Sometimes you need a little patience and diligence, especially when you deal with an older generatiand I'm glad his co-workers. We're happy with my understanding of thit's always a pleasure to walk in this store.
Had a mechanical issue with my truck this morning. Walked into Advance and met Andrew, the Store Manager. Andrew went over and beyond to explain what he thought was the issue with my truck and assisted me in finding a solution. Guy is as solid as they come. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Good place, convenient and close. Andrew really knows his stuff!! Very intelligent person. Good for the customers who need help or answers, he’s usually got it.
I work on my vehicles often, and im here a lot so i may be biased, but i love this place. The staff are always extremely helpful, and they usually have what im looking for.
Ive had them diagnose my truck many times, and theyre always happy to tell me what the issue probably is, and tell me what parts i need. Ill be going back many times to come.
Very friendly workers when I went here for a new battery. They helped me order the right battery on their website when I called them, and I ordered pickup in store, and it was ready by the time I got there. Definitely appreciate their assistance.
Good local auto supply. You can look up the part you need and they actually have it. The part man actually pulled the part by the time I got there. Good service.
They tell u dont have something have u buy a different item an what u wanted was hanging on the wall behind the main register they dont. Know what there doing
They always seem to have or can get what I need usually within a day when I need parts for my vehicles. I do purchase a lot of small items (for shop use) for my shop that are less expensive here than from my suppliers.
My wife asked a question and she said a guy was rude to her and dismissive. Honestly, I thought it was in her head. I stopped a couple days later had a similar experienced
Have dealt with this store for many years and always met with helpful attendee's. Today, 09/29/14 , I was waiting for my wife and neglected to turn my lights off, consequently my battery wasn't strong enough to start my car when she came back. I walked to the Advance Auto store and ask if someone could help me with a jump start on my dead battery and a very nice gentleman, Larry, said yes, he would be at the site where my car was, in about 10 minutes. He showed up in less than 10 minutes, hooked up the jumper cables. He suggested to leave it set for a few minutes before trying to start the car, a 2001 Chrysler Sebring convertible that I've owned for a little over 4 yrs. Not knowing how long the battery had been in the car because it was the same battery since I took ownership and knowing that battery life today is about 4 to 5 yrs, so Larry told me about a new style battery that has a longevity of 10 to 15 yrs and cost in the neighborhood of $180, so I will be buying one of the new style batteries at Advance Auto, and by the way, the service call was at,"no charge", so it pays to shop at your local auto store for that little bit of personal service you don't get anywhere else without dipping into your wallet.
