ever want to need a tow again but should it arise I'll definitely be using F&S!
These guys were absolutely wonderful and caring. I work in the area, and my car died on the way in from my hour commute. They pulled in to find me waiting on them to open and were very kind and genuine. Upon entering their shop it was spotless! Glenn took great care of me and had my vehicle running perfectly a few hours after I dropped it off. Price is very reasonable and I would bring my car here again. It is worth the drive for the quality, service, and professionalism.

Dalton and the crew were very professional and prompt in their response to our needs. During this last storm I called 3 other companies whom I usually did business with and the told me they were too busy and booked for the day. I called Dalton and before I new it he dispatched a truck and they were there. 5 stars in my book.
I just had an awesome experience with this company. From the helpful receptionist on the phone, to the guy that came out (Dalton). WOW! They were there within 15 minutes of me calling as they stated they would and got me out in a matter of minutes. Thank you guys so much!
I tried to replace radiator hoses on a vintage motor home and after removing all of them, I found out one could only be installed by removing the water pump. I called F&S and they carefully towed the vehicle to there shop and promptly install a new pump and my hoses and antifreeze. The price was very fair for the towing and repairs.
My daughter's Subaru alternator failed on the way to work. Fall & Stebbins came out in less than 15 minutes and towed it. Jeff the tow driver was a pleasure to talk with.
I had them tow it to their garage because of the good reviews here.
They were able to get the alternator and battery fixed by noon the next day. Although not necessarily the cheapest repair place, I felt confident that they fixed the problem.
Everyone at this place was friendly.

They were nice people to deal with,even though they overpriced everything and also add an unnecessary items to the final bill. $800 for a fuel pump replacement for a 2004 Dodge. I also requested to have a smoke test done to check my EVAP system. They did not do that for some reason and now my car still can't pass E-Check. Never again.
One of the nicest garages I have ever been to. Then I stepped into the offices and was taken back by an aroma that smelled like I had stepped into a gift shop in Amish coutry. It smelled like a maple cream stick and a vanilla candle had a child.... It was AMAZING!!
Needed a tow and Scott Tayerle showed up in 10 minutes on a Sunday. Fastest and most efficient tow I've ever had. These people know what to do and how to get it done fast. I would highly recommend Fall & Stebbins. Prices were very competitive as well!
