The customer service at discount tire is often unmatched. They aren’t pushy they just give you the facts and let you make the decision for yourself. They are always friendly as soon as you come in and my visit to the Aurora location went just as expected. I highly recommend the store. I appreciate their assistance and support. All I got this time was a tire rotation, completely free of charge because I was a past customer. I am and will continue to be a loyal customer of discount tire as long as they continue this great customer service and great support! Thank you!

This is the spot to go to for all tire related issues. These guys truly care. You can tell the manager really cares about his people because it reflects in how the employees treat their customers. Always respectful, willing to help, and go the extra mile. I will be back.

I want to start with saying I am a very hard person to please. The staff here is very polite, professional, and courteous. Will helped me find what I needed for my wheel selection. His knowledge helped me find the correct size tire. I would recommend this place to anyone. Great service!!!

I bought a new set of winter tires and ended up totaling that car barely a week later. Will was able to give me the full price I paid for those tires as credit towards a new set for my next car so all I had to pay was the difference in price.

Ran in roughly 30 minutes before close to see if someone could help me with a leaky tire valve. They were booked and busy but not only did they help me, it took all of 3 minutes and I was immediately back on the road and worry free. Will definitely be coming back for my future tire needs and recommending this specific shop to my family and friends!

Yesterday, two amazing employees at Discount Tire truly went above and beyond. I could tell you I was shocked they didn’t charge me to repair a flat or balance my tires — but honestly, it went far beyond that. What stood out was the way they treated people: kind, human, and genuinely authentic. It was such a refreshing change from the usual day-to-day stress of dealing with cars and tire problems. While I was there, I watched them listen carefully to another customer’s situation, offer solutions she never expected, and take it upon themselves to stay focused on what really mattered — helping her. They didn’t rush her. They didn’t dismiss her. They worked through financial options so she could leave in a safe car with safe tires for her children who desperately needed that transportation. I was truly moved by their kindness. It was a powerful reminder that some businesses still believe in going the extra mile, and even more importantly, in being good humans while they do it. Had a really good experience Firstly they matched the cheapest price that I found on the internet All of the workers were really professional and courteous I thought I needed an alignment so I paid for one, but when they put it on the lift and they saw that everything was lined up, they took it down and just refunded me I love the new tires and the car drives like brand new I would highly recommend this place to anyone

Very polite, very thorough, explained everything they were doing, fair prices. I had a blow out recently and AAA totally dropped the ball . I had to buy a tire out of town and limp home. When I got to discount tire the next day, they told me how to apply for complete reimbursement on the tire. I was ecstatic and no thanks to AAA. I’ve been buying my tires here ever since

Although they were extremely busy, my wife and I had tires put on and we were out very quickly. Kind and courteous staff even though it was very busy. Highly recommend using them for your tire needs.

I receive consistently awesome service at this location. Each employee that I have encountered has been highly professional, communicates clearly, and treats everyone with respect. Although sometimes there is a wait like any other car place, I always feel comfortable here and will continue giving them my business. If you need tires or wiper blades, this is the place to go! I scheduled an appointment for tire rotation and windshield wiper replacement, only to be told upon arrival that I’d need to wait 2.5 hours for the very service I had booked. This was a significant inconvenience, especially since I had arranged child care to make it to the appointment. What frustrated me most was the lack of empathy from the service manager, the failure to honor the commitment, and the absence of planning on the store’s part to prioritize appointments over walk ins. Despite receiving multiple reminders about the appointment, no one thought to inform me in advance about how busy the schedule was. If you plan to take your car here it definitely is a good idea to call them ahead of time to confirm that they can still take your car so you don’t move heaven and earth to be there to be told you are not priority and appointments mean nothing.

Affordable, they offer many ways to pay and have a decent selection of tires. Didn’t have to wait too long from appointment time. Yes, they will take walk-ins but recommend making an appointment. Very friendly.

I would give them five stars. But I had an appointment and they still didn’t even get to my vehicle until after an hour. The price for a full set of tires installed was half the price of Costco and the service still was faster even with the hour delay. Staff was friendly and hardworking I will say they were extremely busy after the first big snow so that was probably the reason for the delay. All said and done I will return to discount tire when I need tires for the wife’s car.

A friendly place with nice people. Repairing the tires for free is very nice! Thank you!! One remark - the online booking system should clearly stay that booking does not guarantee you a fast service (I waited for about 1.5 hours). The place was absolutely overloaded! Again people who worked there was very nice and professional and done there very best to help as fast as it only possible! I will for sure use them again and get my tires from them when I need it.

Joe and Will both helped me with new tire pricing, explained the rebates and went over all of my tire options. Very knowledgeable and friendly even tho they were busy on the occasions when I was there.

My complaint is about their appointment system. If you make an appointment the vehicle should be completed within a reasonable timeframe, since you have an appointment. It doesn’t work that way. You can schedule an appointment and still wait for a couple of hours…..an appointment should mean we have an “Open” time slot for you!! I was told without an appointment I could be waiting 5-6 hours! What???? I like this place, they do good work, but their appointment process is terrible!

I'd say it was terrible service, but there was no service after two hours, and I had made an appointment a day in advance. One of my nearly pristine Pirelli tires ( all purchased at this store) had a slow leak. The salesman took a quick look, and said all four were shot, replace them all. He then went to take walk-ins and phone calls looking for a better pay day. The shop is chaotic, with yelling mechanics, and a lot of salespeople standing around. Avoid this disaster.

This place was excellent. Was a referral from a friend, so it was my first time there. Place was clean, staff helpful, and I didn't have to wait long as I had prebooked an appointment. They patched my tire that had a nail in it, and it didn't cost me. I will 100% be going back to buy tires and other services from them in the future.

I was really impressed. The employees were well dressed, polite, and professional — not what you typically expect at a tire shop. They were quick but thorough, even checking my wiper blades and making sure everything on my vehicle was in good shape before I left. Ordered tires online at Discount Tire and had them delivered to the store. Very easy to schedule an appointment. Short wait and quality service. Everyone here is very helpful and courteous and they provided recommendations for an alignment check if necessary too. Glad to have this store in the area! Exceptional team here.
